We stayed at MYPLACE Vancouver WA last night 2/21/26 based on the high rating given by Expedia. This was the worst hotel experience our family has experienced. Their was a group of unsupervised teens playing and talking. We complained multiple times as the noise did not stop and actually got worse. The front desk came up to our floor and told them to go to their room which ended up being next to ours and their party continued. We asked to leave and be refunded but we were told this is not an option. We then asked to be moved. She moved us to the room above their room which was still able to hear the noise. She then moved us to the first floor. Note that we had to wake our child in the middle of the night to pack up and move. This was a very bad experience. We told the front desk staff this morning and we were told to contact you. Expedia said they can do nothing as did the hotel.

The staff can learn how to say good morning or welcome back. One morning while catching the elevator, the housekeeper abruptly asked “Are you checking out?”
First night there was no liquid soap in the shower and housekeeping couldn’t remedy until the next day. Our room was cleaned twice during our 14 day stay and I had to request the second cleaning.

2. Give people in your welcome to inform how load the door is if you just let it slam shut. People are trying to sleep and people just let the doors go a they slam shut.
3. People talking in a regular volume voice is loud in the rooms you are outside of. Maybe a little education of guest would help.

Hotel location was the best. Really close to everything and everything was within a 5-min drive.
I’m giving this 3 stars because of the rooms. The toilet would not flush, only if I would reach into to the reservoir and pull the chord from within. The bed and pillows are harder than a rock. By the second night, as I would be getting up, my back would sound like a pack of firecrackers. No go for a person with a bad back.
The room looks like a studio apartment with a washer and dryer built in which was nice. The only thing I am bummed about is the sleeping quality. HORRENDOUS.

I have never had such a terrible experience with the manager of a hotel. The other staff were good.
I got ready to shower in the morning and there were no bath towels, only hand towels. I called the front desk to ask if they were stored somewhere in the room. The manager asked if I looked in the cupboard in the bathroom, and I said that I had. She somehow thought I was an idiot or something because she then said they didn't have extra large towels. I told her that I just wanted a regular bath towel, but she wanted to tell me that they were there or something and I tried to make it clear, but she just wouldn't have anything to do with my report of no towel. WHAT THE HECK. I have no idea what her problem was.

Open room with full kitchen and full-size fridge with icemaker (which starts empty, and I recommend turning it off at night so the dropping ice and water filling doesn't wake you). Desk to work at, USB charging, lots of movie channels on the TV that turns back on to your last viewed channel. Free parking, giant mall across the street, stores in the other direction, lots of great walking, easy fast drive to PDX airport. Recommend.

Good but

We like everything about the hotel except that they only provide minimum amount of toilet paper and tissue and garbage bags. Everyone staying longer than two days were asking for towels, toilet paper and rubbish bags at the front desk or the room attendant in the hallway. We checked in on Tuesday and no cleaning until Saturday. That’s a long time without emptying garbage cans and bathroom toiletries.

One of my favorite hotels! Very clean and comfortable. Thoughtful design and supply. Friendly staff. Love the mini kitchen and big fridge which I appreciate it's located by the door, not closer to the beds so I didn't notice the noise much. I do need to take note that they don't supply any cookware and utensils so next time I will need to bring a pan, a spatula, oil and salt if I need to cook.

It's located in a nice commercial area. Shopping is nearby and it's relatively quiet as it's not right by the high way.

As long as they are keeping the price affordable, this is going to be \"My Place\" next time when I visit Vancouver again!

The place was mostly average, but better pricing than others around and clean.

They have kitchen which helps with planning, but, oh surprise, they have zero kitchenware, so best of luck trying to cook.

I would stay here again

The staff was warm, attentive, and hospitable. The cleaning staff was respectful of my wish to not have a visit on one of the days of my stay but still asked if I would like my trash bin emptied and be giving a fresh bag. It was located near so many convenient places I did not have to drive unless I really wanted to drive. The room was so clean and they paid attention to detail.

I was really blown away with this place upon staying. I assumed based off the price that this place would just be decent, but it was very clean and the room was large with a kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and this is in a great location located right next to the mall with plenty of shopping and dining. I typically don’t leave reviews, but I was very impressed with the hotel and its staff. Great price, great location, great hotel.

A hotel that has everything a family with kids could need. A full kitchenette with a full sized bed and even two burners. There was even a laundry room, though we didn’t take. advantage of it during our short stay. The rooms are clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again.
