Bed wasnt comfortable, gave me back ache having alept in it for 2 nights. Not enough tiolet paper in the room for 2 days. Had to ask for another pillow as advertised only one on the bed. Cleaners didnt clean the room, used same towels for 2 days. Fan in bathroom sounded like a freight train. The shampoo was low grade, no conditioner or body wash in the room. Hardly any milk for tea ans coffee, just 4 small pods. Tea was cheap and nasty and tasted awful.

Beautiful and well-maintained property, very attractive brick walls and garden, very clean and spacious rooms. There are shops across the road including a couple of options for food, but for much choice of restaurants we have to drive. If coming from the city centre, there is no access across the highway from Herries Street, but it is easy from Margaret Street.

Another great stay at the Great Divide. Easy access with restaurants across road. Large, very comfortable room with king bed. Large modern bathroom. Service was excellent. Aircon didn’t work blowing only cold air with the outside temperature 5 degrees! Management went above and beyond providing a new heater which they switched on an hour before returning back to unit each night for a very cosy and comfortable stay. Highly recommend this motel.

A very pleasant surprise. Our room was large, light and well appointed. The King bed very comfortable, large tv with a remote that didn't take a rocket scientist to work out and the bathroom large and very clean. It was also very quiet even though it's on the main road. And to top it all off, McDonalds, KFC & other restaurant straight over the road.

Everything was wonderful bar the fact that there is no cleaning or replacement of towels etc on a Sunday meant a wet towel Monday in the dreadful cold weather that Toowoomba turned on for our visit. We are used to it Hilary went to school there and we know all about the fog and rain in winter.

Facilities met our requirements, had difficulties in accessing the property due to new set of lights installed. Pedestrian walkway for crossing Warego from property is concerning from a safety prospective, lights only allow you to cross half of the four lane highway governed by lights, the hotel side of the Warego highway require you to cross two lanes of traffic which does not have pedestrian controlled lights. This would be an issue for elderly, people using walking frames or those in wheelchairs

Standard Queen room described on the Great Divide site as “sleeps 4 people” and wotif.com had “one queen bed and one twin bed”. Which lead us to believe it would sleep 4. It does not unless you pay another $50 for a trundle bed.
