We stayed at the Fly Deco hotel for one night while visiting friends in the area. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with a beach view and an adequate breakfast buffet included.
The front desk attendant who checked us in the evening we arrived was very friendly and helpful and so was the breakfast room staff. Special thanks to another very friendly staff member who greeted us with smiles and pointed us to the roof for photo opportunities.
We were not aware that a reservation was required for parking within the hotel's property but found free parking on the street just across from the hotel.
Just a short walk from the hotel are shops and lots of restaurants.

This is definitely not an airport hotel the length it takes to get from the airport to the hotel and back. It’s just as far as city center and I highly recommend you staying in city center because everything is closed after October through the next May in this location. They say the property has a restaurant that’s also closed off season. It was very hot during our day in November. They also don’t turn on the air conditioning or allow you to off-season.. the room is absolutely so small. There’s nowhere to put your things and it’s quite uncomfortable. It’s definitely not the size or if it is their layout as odd because the bed takes up the entire room and there’s no way you can move around comfortably.. the shower fits a half a person you could barely even fit in there and I’m pretty small so it’s not because I’m a large person.
There’s other places to stay in. This definitely is a place that we would never go back to wasn’t hospitable. The staff was a little cold and standoffish and unfortunately that’s not a kind of place I wanna stay.

The breakfast was definitely well set up although we didn’t use it all the days we did on one day and it was replenished constantly, and the staff there kept everything clean and tidy and well stocked.

Unfortunately we didn’t use the shuttle from the airport to the hotel because there was a 3 hour wait in the evening. It was excellent for going back to the airport after our stay. I’m coeliac and I had choices for breakfast including good bread,chocolate croissants, biscuits, ham cheese and fruit. All the staff were friendly and helpful

Shuttle must be booked 24hr in advance which is not convenient. Staff were great - so very helpful! We arrived toward the end of breakfast and found that the eggs were no longer edible, but everything else was fine. The rooftop terrace is lovely!
Rooms are small but adequate. The AC only cools to 21C so we found that too warm so opened the window.

My room was great and as requested, corner room, but didn’t get higher floors. Check in was a challenge as they did not receive my email in sending shuttle service; then reception was rather rude and arrogant, morning and evening reception service. Although they did accommodate late checkout by 45 mins and then shuttle back to airport was on time and service was great. The breakfast eggs and bread system were terrible - egg was hard like a rock and service slow even though they were not busy. Would not stay here again though unless they fix their table manners.

They gave us just one towel for a couple bedroom.
The bathroom had an awful sewage smell. It was disgusting. We were looking for a number to call the desk and room service. No number available.
The reception person Stefano was not friendly at all. We informed him about the odor and responded with “really” and that was it.
There was no information how to get connected to WiFi.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do not be fooled by the online photos — the property is outdated and poorly maintained. There was a missing glass window that made the building look rundown, and a powerful synthetic air-freshener smell in the lobby that was so strong it made us feel nauseous. Our rate included breakfast and transportation, but breakfast choices were extremely limited. When our flight was changed to an earlier time and we requested the included transfer, staff told us we either had to take a taxi or be charged a penalty — despite transportation being part of our package. Very disappointing; I would not recommend this hotel!

The property refused to honor my double bed request even though specifically specified on the sheet and called ahead to be told okay but when o arrived they didn’t do it. They also false advertised dinner on the beach because their beach closes at 7 and dinner is not available. I specifically booked this hotel for the beach and dinner. The front desk was rude and not accommodating to find any solutions. I ended up having to book something else for myself last minute and let my friend stay on the room. I will not be back here.

The hotel is not bad but they don’t provide the beach chair’s you have to pay for the one chair 10 euros plus 10 euros for beach umbrella so if you like two people you have to spend like 20 euros for chairs +10 euros for umbrella so and also they charge you for the beach towels which is five euros so it’s something I never had before I been traveling a lot but this something I ever had so be prepared for the expenses

The fly Decó Hotel was nice and clean, you do have to walk a ways,200 meters to get to restaurants and shopping, the hotel had a restaurant, only for breakfast, they do provide transportation to and from the airport for a fee. The hotel is near the beach across the street. The rooms were small according to U.S. Standards.

At the time of my check out
Breakfast was supposed to be from 7-10am
I left the hotel at 6:45am
Asked for a coffee and told the receptionist was willing to pay for it because I was heading to the airport and couldn’t wait for breakfast
He told me he can’t get me a coffee in the meantime someone else was having a coffee 10 ft away from me on the bar!
When I checked out he asked me if I still wanted the coffee after he could check in with the manager
I refused and went on my way
The hotel is somewhat ok

Small modern hotel on the Ostia coast. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was amazing; outstanding selections. The hotel has an agreement with a private beach area across the street. The chairs and umbrellas are NOT included and cost extra but it was totally worth it to not use the public beach area. Airport shuttles are an extra charge but nice and timely. This is the perfect place for a few nights on the beach. The AC actually works well and was able to cool out room appropriately. I would definitely stay again.

We loved this hotel!

This was a lovely boutique-style hotel right across the street from the beach. The decor was modern. Our hotel room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfy. The views from the rooftop terrace were amazing! There were numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. I definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

Where do I start… first of all there’s absolutely nothing around this property. Second of all our room was SO DIRTY still. Toilet was not clean, someone clearly used the bathroom before our stay. The toilet still had urine stains on it. On top of that, there was a trail of ants throughout our whole stay there. We had a few pieces of hair on our bathroom counter and out bed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. UNACCEPTABLE.
