Didn’t get to even stay in the hotel as we entered we shouldn’t even have checked in. Looks like the place has never been cleaned. Pretty sure that the staff the younger staff were high on drugs and when we got to the room, there was a huge bedbug right by the pillow, I could see it from 10 feet away.

The motel needs a refresh of the rooms. The linoleum flooring is cracked and peeling. I asked to be changed to another room because the sink had beard hair on the faucet and the sink backed up. The sink faucet also was loose and should be tightened down. Whoever cleans their rooms need to actually clean the bathrooms better. The shower and sink still had soap buildup as if it was never cleaned prior. There was 1 trash bag left in the hallway on my first night and then the next day that turned into 2 large trash bags left in the hallway.

Stains on bedspreads. Only one full size towel for a double queen room and if had stains/dirt on it. Every single towel had stains/dirt and two small towels were torn and so thin they were useless. Toilet seat did not match toilet so unstable seating. Brown stains in shower walls, ceiling and in areas of the bathroom walls.

Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Room wasn't very clean. Hairs on pillowcases, sheets had permanent stains on them, under the beds weren't swept and behind the center table was gross. Only outlet to plug your phone in was behind the center table or in the bathroom. Microwave needs a good wipe down on the inside from the top to the bottom. Could definitely use a heavier top blanket to keep warm without having to run the heat and get hot. Bathroom floor needs to be mopped. Towels are pretty small.

Typical Motel 6. I appreciate the low cost and dog-friendly policies. One night was a little concerning with someone roaming the halls at 3 am yelling obscenities (decided likely less threatening and more Tourette's). It went on for 20 minutes or so. I looked out my window and saw people in the lobby sitting rather unconcerned. Not sure what to take away from that information. The other concerning thing was that the security bar/lock on my door was broken off. I know, often with Motel 6, you kind of roll the dice so...

There were only two pillows that were decent enough to use.

The bed skirting has never been washed, there are stains all over it, it was so gross. There was also small black spots all over the sheets. There was tons of dirt and some garbage under the beds. The bathtub leaked, the sink stopper wasnt hooked and waspushed down so there was no way for the sink to drain, had to use the leaky tub as a sink. The staff was very friendly and got my new sheets though.

The toilet stopped flushing in the middle of the night. There was a dirty towel on the sink when I first got in the room. There was loud banging all night so if you're traveling with animals or kids, watch out. Parking was easy and the staff seemed nice.

Good: hot water for shower. That’s about it. The AM staff on check out was very nice.

Bad: dirty rooms, not sure if they even have housekeeper but many shortcuts taken on cleaning. Dirty hat found under bed, and dirty rag hanging on shower pole. Toilet had unflushed tp in it. Towels thin, small and stained. Beds had stains and hair stuck to them and looked like they were already slept in/wrinkly. Floor felt dirty, didn’t want to walk with bare feet. Shower didn’t look like it’s been properly wiped down in a long time.

People were loud in halls and lobby at night. Probably one of the worst Motel 6’s we’ve ever stayed at. The owners should be embarrassed.

One person on staff for the whole motel. Room wasn’t ready at 11pm. She went into the dirty rooms and cleaned it in 10 minutes. Like how gross. Hotel smelt like weed and smoke. Room door was broken. Room was very gross. We couldn’t stay and felt so unsafe at this motel. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is awful and shouldn’t even be allowed to be open to the public. The lady on staff was knocking on guests doors checking on them. So creepy. And they wouldn’t even give us a refund.

The last out front was really nice but the room was dirty, towels I did not know if they were clean or used. Hoping they were washed just could not get old stains out. Toilet seat was too small and did not fit so that was uncomfortable. Hair all over the bathroom floor not mine. Dust hair and dirt build up in all corners. Behind desk to plug in computer was disgusting since I had to move it. Probably first time in years. Bed was uncomfortable and lamps did not work and ones that did missing bulbs. Tv worked okay. I know it’s cheap rate like $60 a night but still try to at least clean now and then. Ice machine worked.

