The staff were wonderful, but the room was extremely noisy, and cold, once we turned the heater on the room was even noisier. You could hear the cars outside, the neighbors next door and above. every toilet flush. the blanket was very thin and after asking for at least more blankets we got a very thin comforter. The bed was so small that we each had one leg hanging on each side.
Overall we didn't get much sleep and we were both very tired after the weekend.

The bathroom door doesn't close or lock. The doorknob was installed backwards. The dront door is beat up. Both doors look like someone rook a hammer to them. A professional paint job would fix it. Earlier in the evening, til about 11pm. Theres lots of noise in the parking lot and along the front main aisle from the other tenants.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. It is clean, the reception and cleaning staff are very friendly, and it is a convenient spot to the freeway. The price is also very affordable. We will most likely stay again!

Good for a day!

This place was sufficient for one night and the accessible showers are good for anyone to use. Everything appeared to be functioning properly (lights, hot water, television, refrigerator). There were two soft chairs to sit on. They had a clock (one was on the microwave, but nobody knew how to set the time) and a box of napkins were available. I do not like hardwood floors and always bring slippers.

BEWARE OF THE FRONT DESK

beware! even though they say that check-in is anytime after 3-4pm this hotel will cancel your reservation for any reason and sell your room to the highest bidder and charge you for a no show! i showed up at 11:30pm after a long day flying and apparently i had no room. the guy at the front desk with all the tattoos will seem friendly but he probably sold my room to the highest bidder. i had to scramble around and pay more to get a room elsewhere. what a piece is hsit hotel! 30 years of travel and never has a reservation been canceled by the hotel and then charged for a no show even when i showed up! not worth the drama. go elsewhere for less headache despite discounted rates. there’s plenty of other options than this wyndham. pathetic and shameless.

Everything I saw inside and out was dated, run down, and dirty. I was afraid to sit in the chairs without putting down a towel and the mattresses were in bad shape. Bulbs in desk lamp were unscrewed. Shower convertor design is about 30 years old, they don't even make those any more for good reason. Outlet on lamp does not work. Pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. I could go on......

First and foremost, the staff were extremely cordial, professional and helpful. They were very friendly and repeatedly offered to make suggestions and help to make our stay enjoyable.

We accidentally left a couple items behind in the room and the staff were extremely helpful in safely collecting them and were cooperative in having them shipped back to our home. I really appreciate that...

The room itself was not in good condition. The walls were very dirty, the floors were sticky, the bathroom floor had urine on it and the front door showed damage from a forced entry, which had not been properly repaired. However the room was well-equipped with lots of appliances and amenities to make the stay convenient.

The location was noisy, but it was not noticeable inside the room. The outside property surrounding the hotel needs to be cleaned up and landscaped properly. The hotel property should not be surrounded by razor wire, and a makeshift clothesline should not be there.

The surrounding restaurants and attractions were good and helpful. With a little work, this could be a far more attractive facility.

I have been staying here spending good money because never had issues at all. Then had to move upstairs even though have bad foot and sciatica problems. I limp when I walk. Didn't matter. Had to move upstairs. Then back downstairs. Management not considerate nor customer oriented. Front desk is great housekeeping too, those ladies are awesome. It's too bad Management isnt at same par. Hopefully the staff and clients stay on with this new management.

no way to warm the bathroom for shower. showered at my daughters. toilet was too low. child size. difficult for the elderly. no safety bars, to get out of tub and use to pull self up from toilet. i know we did not go to live there, just to visit family & sleep 2 nights. afraid to end up on bathroom floor trying to get off toilet, risk a broken hip.

Wish things had been better

The motel was pretty run down. We rented five rooms. Some were cleaner than others. They apparently do not have room service everyday covid is over. There's no excuse for them not to be able to come in and make the bed and put new towels. They wanted you to go to the front desk to get anything and then everything was limited. I know it's more of an economy place, but that is the bare minimum one can expect

The facility is not well kept and is NOT to standard for a Wyndham facility, nor do the photos accurately represent the the reality of the condition of the rooms.

We booked 2 queens, the beds were fulls. The bathroom was dirty, there were mystery smears on the walls and the toilet clearly had not been cleaned under the seat.

