Lot’s of bugs and roaches crawling around. I was supposed to stay for three nights but, I couldn’t take killing the roaches so, I had to check out only staying one night. They wouldn’t give me a refund for my other 2 nights so, I went to a better hotel to sleep in place without the bugs crawling on me.

My stay at Cebu Hotel Plus was excellent. Spotlessly clean, great air conditioning, hot shower, great food and the staff are so kind and helpful. It’s also in a safe and quiet neighbourhood and in a great location close to everything you need. I will be staying here again when I next visit Cebu City!

Staff was very courteous making the check in and check out process a breeze. The room was clean, bit small, but not bad. The shower heads had calcium build up, like a lot of hotels. But they provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, and dental items.

The internet wasnt working at first but they resolved it immediately and I was able to work remotely with no issues.

The breakfast buffet was very limited and food were not warm. Seems like the food had been sitting out for a while.

Overall a decent hotel to stay for a great price.

The Hotel is tucked away of the main road and very clean and quiet,lots of restaurants in front of the hotel and it has a nice restaurant in the hotel, friendly staff and 24 hours security.I would recommend it for a safe and quiet stay

Nice basic hotel. When I checked in they had no television or hot water but fixed it the next day. Breakfast was edible but lots to do and eat just outside the hotel. No complaints for the price.

My new home in Cebu City

We stayed at this hotel for over 4 weeks, not continuously, in between travels to other cities outside of Cebu City. I appreciate the excellent service of the entire staff, from the cafe, to housekeeping, the from desk, the security team, all in all, very good service. And the owners and management team were great and accommodating. We will definitely come back. This will be our go to place like home in Cebu City. Thank you, team Cebu Hotel Plus!!!

Good location, staff was nice, room was clean and comfortable. Nice restaurants nearby. I recommend the ofcourse coffee with their croffle!!! There is a nice massage place next to it that I also recommend. There is a tv in the room, but no access to Netflix or any other streaming platform (just regular tv with some international channels). The main negative thing about this hostel is that the wifi was TERRIBLE!!! Didn’t work in my room except for like 15 min in my 2 nights stay. Worked on/off at the reception, signal wasn’t really good. They said they would fix it, but I read some other bad reviews about their wifi… If you’re a digital nomad, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have unlimited data. I’ve used all I had left during my stay at this hotel…

Actually, I was not there during the check. I booked for my sister, nieces and cousins for they have checked up with doctors at Chong Hua hospital. And they were happy staying at Cebu Hotel Plus because the hotel is clean, rooms are okay and they were comfortable for everything. Services are good and they enjoyed the breakfast buffet on Friday. Surely, I will book again this hotel in the near future.

I don’t give 5 stars easily. I start at 3 and go up or down only if I receive particularly good or bad service. Cebu Hotel Plus deserves 5 Stars.

It’s in very good condition, it actually looks like it does in the pics - unusual for this region! The staff are simply awesome, friendly and welcoming as they should be, but they go above and beyond that.

The WiFi can be a little sketchy but they’ll get you sorted out if you have a problem.

I’m actually going to miss staying here as I move on, but I’m sure I will be back soon.

Neat, clean and quiet, which was perfect after an awful nite in a nearby hotel. Tv worked well with many channels. Walking distance to shops, kfc, McDonald's etc. Liked it best for good air con, comfy bed and that it was quiet.

The breakfast is soso,but there are different good restaurants nearby.

This hotel is only 2 years old,location is a bit off main street,sometimes taxi driver doesn't know the location well enough.

Also remember to put the clean room tag on door before leaving room,otherwise,they maynot clean your room in time.

Everything about the hotel was grate. They have a very friendly staff. I read about the breakfast only consisting of fruits mostly but they must have improved on it. They had 2 different meats ,eggs coffee,etc etc.. I thought there would be more restaurants at Robinsons mall. So I ended up eating at the Hotel mostly. There’s a laundry mat across the street with cheap prices. They can do your laundry in 4 hours.

Quiet neighborhood

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple of blocks away from the Fuente-Osmeña Circle. It would have been perfect had there been restaurants nearby and had hailing a cab been instantaneous. The room was not too fancy, but very comfortable. I just wished they provided a bit thicker blankets. Service was great, replenishing toiletries and water daily. The employees were pleasant and helpful.

A nice newer hotel not to far from Osmena Circle. I do want to say I stayed during Sinulog week so my experiences may not be typical. It was noisy, music played loudly from 6 am till night time every day. The hotel had its own speakers outside playing those Sinulog songs all day. But the 6 am \"noise\" may have been from A neighboring property.

The room was clean. The air conditioner worked very well and was quiet. Decent sized TV with cable. Wifi worked well with good speed. Nice clean bathroom with free daily toiletries. The room was tiny. The bed took up 50% of the room at minimum. For 1 person alone it might be ok for for 2 people its cramped.

Empty taxis don't pass by that often certain times of the day

This was a business trip. I have stayed at this hotel 3 different times for a few nights each time. I chose it because I think it is the best low cost for quality in the area within short walking distance of my supplier. I am generally satisfied and will probably stay there next time as well. The staff are great and very friendly. My only issues with the room are that the desk was a bit small and there was some problem with the hot water regulation the last time which I had not previously experienced. There was also some noise from ongoing construction across the street, so i would recommend asking for a room at the back of the hotel.

Nice rooms, excellent staff, Comfortable beds. As others have said, the hot water is really hard to get. And the few times when we were able to get it, it was REALLY hot. The slightest tweak to make it warm made it cold again. Also the half wall separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom does not keep the floor dry (see pic). I did not like my breakfast, but we were in a hurry so can’t complain. The neighborhood looks bad compared to western standards, but I felt safe walking outside at night and saw several other foreigners young to old doing the same (including SWFs). There is a mall with good food choices and cafe about 5 mins walking distance and a major hospital, and major shopping area all around that. It’s a bit of a drive from the airport, esp during rush hour. Would definitely go again.

Highly recommended for short stays in Cebu City

nights. The hotel is conveniently located to Fuentes Osmena Circle so shopping and places to eat are within a 10 minute walking distance. Our Luxe Room was very comfortable, reasonably spacious, clean and had mountain views. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Multiple options were provided for the plated hot breakfast included in the room price. All-in-all a good value hotel. We will be back!

Its a new hotel. Clean, service was great. Staff are very friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze. Its walking distance to the capitol. The 7-11 is 3 blocks away. It would have been better if they had a safe in the room. Breakfast was included. They had some choices of continental and filipino food.

I loved how the hotel from outside can be very deceiving. It looked small but it was actually quite spacious. The employees there are super friendly and the room was nice and clean. The cafe though serves very limited range of food and beverages which is not something I am complaining but something to be noted still.

Only opened 4 moths ago. Great staff. The room was adequate/ a little on the small side. Breakfast menu is limited but well prepared and tasty. Some very good Filipino Resturants in close walking distance. Close to the Capital, a hospital, and City Center facilities.
