The Room I stayed in was nice. Unfortunately outside my Bathroom window was a garden chair where anyone from the motel used, my window was open. After we picked up our key we drove into the car park to be greeted by a working woman having an argument with a customer regarding him not paying. We went upstairs to find our room and this is where it got more uncomfortable. One of the three ladies had a client and we could hear this throughout our room. We decided that we would go and find somewhere else to stay and in the process of doing this we watch free cars come and go and more clients go to all of these rooms this was not an experience that I enjoyed

I have managed motels and I can honestly say that the room was the cleanest I have seen. 10 out of 10 very comfy and could view entirely racecourse from lounge room we stayed in the Kingston town room. We stayed here for 2 nights to enjoy a weekend at the races with another couple. They called the day before to check what time we expected to arrive and have instructions as to who would be on site etc. Check in was quick and simple and caretaker was quite pleasant. We loved that the rooms were named after famous horses as we had chosen this hotel for its proximity to the turf club. The rooms were very clean and quite comfortable, my only recommedation would be an occasional chair for visitors as there was only 1 x 2 seater lounge. Bed was very comfortable and all rooms had been fairly recently refreshed with new finishings. Kitchen was reasonable well equipped for basics with a good supply of tea/coffee, juice etc. Bathroom was a little small but very clean and functionable, ensuite size in our room but larger in our friends room. Overall it was perfect for what we needed as our plan was to go to the golf Club in the morning and races in the afternoon. There’s a servo and a small amount of shops within walking distance but you need to drive everywhere else. Great for a short term stay!
