The mattress was junk, it was too thin. You could feel the bed. I did not get a good night's sleep. The shower had plenty of hot water. It was very clean. Staff was very helpful.

Rotten apple found under the bed and baseboard peeling off the wall and the breakfast was really just coffee and when I asked for extra blankets even though I had two beds, they said they only had one blanket available and no other blankets even though it was over 300 rooms

I had one of the worst hotel stays of my life here. The moment I opened the door to my room, I was hit with an awful smell—a mix of cigarette smoke and damp, humid staleness. It never went away, no matter how long I kept the window open.
The room itself was dirty and poorly maintained. The carpet felt grimy, the nightstand had sticky residue, and the bathroom was unacceptable with hair on the floor and mildew in the shower. Even the bedding looked questionable, with stains on the comforter and sheets that didn’t feel fresh.
The hallways and lobby weren’t much better, carrying the same musty odor as the room, which made the entire stay uncomfortable. For the price I paid, this level of cleanliness and care is unacceptable. I checked out early and will never return. Save yourself the disappointment and choose another hotel.

The only downside of this hotel is that it had a pee smell up on the second floor. Also we had called for fresh towels and they would not bring it to us. We had to go downstairs to get them. I don’t think that was right that’s why we paid for the service Overall it was a good stay.

Hotel states there is free continental breakfast. In the morning there was only coffee and no food at all. We picked this hotel based on the breakfast so we can grab and go but nothing to grab. There was no kitchenware, you have to ask the front desk but when I went down there, the person was on the computer and would not assist me so I used napkins as plates. There is no ice machine at all

I’ve have stayed her once a week for three months. It’s OK but this last time I stayed for 6 days. I’m 70 years old, my wife is handicapped. We stayed on the second floor and the elevator stopped working. We had to walk down two flights of stairs with all our luggage and other items. Was not a pleasant experience..

The staff was nice. The few I didn’t like was that you needed to ask for your kitchen things and return before you leave. If you wanted clean towels you had to take your dirty ones to the desk and they counted them then gave you clean towels. I never had to do that before. You also had to throw your own trash away. Heads up this is a very basic hotel. Plus it says breakfast there is no breakfast just coffee and muffins.

My house is going through a rehab so my property management company placed my husband and I in this hotel for 11 nights. We were notified that the rehab was going to take a few more days so we would need to extend the stay. The woman working at the front desk who identified herself as the General Manager, Nariah, was rude and dismissive and told us there were no reservations available even though online it should we could extend our reservation and a young gentleman who was working the front desk had told us that all we would need to do was get our property manager to sign a form confirming the extension and he said it would be emailed to my property manager whose email was already on file since she booked the reservation. My property manager then extended the stay by confirming the new reservation online. We were then told my Nariah that we were going to need to vacate our room and leave because there were no more reservations available. When we told her we reserved the room online and were waiting for the form to be sent to our property manager, she got irate, began raising her voice and was questioning why we would go behind her back and book online when she told us there were no more reservations available. I told her there were reservations available online so our property manager booked it and then she began to call me a liar all at the front desk with a line of people behind me. It was beyond humiliating and was the straw that broke the camels back. Horrible experience

Stayed for a soccer tournament. Had our kids with us and for an “extended stay” they had NO items in the room. No shampoo, no kitchenware - nothing. There was pubic hair all over the shower, the floor was warped and the windows didn’t open (dangerous in case of emergency).
The “breakfast” was stale nutrition bars and muffins.
We’ve stayed at many places and this was one of the worst.
Parking wasn’t great- a bus took up all the spots in the front and TONS of stray cats.

When we wanted to get our third room they sold our room to someone else therefore they were sold out. I we got 2/3 rooms and the third one they didn’t honor or saved it to our reservation. Bad management and very rude staff. They don’t care about their guests

A, great location for a buiness traveler for extended stay. Clean,quiet,close to most of the manufacturing houses. Walking distance to grocery and common resturants. Area safe for running. Full size fridge, stovetop, request for cooking and eating responded to quickly.

The sheets on the bed were stained and had holes in it. Went down to get more and was given a ball of sheets (non folded or anything).

The faucet and shower valve were not attached properly to the stud behind the wall, so every time you use it it comes off the wall allowing water to go into the wall (which is creating mold problems). Last detail is, they “cleaned” the room and left the toilet paper left with one last square of paper on it instead of changing it for a new one.
Definitely this property is managed by people who don’t care. Sad. No need to say I won’t be staying here anymore and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Sorry

This is the best place to stay in Morgan Hill, even better than the home that I was living at there. I suggest arriving before dark when checking in to avoid being locked out of the lobby, despite 11:00 P.M. being the latest. I prefer a room with carpet, but feel free to bring a rug and use a cart for necessities. No more muffins or granola bars for breakfast, just Nutri Grain breakfast bars, instant oatmeal, and hot drinks. The soft chair is more comfortable than the mesh one. Bring a pair of slippers to keep your feet clean. Try checking out earlier to avoid the maid from visiting before leaving.
