I really enjoyed the close proximity to the historic centre of the city. Only 10 minutes walk away was Piazza Maggiore, incredible dining choices, and endless social gathering areas to drink and shop. Not in that order. You acnt go wrong with this location.

Other than that, the room is very clean and comfortable. You just have to hope your neighbors are quiet, though, because there's no soundproofing between rooms.

The room was meant to sleep in. No extras.
The bed was uncomfortable. I think it’s time for a new mattress. Bus stop was right out front. The lady in Reception that checked us in was very nice and knowledgeable of the area.

I am the least foo foo person I know, and this was the worst place I've ever stayed. The positives were it was clean and the woman who checked us in was lovely and helpful.
It was the the most bare room ever. There were no cups, no extra tp, no Kleenex, no curtains, only a sheer window covering, 1 folding chair, 2 small night stands and some built in shelves. The mattress was broken down so i sank in the middle of it. The shower was plugged and wouldn't drain. I stood in 2 inches of water until I dug into the drain and pulled out a bunch of hair.
There was a room we could go to to get hot water for tea, but no coffee. I was told it's been a month since the coffee machine broke. No instant coffee or breakfast. There were cups in that room for tea that I used in the room. I bought my own instant coffee.
It was noisy and we didn't have any housekeeping service. It seemed that every cost was cut at the expense of providing any ammenities that are usually provided.
I whole heartedly do not recommend this place. I am very puzzled by the good reviews. This was better than sleeping outside, but not much.

Close to main sights to see in the primary palazzo of Bologna. Quiet. Clean. Not much in the way of amenities though. We had to have a key to get into the room that had a mini fridge, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, OK I would recommend that the. And be changed as it implied a provided breakfast, which was not the case.

As a supposed B&B it is truly a disappointment. The check in process is ineffective; no information was provided by the staff in advance of our arrival. The rooms are designed within former apartments; the place makes you feel like you are staying inside a train station. Rooms are not properly maintained and paint on the walls need upkeep. It’s fairly convenient to center of Bologna; providing you like to walk. Probably serves best for people in desperate need of a room while visiting a patient at nearby hospital. We do not recommend this “B&B” at all! Not a place to stay if you are just a visitor to Bologna looking for a restful place while in the city…

A real steal, economically priced and immaculately clean. Excellent instructions to permit late check in, great left luggage for late departure. Great breakfast included at the Garden bar nearby. A very charming and convenient trattoria, il Gusto del Tempo, a couple of doors away. Great location for city centre or train station.

You will receive the clean, cousy and spacious room, clean bed. The hotel is located at the old part of Bologna (10 minutes on feet till 2 towers).
All this for reasonable price and with a very friendly and professional attitude of the hostess.

Venligt personale og ok værelse med bad, men ingen mulighed for at tilberede mad ell drikke. Nespresso maskine (€1 pr kop) og et lillebitte køleskab til fælles for alle værelserne, man skulle tage vand fra håndvasken på toilettet (vandet smager afskyeligt for en Dansker, - husk at købe et par liter med, også til nespressoen). Jeg savnede en køkkenvask, lidt service og en elkedel, men der var heldigvis flere gode caféer i nærheden, og restauranter i gåafstand.
Det var nemt nok at gå ind til centrum, og offentlig transport til og fra lufthavnen var også ok, omend ikke helt pålidelig (tag af sted i god tid, hvis I skal nå tog/fly), men det sidste stykke fra bussen til Bentivoglio om aftenen, med bagage på brostenene, var lidt belastende.

Zimmer lag direkt am Krankenhaus. Die Türen zum Flur sind Zimmertüren - also sehr dünn.Deshalb hört man alles der anderen Zimmer. Die Klima steht zwar den ganzen Tag auf 18 Grad - schafft es aber nicht unter 24 Grad zu kommen. Die Parkplätze sind nicht vorhanden. Dafür wird ein Parkhaus für 20€ pro Tag empfohlen.

