The property has amazing views and feels like a tropical resort. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the king-sized bed with soft linens and the huge shower. The balcony also has comfortable furniture for sitting outside. We are at both restaurants and the food was excellent and the views were even better. If you want a resort-like stay near the airport this is a good option but it is a bit remote if you don’t have a car, and taxis are very expensive. The shuttle service provided is a great deal.

I stayed in probably 6-9 different accommodations here in Italy and this one was the best by a long shot. The moment I walked in I was greeted and then the even walked me to my room and offered to take my bags upstairs. I had a delicious lunch at the hotel and when I called to get a massage the said it was doable but expensive at last minute so the recommended the spa which wasn’t being used at the time. I’m so glad I did go to the spa. It was completely free and completely private. As I didn’t have a bathing suit I was worried about being exposed to strangers but it’s reservation first so it was just me. The even gave me a breakfast box since I had to leave before breakfast was served the next day. I can’t say enough good things. Even the room was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. It is in a quiet location, rarely heard airplanes. Watching the boats go by is very peaceful. The room we had was a generous size. It was clean. The gym and sauna were clean and nice to have. The outside of the hotel facing the parking lot needs some pressure washing. The two restaurants adjacent to the hotel are good, which is convenient since dining is limited close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we'd stay here again before a flight out of Rome.

Lovely stay with great staff, excellent food at the restaurant, and very clean, newly renovated room and bathroom. One warning.. if you have difficulty walking stairs, rooms 1,2 and 3 are at the top of a small winding staircase. Hotel will have staff carry luggage up, no elevator.

Property is in a secluded location from the airport. We were at the Rome train station trying to get close to the airport for our flight home. None of the taxi drivers wanted to take us there. Our taxi driver who accepted to drive us said it was further than he excepted. Hotel room is very nice. View is not what you expect for river view. Front desk people were ok. Never told us about the airport shuttle, but did call us a cab. Hotel restaurants were very good! Overall a good stay, but wouldn’t stay there again. There are much closer hotels to airport.

The staff was delightful! Everyone was courteous, extremely helpful and efficient. I wish that there was a rating between “excellent” and “good”, because this hotel was very good. The room was very quiet and clean. The pool area was lovely. The overall feeling was more that of a daytime resort. My friend and I each had our own rooms. Other than seeing one other couple, it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Leider hat das Hotel meine Erwartungen in mehreren Punkten nicht erfüllt.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aus meiner Sicht nicht: Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr minimal gehalten, das Rührei war bereits kalt, und es gab keinerlei Auswahl bei den Eierspeisen – z. B. keine Spiegeleier. Kaffee musste man sich selbst an der Bar bestellen – bei einer einzigen Person, die weder besonders motiviert noch freundlich wirkte. Auch wenn nur wenige Gäste da waren, musste man den Kaffee dann selbst an der Bar abholen, was den Service weiter schmälert.

Das Hotel möchte offenbar in einer höheren Liga mitspielen, schafft es aber in der Umsetzung leider nicht. Insgesamt wirkte der Aufenthalt eher wie in einem 2-Sterne-Haus.

Great location for easy access to the airport, and to have a relaxing day at the pool while enjoying the onsite restaurants.

Be aware that if you are on the second floor there are no elevators and luggage must be carried up the stairs.
In the morning when we were preparing to leave there was no hot water, so a cold rinse set us up for the day.
Although there is lots of room for parking, these spots quickly fill up so be prepared to walk.

Overall an enjoyable experience.

I stayed here for one night after I landed from NY and was heading up to Tuscany the next day. It was so lovely, the staff was incredible, they took really good care of me. Their sauna room is fantastic and very clean. The room was beautiful and comfortable and felt very new and there was a lovely balcony. And their restaurant was closed the night I was there but the other restaurant adjacent to the hotel that shares a space with their restaurant was delicious. Great vibe and a perfect stopping off place to acclimate before heading off.

While the room was very comfortable and nice and clean, the staff made this experience the best. Very helpful people- due to flight delays we checked in late at night and they made sure we were fed, on another day they helped us with passport issues, among many others. All staff here made this resort truly memorable. I've never seen people more willing to help at a resort than here. Highly recommend.

This location, while close to Rome airport, is very inconvenient for food options and public transportation. Rooms were okay/clean but outside and spa facilities are in need of upgrading. Pool closed until June. Restaurant onsite all seafood with no options for those who cannot eat seafood. Taxi/Uber to town will cost €45.

The hotel is the only decent hotel somewhat near the Fiumicino Rome airport. It has only 11 rooms. The “restaurant” for the property is very limited in what it offers, probably because there are only 11 rooms. All the rooms are on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator. So you have to drag your luggage up a flight of stairs.

This one provided a kettle and instant coffee and some teas also no bathrobes but we were given slippers. This is a spa hotel. We did enjoy our stay!

Very helpful staff, easy checkin. Spa was pleasant; note that you need to reserve a time as it is your private area for 45 minutes. Grounds were well kept, room was clean. Bed was comfortable and shower was amazing (and I loved the shampoo). Hotel is a bit dated, but lovely nonetheless. Airport shuttle is 8 €pp, but it ran on time and took less than 15 minutes to get to the airport. Taxi is around 35€ (beware of non licensed taxis who will charge much more). We ate at Primopiano. Very attentive wait staff and good food.

As is so often in the case, the people make the difference! The staff at this hotel and its accompanying restaurant are above par and so welcoming and accommodating. You should know that the hotel is on the marina as it says, but that means that it is quite out of the way and not a cheap Uber from the airport luckily the hotel does offer a shuttle system which we used to get to the airport The accompanying restaurant staff, especially the bartender are absolute gems and made this out of the way airport hotel a great last stop in Rome. Thanks so much!