I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. The room was in poor condition and visibly dirty. The carpets looked unclean, the bedding and pillows had stains, the sink wasn’t properly cleaned, and there was still garbage left from the previous guest. We also couldn’t get hot water in the shower. It gave the impression that the room hadn’t been serviced at all. We didn’t feel comfortable enough to sleep in the bed and ended up sleeping in our clothes on top of it. I would not stay here again. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

The 2nd room had remnants from someone brushing their teeth in bathroom sing and black hairs on both pillows on one of the beds. Also water pool marks across the whole floor from the fridge thawing out.

Heater in our room made noises like something out of a horror movie every other time we turned it on or adjusted it. Bedding seemed stained and like it had little bits of dirt/stuff on it no matter how much I brushed it off. No breakfast was pretty rough to start off the day, maybe consider having some muffins and yogurt or something grab and go like that to really make a difference in your guests stays. Front desk people were very kind though!

When I got to my room, the bathroom had not been cleaned. The tub/shower had pubic hairs, green slime and soap scum. I went to the desk and complained. They sent someone to clean it. They got the tub ok, but the sink was plugged and full of dirty water. A plumber came it and remover the stopper and cleaned the sink.

When I went to go to bed and turned the bed down , there were more pubic hairs and semen stains. The same lady who cleaned the tub came again and when she saw it, she cried. By her accounts the manager had signed off on the room. She put on clean sheets and left. She was Very upset

I talked to the manager the next morning and he was combative and told me the sheets were clean. He refused to admit that there had been a problem..I asked for a refund and was told this is a budget hotel

I should have changed rooms, but I had driven for more than 12 hours, was tired and already unpacked.

I am 73 and traveled a lot. Hands down this was the worst room I have ever seen. I want a refund and an appolgy

The room was not clean- the sheets were rumpled and stained. The bathtub was grimey- it had not been cleaned. The towels were stained with make-up, màscara and unidentified yellowish patches. The floor had clearly not been mopped and also had stuck-on grime. The wi-fi did not reach my room on the 2nd floor. The Manager did take a look and took note. She also gave me fresh sheets and a newly-washed blanket. She offered to clean the shower but I declined as I was not going to use it, anyway and I just wanted to go to bed. The heat worked well. Staff member- T…. And Manager-J……, were very kind and attentive. I don’t mind old and basic- I don’t need luxury accommodations but, for $80 without breakfast I do expect clean. Very disappointing.

Room not ready at check-in so they gave me another. The floor in second room was soaking wet from just being mopped and not dry and took almost an hour to air dry. Cable TV was down so absolutely NO television to watch. I’ve stayed at this location before but this will be the last. Very disappointing. Floor was dirty behind the bathroom door and was clearly visible once the door was closed. There are no hair dryers provided on the bathroom wall, but on a bright note, the front desk girl loaned me her personal dryer which was very much appreciated.

A summary of our stay:

1. Room had no TP - had to go to desk.
2. Bathroom had one used towel thrown over rack, no others, had to go to desk for towels.
3. One bed was made with no blanket! Second bed WAS MADE WITH A BLANKET THAT SMELLED LIKE ARMPIT SWEAT AND WAS OBVIOUSLY UNWASHED (it was after midnight and we were not prepared to change rooms).
4. Front desk had sign saying “12:00 pm checkout.” When I went to the front desk in the morning to complain about the room, the disinterested manager Juanita said she that then would not charge me fifty dollars for that EXTRA HOUR!” She also contacted the owner Sam who was just as unconcerned.

I’LL REPEAT: ONE BED HAD NO BLANKET AND THE OTHER HAD A USED, UNWASHED, SWEAT-SOAKED, UNHYGIENIC, DISGUSTING BLANKET.

And no one cared.

If you stay here, you are a fool because if they can’t do any of this stuff right (including following Montana Hospitality Law), what else are they doing wrong?

I wonder exactly what else in that room was not cleaned, don’t you?

