Our room was probably the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. Excellent view of the fountains, quiet, comfortable, and clean. Front desk staff and housekeeping were very nice and helpful. Cosmopolitan will definitely be our new go to from now on.

The stay at Cosmopolitan Hotel was nice, just what we needed. The room service was fairly quick and he had good customer service. The food taste amazing as usual besides the grill cheese bread being a little too toasted. The only things is we didn't realize that 1 night in Valet was $40 and I never received my $35 credit that I was supposed to receive once we checked out.

The ice machine was broken from floors 51-54 and our phone didn’t work in my suite. Went to talk to the concierge and they took good care of us and brought up 2 buckets of ice after a $50 credit for the inconvenience

Pretty disappointing stat this time. For the price, I’d expect better. Exposed light wires in the hallway that will shock you, ice maker was broken on our floor, the bathroom faucet dripped constantly, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall and in the bathroom, the door jams had dry rot. Just kinda silly for the price of this hotel to not have fixed these issues, especially the exposed wires.

All of they pools was close until the end of April which is not on the website no accommodation and they charged me 424 for a deposit and I couldn’t even use my $35 credit for a complimentary drink or for anything else because they said they don’t see the $424 they charged my card. Which I showed the statement’s that stated they took the money off my card .

The check in from the car valet service, to getting a luggage cart to actually getting our room key took over an hour and 20 minutes and it wasn't busy. There was literally no one in line at the check-in counter in front of us, and then it took another hour for our luggage to arrive at our room. Once in our room, we were disturbed three times by security, asking to check the room to make sure that there were no weapons in the room because there was a marathon going on. We don't own any weapons, and we have no criminal histories. We told the security we wanted our privacy and without a search warrant, they shouldn't be allowed to come into to our room and they told us that they would just kick us out of the hotel unless we let them search our room - and that they were doing this to every guest room. It was a total invasion of privacy. Also, you should know if you're bringing a car it's $50 extra a night, to park at the hotel. Nice looking hotel ... terrible service.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Cosmopolitan for our New Year’s Eve trip to Vegas and absolutely loved it. The room was beautiful, and the amenities were top-tier.
Our only minor complaint was room service — it was very expensive and they initially sent the wrong item. That said, they corrected it right away, which we really appreciated.
I’ve stayed at several other hotels in Vegas, including the Venetian, but nothing compares to the Cosmopolitan. The balcony alone sets it apart.
For future trips, it will always be the Cosmo for us.

Underwhelming & Overpriced. Check-in staff rude. Doesn’t recognize Hotels.com VIP level status. I was told to book directly on the hotel website to get better service. The amenities cost is high. $10 for a can of Diet Coke in the room’s mini bar, $18 for a medium size bottle of Fiji water. $7.78 for a bottle of Diet Coke in the hotel shop. Really gouging customers. We gambled and never asked by Service staff if we would like a beverage. We did win on their machines - - so, that was bittersweet. We travel often and laughed that Vegas was better when it was run by the Mob versus Big Business!

We tried to use the QR code in the lobby to check in but it just kept buffering and the same thing happened when we tried to check out using the check out feature on the television. It’s 2026—they need to get those things worked out. Overall, a very nice stay and would recommend to others.

My room was not ready until after 6pm when my check in was at 3pm over 3 hours later. Front desk lady said I would get $100 on credit for drinks at the hotel due to our check in being an hour late. After 2 hours our room was still not ready and I went up to the front desk again and the man at the front desk mentioned that he would add another $150 dollars to our credit since it had been over 3 hours and also did not have a time frame on when our room would be ready. When I talked to guest services they mentioned that they can only apply the $100 since the other employee didn’t notate the file. It is very unfortunate that the employee did follow through with what he said he was going to do and overall unfortunate that our room was not ready until after 6pm when check in was at 3pm.

Staff is always great! I usually stay in the Chelsea tower but this visit I was put in the Boulevard tower. Which in my opinion is not as up to date. I had no major issues but toilet area did smell of sewage (so we keep door closed). Front desk was made aware. I will return but only in the Chelsea ;)

Stayed in a fountain view studio. The view of the strip was great, the room was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The pickleball court was a great touch. Onsite food options were excellent — wish we could have tried them all. Location and service were an A+ as well. Couldn’t be happier, will definitely stay here again.
