Loved this hotel! Staff were very friendly, location was perfectly in the middle of the locations we were going to. Bus stops right in front of the restaurant attached to the hotel, and this same bus goes straight to the train station so public transportation is convenient. Despite not adding the breakfast option, coffee, tea, water, and umbrellas were available to all guests. Thank you for an awesome stay!

The property appears to be brand new, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is not walkable from the railway station or from the town of Thun but there is a convenient bus that ends in a station opposite the hotel. It takes about 10-12 minutes on that bus to arrive from the railway station.

We called, passed by 3 times but there was nobody there and nobody answered the phone!! We could get in the building with another guest, it was 18:00 already!
After trying to call all the numbers using the telephone in the reception we finally reached a hotel employee. He came to help us and we could get in our room, it was 19:00!!
In the morning, when we complained in the reception the woman said they sent us the code twice. She also said we should know the reception is closed after 11:00! It was not their fault, we should know that!!
We said there is no excuse not to answer the phone during the hole day!
It’s unacceptable that nowadays a hotel just leaves the reception unattended and don’t answer their ‘contact phone’!!
She offered a CHF 20,- discount but we said it was not enough then we got a discount of CHF 40,-.

It was short stay of one night. Modern hotel and very well maintained. Staff was quick and responsive. Although we couldn’t find a phone in the room to connect to the reception for any assistance.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Double room size was a bit on the small side, but the modern bathroom design made up for it. I also appreciated the large underground garage with elevator access. The only drawback is that Thun town is not within easy walking distance, so you'll need to use bus, bike or car to get in to town.

This hotel is great. I could check in early and the room was spacious, had a large bed with different kinds of pillows to choose from, a wooden floor and everything was new and lovely decorated. The night was completely quiet and I enjoyed every minute I spent at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and the station is just 10 minutes away.

The other problem was the uncomfortable high temperature (we had very warm weather over our stay!); there is no air-conditioning! A small fan that was provided didn't really make things any better.

Next time we'll pay a bit more and stay in a room with a balcony located on the other side of the building.

Hotel was amazing. Room very comfortable and clean. Coffee tea water available in reception at all times BUT what let us down this time was it advertised 2 restaurants and a bar NEITHER OF WHICH WERE OPEN AT WEEKENDS!!!!!!! Also we booked through hotels.com and booked balcony and garden view for al 3 rooms we didn't get either. When we told reception the following morning ( as no one there to complain too before then) we were apologised to and only offered our car parking refunded!!! Very disappointed as otherwise this was a lovely place to stay.

Tutto perfetto fino a che non sono arrivato a pagare la camera; il parcheggio, che la sera precedente mi era stato offerto \"free\" mi è stato addebitato 10 franchi sul conto finale; non sono abituato a fare polemiche e pertanto ho pagato senza \"batter ciglio\". La colazione era discreta e la camera confortevole ma caldissima e senza la possibilità di variare la temperatura. Ho passato tutta la notte sudando.

Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für das Berner Oberland. Hotel sehr modern eingerichtet. Zimmer äusserst sauber mit sehr bequemen Betten.