The pool & spa were \"out of order\" which was disappointing as it was a nice day.

I liked the staff who were helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean enough. But if you are a senior, ask if there were any safety amenities in the showers and bathrooms. Also ask for clips for the curtains to keep them shut when the heat or ac come on because they would be blown open and no privacy. Make sure that the bath tub had anti slip mats for you because you can slip in the tub when trying to get out of it and nothing to hold on to. It happened to my husband. He hurt his shoulder trying to get out of the tub and only could hold on to the bathroom door knob.

Great Stay!

We had a great experience at Days Inn. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable , there were plenty of towels, and the TV had a good selection of stations. The door safety lock (not the deadbolt) broke off when we closed it, so we notified maintenance to fix after we checked out. We still felt safe, especially since there was night security on duty. The pool and hot tub was nice and relaxing. Overall, a great place for the price.

No help, money hungry

I was booking this hotel for the night. It was late, around 11PM. When I confirmed on the Hotels.com app, the confirmation showed for the next day/night, so I called the hotel right away to cancel and they said I needed to call the 3rd party (Hotels.com) to cancel. I went there and they did not try to help at all. Called Hotels.com customer service and they called the the hotel to try to cancel on behalf and the hotel said no anyways. No point of giving me a runaround, when they had the power to cancel.

The back side of the property appeared to be rented out to migrant farm workers. That's fine, but it did feel less safe than I would have preferred. If I had been able to cancel, I would have moved to a different motel. The room was clean and okay. The continental breakfast was one choice of pastry with juice and coffee, which is all that I needed before hitting the road. If you want to spend less that you will be okay here, but if my wife had been with me she would have insisted on staying elsewhere....

We checked in around 11:30 pm and were given a room. When we walked into the room we woke up another family. It was occupied. When we went back to the office and tild him, he stated all rooms were booked and didnt know what to do. Then he walked us into a room right next tot he office and opened it with a master key. It had 2 beds, but they were full size and not queens. He said he didnt have a key for me bit that \"no one will bither you.\" The full size bed was too smal for my wife and i, so it was very i comfortable. I was so worried, after the experience of walking in on another family, that my family was not safe that i did not sleep all night. The door didn't have an internal lock, so i was concerned for the families safety. Never again.

The fridge and the microwave looked clean. But peeling paint and a sticky door in the bathroom. Random hair in almost every towel. Grounds were awful!! Trash everywhere!! There were homeless in RV in the parking lot and stray cats everywhere. The whole back side of the hotel was being used as a labor camp for field worker housing. Mud (from their boots) everywhere. They were lined up to eat from a van outside and lined up throughout the day to use the washer and dryer. I would not let my children go outside or use the pool. I was very disappointed

Sold our rooms.

Due to an emergency on Friday, we weren't able to make it to Gilroy, tried calling hotel and no answer. Then we went to check in Saturday night, 2 rooms, 2 nights. Friday and Saturday. To be told they had no rooms. Everything was taken. I explained iwas supposed to be ther Friday but do to an emergency was able to make it until now Saturday night. So after 45 minutes he found one reservation but only 1 room.
But i pre paid threw Hotels. Com and he said that it was just for Friday and i didn't make it. But some how he founr one rooms reservation but not a second. With my daughter 2 babies under the age of 2 and only one room. She took that room but my wife and self having to find another hotel at 1130 pm. After prepaying for rooms on Hotels.com. but some how the hotel didn't get the reservation or they sold our rooms.
I showed the man at front desk my itinerary and recipe and he said I'd have to take it up with hotels.com or take them to small claims court.
I thought the purpose of using hotels.com was to simplify and guarantee your check in hassle free.

Breakfast is falsely stated. They have 1 type of pastry and coffee if you get there in time and orange juice. This does not constitute breakfast in my eyes. Back side of property looks a little shady. Washers and dryers are never opened due to people who aren't customers using them all the time. Be careful what you pay 😡

The floor was dirty had to call front desk to have maid come back and clean floor not to mention seen a roach, I would have left with my family if we didn’t have to be at a funeral so early the next day not very many options in Gilroy the surrounding area we needed to be in for the services didn’t take pictures but my family men did they may be posting a review as well ….
