house keeping was good, but front desk was terrible. I had to ring bell to get service about 3 times. There never is anyone there to greet you. Whole hotel smelled like curry. I did find one roach in my bathroom. Front desk girl gets upset if we ring the bell to early in the morning (which was at 8:30 am).

We were told the wrong information about early check in and had to wait 40 mins in the lobby as our first impression. It took us several minutes to even find a person who worked there every time we had a question. The pool hours were only till 7, which is absurd. The room had dirty linens and zero accomodations (no gym, no lobby bathroom even). Breakfast was terrible.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast had hot items as well as cereal and packaged pasteries. The room was austere but comfortable, and the pillows were plump, but the air conditioner was loud. Denny's is right next door when you need a convenient restaurant.

not worth the money

The rooms, were ok, we were there for 5 days, we asked several different times to have our room cleaned and to get new towels, they always for got, and we had to go to the lobby and get them. it was noisy in the hallways, kids were allowed to play, and run up and down the halls until about midnight. The breakfast was ok, but they were always out of some of the food, and had to keep asking to replenish, they did not like being asked to replenish.

Booked a room with sofa bed and the way it was placed it could not be open, had to move things around it was a hassle. The floor was dirty could not be barefoot without feet turning dark and there was a smell. If you’re sensitive to smells this hotel is not for you. Could have been better for the price.

Staff was not welcoming upon check-in. No smile, no greet, and no information about hotel as he gave me the key card other than my room was on the 3rd floor and breakfast is over at 9am. The front desk clerk asked for my card and ID and as I gave him my ID, he said there was no reservation under my name. I explained my ID had my maiden name and I put my reservation under my married last name. He gave me a weird look and seemed like he didn’t trust that I was telling the truth even though I had my confirmation email. The whole experience was weird and he just had terrible customer service to begin with.

The hotel was in a convenient spot but when we got our room it had not been cleaned from the previous guest's. We had to lug our stuff to the second room which looked as if it was cleaned but the white comfortor and sheets had some mysterious spots that where pretty disgusting. We then went to the 3rd room which was cleaner but the ac was louder then the TV. Super inconvenient but we where already exhausted so we just stayed put. The breakfast was pretty good but other then that I would not have stayed if it was for more then one night. I wanted to ask for compensation for the inconvenience but I just wanted to get out of there.

Requires extra deposit at check in even when fees are fully prepaid on booking site. It was never mentioned during the booking process such fees(not a small amount either) is required.

No comment on customer service quality many other reviews seem to mention. I work this field too so I get it.

Bathroom door does NOT close. They did renovation some time recently I think but the door they got does not fit the doorframe so it just doesn’t close. No big deal but come on…also the shower head is broken plus the water pressure is miserable so showering takes forever.


Some weird marks and stains on bed sheets but overall is decently clean.

Bed/pillow is okay comfort wise.

This was a last minute reservation and itnwas stressful. The front desk guy was new and claimed I hadn't paidnfornthenroom. He charged me twice for incidentals and the WiFi wouldn't connect in long enough intervals to check emails, read, or stream a program.

The room was spacious with an old, loud AC unit. The tv was connected to a very old cable box and the tv vplume didn't really work so if the AC was on you couldn't hear the TV. Also there were very limited channels available. There was a fridge in the room along withnan old microwave and a coffee set up that was interesting. I didn't use it.

The manager was very nice and took care of the double charge.

I am very unsatisfied with our stay. Upon arrival we were “greeted” by and extremely rude and irritated young man who was probably upset because we interrupted his smoke break right outside the hotel door. He spoke to us as if we were bothering him.
He was extremely unhelpful and we could not understand the WiFi code that he quickly verbally gave us. As we left to the elevator, he scurried back outside to finish his cigarette. The hallway on the floor we were staying smelled atrocious as if nobody has actually cleaned the hallway floors in ages. The rooms were somewhat clean. We were given the smallest possible shampoo and conditioner.
All throughout the night people were being loud in the hallways, playing loud music, yelling, running up and down the hallways. There was no common courtesy at all. We were put in a room right by the elevator, when there were more, better rooms available, which just made the noise problem all the worse. My husband and I didn’t sleep one bit during our stay. When we left there was still nobody at the front desk to see us leave. We had to hunt down some kind of staff to check out. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and I plan on calling customer service during the week, I’m writing this on a Sunday, to put in a formal complaint.

Pool was dirty filled with leaves and what looked like dirt. My parents rooms box spring or mattress(can’t remember) looked like it had blood on the side of it. My parents room’s mattress were worn out to where it was uncomfortable. Mine had water leakage from the fridge it looked like and half my mattress was shot out. Lastly, kept getting woken up to knocking or someone trying to open the door when I had a DND sign on the door already.

Bed comfort mattress wise was horrible, they had to change our rooms after we entered as our door did not lock, noisy at night and early morning coming from outside and in the hallway, my kids wanted to swim and the pool was dirty with dirt/ leaves etc. place was clean, walking distance to a Dennys and the outlets. Our room was clean but very small. It was terribly noisy in the evening and being on the 2nd floor , there. were inconsiderate guests at 2:30 am, stomping and dropping heavy items on their floor.
The dining room was so crowded with a tour bus of guests, there was not enough variety of food, condiments or even ice water for breakfast guests. Left feeling very disappoointed from this stay , usually Comfort Inn's are much better than this one. We won/t be back.

Three days out of the stay, our room was overlooked for cleaning services. Towels were not switched out and garbages not emptied. That was among the usual room upkeep needs. We did call management and got towels but ONLY after calling in. One day a service clerk said the room was already cleaned since it was marked off on the TO Do list. That was a lie. The last day was extremely noisy, so we lost sleep even after calling management.
