I have stayed at this resort several times. The last two not so good from the check-in process and no hot water after calling the front desk twice. Not enough people to clean rooms meaning them telling you check in could be 5pm. Unacceptable

I am so disappointed with our stay. The bed and toilet were broken. It took a lot to get them to fix both. The bed was a temporary fix. Then I was charged for the broken bed. Unbelievable.

No one working in office to check us in, the service man was there and he let us into our room. These are studio condos that are sub leased out and overseen by a management company. Good location. Clean, we were in a unit down the side of the complex so if we leaned over the balcony we could see the water.

The resort was beautifully maintained, I notice everything and I can honestly saw it was perfection. Our room was clean and adorable just one complaint was the bed. The mattress needs to be replaced, my back killed me all night, my husband too and he was in the military and can sleep anywhere no issues.
The young man at the check in desk was awesome and the staff at the tiki bar were friendly. Great location, we walked to downtown every day, there’s a trial that’s easy to pick up on the way. Beautiful area!

They advertised as being a Resort, they are not, a resort has full amenities, such as full service restaurant, spa, health club, etc. The restaurant was a bar that served bar food in styrofoam boxes and drinks in plastic cups. Did not have a beach had to walk off property for that. Had to go off property for everything. The elevator did not work two of the days we were there. Doors in the room did not work, no telephone in the room, no jacks for cell phone, had to go out to buy a brick so I could charge phone. The one staff person I saw was not friendly.

The bed could use a mattress topper or some line of comfort as it was not very comfortable in the shower could use a shelf of some sort so that you're so do not have to sit on the shower floor.

Room was clean. Wasn’t able to get fresh towels. Usually not a problem but shower design was partial open allowing bathroom floor to get wet. Used all existing towels to soak up water. Made ok using beach towels for next day.

Room small but with just enough room for the two of us. Balcony gave us a great view.
Right above Marker 8 Tiki Bar, so much fun.
Would have liked Coffee pods to fit our 4 cup pot, not single pods.
Needed access to my sister's room when she had an accident, Emergency staff off site but helped me locate Emergency key.

I had the basic studio and I was traveling by myself. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and the kitchen at was well stocked. The view from my room was absolutely amazing and it was nice to sit outside on my balcony And look at the water.

Overall, the stay was nice. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. The things that spoiled the stay had to do with the obnoxiius music from the bar below. Additionally, the bathroom and kitchenette countertop were so small that it was difficult to manuever. No place to put a washcloth , shampoos, or soap other than a very small corner shelf in the shower. Difficult to get the shower faucet temperature set wthout getting completely wet with cold water because it is so far back in the shower.

Room was hot. Only had wall ACs and they were off when we checked in even though they knew we were coming. Smoke detector was beeping when we came in. Card in room says to dial 0 from room phone to reach front desk but there is no room phone. Called the resort number and the after hours number. No response. Left a voicemail. No call back yet. The smoke detector beeping is annoying but is also unsafe if the battery is going dead.

It was a good choice to stay at Del Beso resort. Great reception at front of house. Room was clean and comfortable. The Marker 8 Tiki Bar has good food and cold beer. Every staff we met were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful resort. The only problem was being put in the upstair room by the staircase that we couldnt use because of maintenance and had to walk to the other end to use the elevator. That wasnt to bad unless your hauling groceries bags up to the room. We will diffently stay again. Great location Great Staff. Housekeeping was outstanding.

The Resort is really nice. I met some of the staff at the pool and they are very nice and ask how my stay is going, if i need anything, is there anything broken that needs attention. Check in was quick. The office staff very nice as well. The pool area is beautiful, awesome musice, there's a bar and an adult pool. Fin for everyone. The Resort has beautiful sunsets. I plan to go back as soon as I can get days off again.

