Location is way outside of the city Braunschweig. The total room size is big, but its design is strange so that the actual bedroom is not big, much space was left for the hallway.

Very nice hotel. Double room was twin mattresses pushed together. Mattress was comfortable. Room was large for European hotel. Free breakfast was VERY good. Dinner at hotel was formal and delicious with a reasonable price. Nature preserve behind the hotel good place to walk.

I had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. It had the best breakfast out of 15 hotels that I stayed during a recent tour of North Germany. While the hotel is set-up for motorists, it is convenient to many tourist spots once one learns which buses and trams to take. Unfortunately, I had a side room which received some traffic noise.

The hotel is in a pleasant setting with good parking freely available. Whilst the staff were very welcoming on our arrival we were unhappy with the service in the restaurant - we waited just under a hour for our order to arrive!! Eventually, after several conversations and reminders, the staff admitted that they had forgotten to place our order and tried to make amends but this was a little too late for us.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Seela und sind mit zwei kleinen Kindern gereist. Wir empfanden den Aufenthalt als sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war ruhig. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück war super! Es gab einen hausgemachten Ingwershot, hochwertige Hafermilch für den Kaffee, Vollkornbrötchen, Nüsse, veganen Aufstrich und sehr guten Kaffee. Das Frühstücksbüffet war nicht extrem groß, aber hatte qualitativ hochwertige Sachen und wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Wir können das Hotel empfehlen.
Auf dem Parkplatz draußen zu stehen kostet genauso viel wie in der Tiefgarage zu stehen.

Das Zimmer war recht groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Von der Lage her, ist für jeden etwas dabei. Leider zu schmales Bett bekommen, waren ausgebucht kein Wechsel möglich. E.-Ladesäulen z.T. Durch Verbrenner zugeparkt. Ansonsten immerhin schon 3 Doppelladesäulen vorhanden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür und obwohl unser Zimmer zum Parkplatz lag, war es (bei geschlossenem Fenster) sehr ruhig. Auch die Lautstärke im Hotel, obwohl sehr gut belegt, war gut, man hörte im Zimmer kaum Geräusche (das ist in anderen Hotels bei Weitem nicht so gut) Das Zimmer/Badezimmer war gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte sehr viel Auswahl und alles war sehr lecker. Auch unser Abendessen im angeschlossenen Restaurant war sehr lecker. Wir waren zu Corona-Zeiten im Landhaus Seela und waren begeistert von der Einhaltung der Regeln - besser kann man die Auflagen kaum durchsetzen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der einzige negative Punkt ist tatsächlich der Parkplatz - die Parklücken sind relativ klein und man muss schon ordentlich rangieren, damit alles paßt. Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Und vor allem abends ist kaum ein freier Parkplatz auf dem Hotelgelände zu finden und man muss das Auto im angrenzenden Wohngebiet an der Straße parken.

Der Safe in meinem Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Ich musste also noch einmal umziehen. Leider half mir auch keiner meine Koffer auf das Zimmer zu tragen welches im ersten Stock war und es gab keinen Fahrstuhl. Es war schon schwierig die Koffer aus der Tiefgarage die schmale Treppe nach oben zu tragen. Ich war allein angereist. Das Hotel hat leider immer noch Schlüssel mit der Zimmernummer und dem Namen des Hotels. Das 2. Zimmer hatte leider kein Telefon so dass ich die Rezeption auch nicht anrufen konnte

Größe des Zimmers und Bad sehr gut. Qualität des Essens und Service sehr gut. Leider nur Ausblick auf Dach und Giebel, was aber bei dem Preis o.k. war. Das Bett war zu weich und vermutlich durch Auflage unter Laken zu warm und rutschig.