Das Hotel leigt an einer lauten Straße direkt bei einem Krankenhaus (viele Krankenwagen, auch in der Nacht). Dafür ist man aber schnell in der Innenstadt oder der Universität. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich - die Rezeption hatt mich vorab per Whatsapp kontaktiert und Tipps für den Weg vom Bahnhof gegeben. Ich hatte ein Zimmer direkt bei der Rezeption. Leider hört man jedes Geräusch durch die Tür und ab sechs Uhr ratterte die Kafeemaschine. Vom B&B im Namen sollte man sich auch nicht täuschen lassen: Frühstück gibt es keines, dafür sehr viele nette Cafes in der Nähe. Fazit: Okay für ein, zwei Naächte.

The apartment is in very good location, in walking distance from the city centre and with parking facilities. Sandra was very attentive in providing information and assisting where she could. The elevator is useless if you have a big suitcase as it is really really small na narrow. Also the room was small, without fridge and in essence there was no possibility to have even a breakfast as in the common area there was only a table, chairs and a counter with a coffee machine, a dispenser for capsules at 1 euro each, tea, paper glasses, cutlery and a boiler for water. No sink available, so if you wanted to drink water you either had to have bottles in the common fridge or use the WC tap next to the counter. Also there were no plates or bowls. Overall I would say a mediocre stay.

La posizione è comoda per chi deve assistere qualcuno in ospedale perchè è proprio davanti al policlinico. Si trova in un palazzo con un ascensore dove si entra a fatica, ed è sprovvisto di parcheggio, anche se ha una convenzione con un parcheggio in zona a 10€ a notte. La stanza non era arredata con cura, ma la cosa che più mi ha disturbato è stata la pulizia. Non solo le tende erano corte e sporche, ma il letto aveva su le lenzuola e un piumino che non era nel sacco questo significa che lo stesso piumino viene usato da tutti gli ospiti, direi poco igienico, considerato anche che il piumino era a contatto diretto con la federa. Per non parlare del sacchetto della spazzatura del bagno, che probabilmente non viene cambiato ma solo svuotato e infatti aveva macchie di sangue, anche no grazie!!! Bom local para hospedagem, apesar de ser um pouco distante do circuito turístico. Se você gosta de explorar os locais a pé, não será um problema. O quarto é confortável e silencioso, mas as roupas de cama e banho precisam de maior cuidado, as toalhas eram bem velhas e meu lençol tinha uma mancha (estava lavado, mas manchado). Não recomendo contratar com o café da manhã que é um voucher para fazê-lo em outro local (uma bebida e um pão doce), melhor decidir isso sozinho e ao seu gosto.

Gut gelegene Unterkunft im schönen Bologna
Vorneweg - der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und uns wurde alles wichtige hervorragend erklärt. Die Unterkunft liegt super - alle touristischen, kulturellen und auch kulinarischen Ziele im Zentrum Bolognas sind je nach Lage zwischen 10 und 20 Minuten lockeren Fußmarsches entfernt. Sie ist leicht zu finden, anzufahren und hat - großer Pluspunkt für Autofahrer - einen eigenen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus auf dem Gelände. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, sauber, mit einem guten Bett und einem schönen und geräumigen Badezimmer. Das Frühstück wird in Kooperation mit einer netten, typisch italienischen Kaffeebar gereicht, welche etwa 150 Meter entfernt ist. Alles in Allem lässt sich sagen: Hier lässt es sich aushalten - und die Unterkunft kann nur weiter empfohlen werden. Uns hat es wirklich gut gefallen & wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.Viel Spaß in Bologna! :-)

Puro B&B, nel senso di camere con bagno ricavate da appartamenti, quindi con una reception minuscola, aperta solo di giorno. Però camere nuovissime e molto pulite, kit di cortesia nei bagni, vicino al centro, receptionist molto precisa nelle informazioni, wi-fi e possibilità (prenotandolo per tempo) di avere il parcheggio sotto casa, a pagamento.
