My favorite hotel in Rome! Everyone makes you feel completely comfortable and is incredibly helpful with a smile. Beds are like sleeping on clouds. Even the smaller category rooms are nicely sized. The building is beautiful, a small palazzo with unique decor that is incredibly classy. Can’t say enough about how helpful and kind the staff are in every way.

Everything was great but do check the cost of the mini bar and snacks first. About 8 to 10 times more expensive than if you buy at a store. Typically most hotels run 3 to 5 times more expensive.

Only improvement that could be made to room would be the inclusion of tea and coffee making facility (though the room had the best stocked mini bar I’ve seen in a while). J’ai vraiment aimé cet hôtel….par contre, en arrivant le lobby est très anciens et pour mon goût, donne pas bonne impression….ca l’air vraiment vieux….j’avais un peu peur pour notre chambre mais heureusement nous étions dans la nouvelle section qui est très grande et magnifique! Defo Not a 5 Star - You’ll be disappointed
Hotel was ok, breakfast very poor and no mention of needing long trousers on the booking site or hotel information which meant we couldn’t attend the Roof Top Bar, and another restaurant. Only reason I booked this was for the Roof Top and being a 5 Star Hotel - which it definitely wasn’t. The Carpet on the step down to Breakfast was manky and ripped/frayed on the edge which made it a trip hazard!!!

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price or the Br
We booked this hotel based on its affiliation with “Leading Hotels of the World,” but the experience did not reflect that standard. The first room we were given was extremely outdated — old furniture, noisy air conditioning, and an overall worn feel. Given we were paying nearly $900 per night, we asked to change rooms.
The second room was said to be refurbished, and while some elements were newer, the mattress was clearly not. It felt at least 20 years old, making it difficult to get any decent sleep. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell in the room, suggesting it hadn’t been used in a while.
Breakfast, which was included, was well below expectations — closer to a 3-star hotel in quality and selection. Limited variety and lackluster presentation.
The only two positives were the location and the well-known brand, but sadly, the hotel doesn’t live up to either in terms of experience.
Would not stay here again or recommend until major improvements are made.

Only negatives is the rooms were a bit small, only one tiny closet and not nearly enough room to put our clothes. also when checking out, the automatically added large tip to the bill, and only because I looked and asked did they tell me what it was. Stayed here during the summer and couldn’t get the temperature below 72 degrees (22.5 C). Asked the staff to check if it was working and was told that’s just a normal temperature for their rooms. Without a fan or any airflow we were sweating all night. Disappointing for any hotel, but totally unacceptable for a five star.

I think that this was our favorite hotel we stayed at while we were in Italy. The location is perfect when in Rome. Close to the best shopping and restaurants. Amazing hotel if you're looking for a quiet place to get away from the Rome hustle and bustle. We stayed in the terrace room and found out that none of their rooms have a city view,.. so if your looking for a city view, the only place is on the top floor at the restaurant, which is by far the nicest view.

Absolutely fantastic stay in Rome. The staff was some of the most friendly and welcoming I’ve ever experienced. Everyone spoke English well, and knew us by our names. They had our room ready hours early and met some unique requests we had. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Large in size, elegant in style and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked phenomenally well.
The breakfast was well done and very convenient. Easy in and easy out. The covered rooftop was a nice place for an aperitivo (although it rained heavily the night we went up there). Mirabelle was one of the best meals we’ve had. Michelin star dining in an extravagantly beautiful dining room. Best and most attentive service we have ever had dining.
The location was perfect and quiet. Minutes from the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. 25 minutes to the colosseum and Roman forum. Quick trip to Vatican City by car or taxi.

Nice hotel with great service in a safe and quiet location off the beaten path. Very clean, a lot of attention to detail. We would definitely go back when in Rome again and would recommend it with the following caveats: if you plan to walk from and back to the hotel to visit the central core be aware that it is a tough walk back uphill especially after a hearty meal and drinks! Be prepared to call a taxi.
Secondly, when we checked out, it was pointed to us that the hotel had taken the liberty of adding to our bill an extra 45 euros or so for the service for every day we stayed there, telling us that we had the option to remove or change it. The service was excellent and professional but we definitely felt put on the spot which was not a good feeling. We have stayed in many hotels and this a first for us.

This hotel feels luxurious. The lobby has gorgeous decor, beautifully detailed marble floors, and wonderful flower arrangements.
The prestige room we stayed in (418) was decorated to the nines and the bathroom was outstanding. The staff were welcoming and attentive, providing excellent service.

Although in a good area, the walk to the hotel would be uphill from Rome City Centre so we found it to be a little more remote than to our liking. The hotel and our room smelled a little musty and the carpets in the main hallways are flat brown and need to be upgraded to something more colourful but overall the hotel is beautiful.