And posting a sign saying 12:00 check out but then saying that the extra hour is fifty dollars without notice - yah, well, I wish you the best of luck.

The Manager gave us a room that had been used (sheets in bed had body fluids on it). There was 2 areas above the beds that were basically sinner plate size holes. They gave us a second room and there was no toilet paper in it and the second bed had no bed sheet. This place is being used for other activities, do not book here!

The motel staff is very kind and attentive, they always try to help you with everything with a big smile. However, the room was dirty and the linen soiled, there were hairs in tje floor and bathroom, dust in the furniture and the curtain had disgusting stains. The wifi signal was very poor in our room, but the guest clerk offered us a room with better signal.

Tv,lamps, WiFi, AC didn’t work. Neglected maintenance and sub standard cleaning. Smeared feces in the wall, build up of cigarette butts in window preventing lock. Discussions with the manager resulted in 50% off next stay, admission that he wouldn’t come back if he were I, and nothing else he could do and didn’t want to talk about it any longer. Expedia could only get the same result with the property, but did offer and Expedia credit for my account.

All the trash cans were full of alcohol boxes and bottles. When checking in the man at the front desk was on the phone and stayed on the phone for 15 mins speaking a different language without hardly acknowledging me standing there. I ended up pressing the button for service (right in front of him) and what must have been the manager came up finally. He seemed annoyed with me and ended up stalking me around the parking lot.

We ended up with two reservations as when we called the motel they didn’t have the Expedia reservation even when given the confirmation number. The first room we were given was in the process of being cleaned so we were given another room. The room’s electrical light switch was off the wall, the floor was dirty, and the bed comforter had large holes. We did not stay and asked for a refund which we were given. The staff was friendly but the facility had over following garbage cans at the entrance.

From check in to getting in room. Front desk attendant was not friendly or welcoming. Limited dialogue. Bathroom tub had hair throughout. One bar of soap (not a big deal, but…).
Ask guy at front desk to have a look at our TV as it would not work. Still haven’t heard from him. Not sure he understands English as he had a blank stare when we asked him.
Thankfully we were just passing through and weren’t staying more than one night. Nationality doesn’t matter so won’t say it. But many guests outside hanging out drinking.
Would highly not recommend this property to stay at. We don’t have high standards. But cleanliness is asking much!!!

Carpets are very felty, and old/dirty mattress welcome us at the end of the stair case. Not what you expect to see in hotel. That set the tone to what we would see the rest. AC did not cool off the room, missing light bulbs in the wall lamps, bath tub was so dirty. It seems that has not been scrubbed in months! Tv remote control was broken, not tv not even basic channels.
Despite the staff being friendly, the facilities were very dissatisfying and dirty.

This was a terrible experience from the beginning. Apparently there is a new owner and much of the staff quit. We tried to check in twice and were told the room wasn't clean. When we finally got in, the internet wasn't working. There was also no remote for the tv. Went to the front desk and was told they didn't have batteries for the remotes. Everything was completely disorganized, the building was filthy and nobody seemed to know what was going on. Crazy amount of doors slamming starting at 6:00am, went down for coffee in the lobby and no milk, cream or creamer. Just an overall bad experience.

Hotel is a bit unkept in the common areas. There were old mattresses stacked in the hallway and an overflowing garbage bin as well. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The AC in the room was cold (which is good on a hot day) and the beds were old, but firm and comfortable. I’d give this place a strong 4/5 stars. I’d come back again considering the good price as well.

Our room wasn't ready at 21:30. We waited until 22:10 for them to finish cleaning. When we got in the room we didnt have 2 beds which is what we booked and the air conditioning wasn't working. A staff member stated it had been broke for some time. Manager and front desk attendant kept saying we're overbooked...what can we do? Well....you couldve offered a room discount, or restaurant vouchers or any other kind of compensation. We had to book and pay for another hotel because 2 adults and 2 dogs couldnt stay in a hot one bed room. It was 22:40 before we got into our second hotel.
