I absolutely loved Magnolia Boutique Hotel! The room was clean and quite spacious for a solo person with a cute little balcony. The breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed all the options. The staff was also very friendly and helpful in navigating around the city. The noise wasn't bad at all. It had some city noises as my room faced the street but nothing that felt loud or distracting. It was easily within walking distance to everything in Palermo with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe walking around Palermo and staying here. Would definitely stay here again!

All the staff were wonderful. So helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms and bathroom very clean. Probably noisier on the ground level where we stayed, there’s an eating area near where our room was. I think we would ask for an upstairs room next time we come.

Charming! So happy with our stay here. The property is charming and elegant and even has a library! Every staff member was so friendly and accommodating. The room was large, and I was pleased with the size of the bathroom. Located in Palermo, the neighborhood was very quiet and very clean, and there were plenty of dining options within walking distance. And don’t skip out on the breakfast! Everything is made to order, not a buffet. Everything we ate was delicious. You will not regret staying here.

This is lovely hotel in a quiet part of Palermo. The staff is excellent, the facilities are clean and comfortable and the breakfast options are varied. I would not call this hotel centrally located as it is a few blocks away from restaurants and bars but that is also a plus because it is located in a quiet zone of Palermo. I highly recommend the coffee shop across the street.

We really enjoyed the personal service and quiet location. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The air conditioner was set at 16 degrees Celsius which should suggest that it would get cold in the room after a while but it simply was not enough AC for the size of the room and this would our only concern.

Had a fantastic stay at the Magnolia. The staff were all great - very friendly, helpful and always willing to help. The breakfast was very good (had a choice between 6 or 7 options), and they provided a boxed breakfast on a day I had to leave early. As others have mentioned, the bathroom could do with a refresh, but it was perfectly fine. A welcome drink of wine and a gifted bottle were an extra bonus! Would absolutely stay at the Magnolia again!

It is a beautiful hotel, though the bathroom could be better and could use a facelift. The bathroom tub water switch knobs were broken, and I noticed the yellowing of the tiles, which I never tolerate in my house. Overall, I loved the hotel and the people. I would stay there again.

The rooms are clean. The breakfast is fabulous. The hotel is a little off the beaten path which can be good if you like quiet. The shower needs updating- swinging glass partition makes it hard to get in and out of and avoid slipping. Staff are excellent and easy to please.

The hotel would be more comfortable with a few changes - usb extension cord by the bed so that it’s possible to have a phone and one other device plugged in - without having to unplug the lamp. Also, towel bars for hand towels by the sink. And there were drain flies in the bathroom.
Location is ok - not the trendiest part of Palermo, but not too. Breakfast ok.

The Magnolia reminds one of a Moroccan Riad, a 2 part home with a sky bridge connection, warm & welcoming lobby that surrounds a 2 story open courtyard and rooftop terrace. A welcome glass of wine pales in comparison to the welcoming of the staff who are quick to respond to messages, pleasant, and who accommodate every wish. We have traveled extensively and have never had better, more personalized service.

If you are staying in Palermo, which is a fabulous, walkable neighborhood filled with cafes, parks and shops, you won't find a better place to stay than Magnolia. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing hotel in a great Buenos Aires neighborhood. The staff contacted me via email to offer transportation, which I’d highly recommend. The neighborhood is quaint, quiet, safe and walking distance to great cafes & restaurants. We actually found we could walk every where in the city and did not need to use other transport (but we’re walkers). The staff were super friendly, professional and helpful. The lobby, room, and especially the outdoor spaces were top notch. The breakfasts and evening wine service (on the roof top patio!!). were fabulous. I wouldn’t change a thing!!!

We could not have picked a better hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing and our experience would have not been the same without Augustina, Ellie, Guadalupe and Victoria. The room was perfect and the breakfast was a definite highlight of our trip. The homemade yogurt is a must try. The other amazing thing about the Magnolia is the location. It was close enough to the coolest neighborhood in Buenos Aries, but still quite at night. Despite the World Cup fans in the streets we still slept wonderfully.

It's located in Palermo where everything is walkable and Maria (Eugenia) was so lovely and attentive to all our needs. The wine from Salta on arrival was beautiful that i indulged far too much and the deluxe room was spacious. i felt like I was in Paris. The coffee was also great, I've changed hotel 3 times for different reasons and bad coffee is a common thread in BA :P I highly recommend staying here if you're. couple, you want your peace but want to be close enough to Palermo's busy streets.

From the moment I walked in I was impressed with the beauty of the place and the peace and tranquility it gave me. There were antiques everywhere and it was so clean. No sound came in from the street even though I was in busy Buenos Aires. A wonderful place - greatly enhanced by the superb staff. The hotel is lovely and very quiet - the rooms are not luxurious but are tastefully decorated and quite large. The location is great - within easy walking distance of diverse restaurants and shops - and also not far from museums and other touristic attractions - if you don't want to walk, taxis are cheap. But the great staff - friendly and passionate about the city, with interesting life stories, and great advice on exploring the neighborhood and the city are what make this place exceptional.

The hotek is in a former mansion so it is both charming and older. The toilet was a little tricky and the bathtub - shower had minor chips. The staff was lovely and helpful. If you are a light sleeper, as I am, avoid the first floor. It is too close to the dining area and you will hear breakfast set up at 7:00am. Also, the wine in your room is not complimentary and they charged us $18. Overall it was ok but I think you can find a better Soho location and facilities for the price.
