Very walkable to many restaurants, bars and shops also a block from the pinellas trail. A very short drive to additional restaurants and Honeymoon Island or Clearwater. Most comfortable bed i have ever slept on. Would definitely stay here again if I return to this area.

I did not have an optimal check-in experience. I received a text that they were doing remote check in that day that let me know my room name and that the door was open. After a long day of travel, dragging my suitcase and golf clubs through a maze of a courtyard to look at every door to see if it’s my room was not a great first impression. I had to call the number that texted me and have her guide me to a second floor room in the back I would have never found. As a single female traveler, I also didn’t love that the room sat open unlocked. There are some little things like our bathroom sink didn’t have cold water and the property advertised laundry facilities that it didn’t have, that were a pain. Overall it was quaint, and the location is wonderful, and it was a good value, but not quite as advertised as a “guest house with personal tours of the property” more like an independent room, in a great location.

Fabulous stay in The Cottage suite. It is a stand alone suite, just like a charming little cottage. Super clean & charming. Whilst it is not elegant & fancy, it has a quaint & wonderful vibe. Comfy king bed with nice linens. The walls are a bit thin so we did hear some of the goings on close by. But all music & noise was done by 9 pm. I suspect there might be a noise bylaw in Dunedin.

Likely the nicest place I've ever stayed. Everything was clean and a super peaceful and quiet property. They provide so many amenities whereby bringing 'things' other than yourself and your cloths is not necessary. Nice pool, with pool towels and even drink/food coolers for loan on your outing. Great rear property parking for guests and safe feeling neighborhood. Walking distance to the water, shopping, and outstanding dining and selection of local breweries. The TPA airport is under 30 mins away. I would definitely visit again!

Meranova was a great place to stay in downtown Dunedin. The room and property were well maintained, clean and comfortable. We lived spending time at the small pool on property. Oh how we LOVED our stay here!! Courtyard was fabulous as was pool!! King-sized bed was very comfortable!! Welcome basket was a lovely touch!! Located in the heart of the charming “village” of downtown Dunedin … quaint shops, restaurants, bike rentals and miles long trail, marina and within a very few miles of Clearwater beach, Honeymoon Island and the Greek shops/marina in Tarpon Springs!!! We discovered a treasure in this inn and will definitely recommend it to all!! (P/s .. use of beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler were blessings!!) 10 star Outstanding Place. A true Gem hideaway!
From the moment of my arrival to the minute of my departure, this place was five stars! I rented the family cottage and it was spacious and cool and I absolutely adored it. The sink is a little small, but the shower works. Excellent the bathroom and kitchen were spotless and clean and appliances. All worked. My favorite part was the gardens and the front porch. Pretty much bug free even in late July! I loved that there are places to sit under a gazebo and enjoy a glass of wine or a meal. I also sat outside in my porch chairs, very comfortably accommodated with cushions and an overhead light. I was able to read until after dark and didn’t even get bug bites. Especially like hearing the live music in the evenings from the main street taverns and restaurants just Across the way from our Little Side St., Virginia Avenue. I will definitely be back and Susie was super friendly each time. I also had trouble with the icemaker and after a phone call to the owner JJ, a new refrigerator was brought over the same day and I had fresh ice in that freezer when I came home that evening. if I could give Meranova 10 stars I would !! Thank you Juan and Susie too. Sorry I didn’t get to meet Frank and his little gnomes..

Great location, but not for light sleepers
Lovely guest house in the middle of town, very clean suite with all the amenities. We stayed in the Zen suite for 1 night. The check-in process was remote, comes from different people via text and information was limited, like how to find the parking lot and where to find the lock code. Note: parking is around back via a one-way alley, and the lock code is on a promo card in a display in the living room. The biggest issue was the AC unit in bedroom has a bright light display (couldn't figure out how to turn the light off w/out turning the unit off) and it was very loud, constantly turning on and off. We barely slept and checked out at the crack of dawn. Also, it's a house so folks can be heard walking above and in other rooms (couples arguing), also people outside having a good time. Overall, it really is a nice, clean, roomy place in a great location, but perhaps not so good for light sleepers or those looking for a little rest and relaxation.

This is a cute hotel right in downtown Dunedin- a very cute walkable town. It has a nice (small) pool and supplies for the beach to borrow. This was a small kitchen (which we didnt really use much) with a table and a living room and bedroom area. Its older so that shows a bit in the building but everything worked and was as we needed it.

We loved our stay at Meranova in Dunedin. Our suite had everything we needed and was close to all of the local dining and shopping. We were able to park our car and walk to everything. We rented bikes and went to Honeymoon Island and loved coming back to swim in the pool. We would definitely stay here again!
