We love staying at the Staybridge, have been doing it for years. The only new hic-up this time was apparently the train runs through Great Falls now, and twice a night a train goes by, the trains are only a stones throw from the hotel. It is a little on the loud side, by no fault of the hotel at all. Otherwise, the staff went above and beyond for us, the breakfast is always amazing. And the hotel itself is great.

Everything was great about the rooms, just one problem? they don’t tell you about some of the bottom rooms will have ants come out if you dropped any little bit of food near a close exit door, but overall it was a great stay!!!!

Also a click and hold fee Quiring a credit card for $100. Again undisclosed on the reservation search engine. Also the morning desk clerk Monday, December 22 at at 7 AM was abrasive and inhospitable. Didn’t enjoy our stay. The noise level was absurd - between the trains passing through several times in the middle of the night, and noise from surrounding neighbors running to and fro throughout the night and early morning, we barely slept. There was half-drank drinks from previous guests when we arrived to our room. Closet isn’t big enough to keep suitcase without blocking the bathroom door from opening. I appreciated that I could control the temperature and keep the room cold, black out curtains were nice. Wouldn’t stay here again due to the noise and lack of sleep.

Hot was not working, which was a main reason I booked this hotel! Breakfast was not that great, menu that was posted in room wasn’t they had. No variety offered eggs had peppers in them, the sausage looked like it was microwaved and the potatoes didn’t have much flavor. Juice machine was out of order as well. Overall mediocre stay at best. Had booked another stay for next month but have cancelled it and booked elsewhere.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and was very happy with my experience, but this time was completely different. The room was filthy. There was black hair all over the bathroom floor, and the toilet still showed evidence that the last guest had been there. The bedroom was so dusty I could actually clump the dust together, and the kitchen floor had debris scattered across it.

They did offer to move us, but the next room wasn’t any better. There was toilet paper on the floor, yellow stains running down the mattress protector (which I only noticed because the bed wasn’t even made properly), and overall the beds looked sloppy—one was only half tucked, and the other wasn’t tucked at all.

I finally asked for cleaning supplies so I could clean the room myself. Unsurprisingly, every time I wiped something down, the cloth turned completely black.

This level of cleanliness might be expected in a $60-a-night motel, but not at a hotel charging over $300 a night. Overall, my stay was far from satisfactory.

Elise was the bomb! She was super friendly and always had a smile every time we walked by her. She directed us to points of interest and incredible dining experiences.

Beautiful property with artwork throughout the grounds. Additional points for the view of the Missouri River and adjacency to the river walk. The room was spacious and well appointed. The French doors were an unexpected surprise.

I had special requests before check in that were all met with courteous service. Housekeeping was fast and efficient. We didn’t run out of anything in our eight day stay.

First of all, my card was way overcharged. They claimed they fixed it, but we'll see. The person in the breakfast area was extremely rude! They told someone, 'Can't you see the cups are in front of your face,' etc. The hot tub is broken; they should have that on the site. I wouldn't have wasted money on a room there. Go somewhere else!

I always appreciate staying at Staybridge due to the layout of the suite with kitchenette, and the amenities available. Unfortunately upon check in, we arrived in our room to find it had not been cleaned. The front desk was very apologetic and made every effort to remedy the situation promptly to the best of their ability, which was appreciated.

Very nice stay. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Spacious for our family of 6. Great location for our road trip to Glacier National Park. Breakfast was the typical complementary hotel
breakfast. Pool was kinda smelly. Had to wash the kids’ swimsuits right after because they smelled so bad. The directions to your room on the hotel floors, as to where to find your room, is confusing and a bit like a maze. Also near a railroad and it did pass by and shake the room a couple times at about 10 pm and 11pm. Not a deal breaker and would be willing to stay here again

Hotel property was well kept. Staff was friendly & on top of things, overall. Small hiccup in the laundry area was resolved rapidly! Bed was a little firm for my taste, but otherwise room was great. Breakfast staff seemed stressed & a little out of sync, but it could've been a busy day.

There is a train nearby (edge of the property) & it sounded the horn in the middle of the night. Be aware of that, if loud noise concerns you. Otherwise the property was quiet. Beautiful river side setting, with flowers & nice seating area.

The free breakfast was amazing. It was not your average free breakfast but was tasty and filling with many options. The front staff was nice. The train blowing its horn near by was not my favorite. We also could not get a luggage cart in the morning to get our cooler and heavy gear back to the car because someone had taken the only two they had on hand and never returned them.

Our room was spacious & quiet. The kitchen was great & had everythingwe needed. We used it a lot due to attending a graduation. A few things were dated, the sheers in the living were ripped. Having a night light in the bathroom that could be turned off would be great because it shines into the bedroom. Not the hotel's fault, but the train the goes by 30 feet from our bedroom window, blows it's whistle & causes the room to shake made for hard sleeping.

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised! We stayed in the off season, the price was well worth the value. Very quiet, fairly clean, WONDERFUL view- we loved the lights reflecting off the river at night and the slow train right outside your window. Proximity to resteraunts was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and generous breakfast. A heads up that there were no utensils in the kitchen. My one complaint was that there was quite a bit of dog waste in the backyard. It made it a little icky to enjoy with a toddler. But everything other than that was very pleasant.

The stay overall was good. The room we stayed in had two doubles and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was horrible, the kids woke up saying that they could feel every spring and their sleep was not good. Breakfast was the best part. It was fully stocked at all times and the variety was great.

If you like a quiet nights sleep, do not stay at this hotel. There are trains that run behind the hotel and are very loud as they are not far from the hotel. Stayed two nights and was woken up by trains on both nights (12AM & 1AM) and by a party in the courtyard outside of our room on the second night (4AM). No bedding was provided (until we called) for the pullout and the room had a lot of dust build up throughout. Also, our room was not cleaned during our stay, despite the hotel information stating that it would. The front staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The facility was great! Loved the spacious layout of our room. I never expected to have a full-size refrigerator. The grounds were so well maintained. Beautiful water feature and flowers. The breakfasts available each morning were amazing! The varieties offered were better than we have experienced at other hotels. Definitely would stay here again.