The property looked like the photos on Expedia. The problems start from there. On my way to the property from the airport, the front desk called me and wanted to know when I was arriving, because they wanted to leave. Check in is at 3pm, and it was 2:15pm. Then you find out that the \"resort\" does NOT clean your room daily, they don't provide clean towels, and they only give you a tiny bottle of shampoo ! I had to negotiate to get new pool towels, and I was told it I want my room cleaned, they would charge me a large fee + tax ! There is no mention of this on Expedia. At least 2 months before arriving I extended my stay by 1 day, and the Front Desk had no idea how to handle the 1 day extension ! I received 3 phones calls and 2 texts telling me they had no record of the extension and then scrolled down and saw the extra day. I only dealt with 1 \"Adult\" at the front desk, as the rest looked fresh out of college and had no idea how to deal with people and more importantly Hospitality, which is that main service at \"resort\" is supposed to provide. It's shame, because the grounds are nice, the pool area is clean, and the rooms are good, just don't use the few towels they give you, because they won't provide you more. And if you want clean sheets and pillow cases, look elsewhere. They did offer me some detergent if I wanted to wash my own ! I've been traveling for more that 50 years and NEVER dealt with anything like this. You get charged a \"RESORT FEE\"

The kids working the front desk, have no idea what service is supposed to provided at a \"Resort\". They don't clean you room daily, not at all if you stay less that a week, and only once if you stay 5 days. They don't exchange pool towels and if you if want your room cleaned they will charge you $86 plus tax. I extended my stay by 1 day- 2 months before I arrived and they had no idea how to deal with that. you only get 1 tiny bottle of shampoo. If they ever figure out what the resort business is, they might have something.

Lots of potential....but

We had booked months ahead, we were given the room one story above the office, so the stairs were the closest way to move our bags and coolers and snacks to the room.
We arrived about 4pm and after unloading the car, I asked about taking a bike out to ride, the manager said we are closed and you can't have one. The sunset wasn't for 3 more hours. To be there right after checking in and to be told we're closed was just, UNBELIVEABLE!!!!!
The room itself was nice and comfortable, however, the AC was incredibly loud. Every time it \"kicked on\" it was so loud it literally woke us up. I called the office in the morning and told them about it. They said they'd get someone to fix it. By the time we got back to room, the office was closed and it was apparent that they had done nothing to solve it. So bad sleeping conditions both nights. Also, my wife woke up to small black ants in the bed. She noticed them on the floor and near the font door.
Lastly, there was a constant drip in the shower and it looked like some mold was there.
The bottom line is this property has SO much potential with it's location, etc. They just need to get the details corrected.

We LOVED our stay. We did not know what to expect having never been to the area. It was a short stay if only two nights but we will be back. The room was spacious, clean, well equipped in the kitchenette. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and water...it was beautiful!! So relaxing to sit and look at the water and watch the sunset. Check in was easy and convenient.

This resort was not clean, the shower head was attached by electrical tape and there was lots of mold under the handle. The lamp next to the bed did not work. When me and my daughter checked out early without any refund the front desk employees were very rude and made up excuses for all the issues. I will never recommend anyone staying at the property.

Second time staying here for three nights. Got the same room both times which was fine. No towel replacement or housekeeping service of any kind. Do your own if you want to. Is this the new norm for hotels? Also, had difficulty finding channels on tv. Restaurant is just okay but great outside seating with nice view.

We had an excellent time spending two nights at the resort over my B-day weekend! We were able to walk the short mile to attend a Paradise Dolphin Boat sighting trip. We also so enjoyed the free Bike Rental. The staff was so polite and we liked that they gave us a curtesy call when our room was ready. We also enjoyed the Tiki lounge with entertainment and the pool! Thank you!

The room is definitely outdated and lacks lighting , which also gives it a very bland feeling. One thing they are doing exellent is laundering their linens correctly . The towels were so soft and smelled great. Even high expenspuve hotels have crunchy stale smelling towels in the the name of \"conservation\" i was just in Aruba and wondered if they dudnt puck them up off the ground and just throw them in the dryer .

Our room was not great. The bed needs replaced. The bed springs were shot and the bed squeaked constantly. The WiFi did not work and there were power surges all the time. The lights would constantly flicker because of the power issue. We were left instructions that we had to wash the dishes, but there was no soap. An envelope was left to tip the room attendant—but in 5 nights there, our room was never serviced. Yup for what?!? Probably would not stay here again or recommend

Elevators were at the other end of the property. Lots of zig-zagging around the balcony to get to room. Ice machine all the way Check in at 4 p.m. and Check out at 10 a.m. Not much time to relax by the pool or hot tub. Staff was friendly. on other side of property.
