This hotel exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was fantastic. One of the best meals that we’ve had anywhere in Italy. The rooms are very comfortable. I was surprised this was an airport hotel.

Hotel, grounds, and pool was beautiful. The only downside is location. If you want to be near the airport, then it’s great, but it is not near restaurants or shopping. They do have a shuttle that will take you to the airport for 7 Euros which is very cheap comport any taxis etc. there is one restaurant on site for dinner, limited menu for kids, but food was good.

Such a beautiful and well maintained property. Our family loved every minute of our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The family suite was perfect for the four of us, lots of space and generously equipped. We had drinks and snacks from the pool bar during the day, quality was great and prices were reasonable. We also had a lovely dinner at the onsite restaurant. The property is just as beautiful in the evening. The airport shuttle is so convenient and leaves every 39 minutes starting very early in the morning

I would think twice before booking this property. There is very little if anything within walking distance of the hotel and the hotel restaurant books up in advance with locals, leaving one with very disagreeable dining options. This hotel is a solid pass.

Property is located in the airport vicinity. The breakfast has a really good variety. There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance. There’s a shuttle bus service to the airport available for a fee. The hallway can get very noisy in the early morning. Hotel needs a little TLC since it’s showing some wear and tear.

Bed was very good. Room was clean. However, the shower drain was clogged, so had to wait for water to drain and adjust the flow in order to avoid flooding the room. Very bad experience at the restaurant. Tried to have dinner and even though the restaurant had most tables available, we were told that if we stay in the hotel we need a reservation (only available after 9pm) or can only eat at the bar where they only served gluten free pizza. After waiting for service at the bar for a while we left. Restaurant staff not very friendly. Shuttle was very convenient and breakfast was great.

We stayed at this hotel the night before our trip back home, so we used its proximity to the airport and the shuttles that take you to and from it to make our lives easier. Since the hotel is kind of isolated, we used their restaurant, and it was a very good experience for us. The hotel was very simple. They only have the basics, but our room was clean, and we had a good night's sleep before a long trip the next day. Breakfast was great too.

This hotel is beautiful with a pool and a tropical garden in back! The shuttles were a bit pricey, especially to Rome (90 Euros and we took a regular taxi back for only 65 Euros). We would definitely stay here the next time we’re in Rome!

My family of five stayed in two rooms at this hotel in May 2026. In the United States, we typically stay at midscale hotel brands, so the price of this hotel fit comfortably within our budget for Italy. Convenient access to rail transportation was a major factor in our hotel selection, and this property is within walking distance of the Marconi station, making it easy to get around Rome.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and felt safe throughout our stay. The furnishings and décor were modern, stylish, and well-coordinated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. One small detail I particularly enjoyed was the EDM music playing in the lobby, which made waiting for my family of teenage girls to get ready for our daily adventures a little more enjoyable.

Overall, we had a very positive experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If I return to Rome in the future, I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

The hotel, the breakfast buffet, the restaurant, the pool, the service and the staff were magnificent. The hotel itself look more like a resort than an airport hotel. The hotel offered a shuttle service to the airport, which was about 10 minutes away. After a very busy and exhausting vacation in Italy, it was very nice to have a hotel with a tranquil environment. We almost wished we were there another day. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, but as a party of 2 adults and 2 young kids, we weren’t allowed to stay in a 3 adult room. So if the suites are sold out, be prepared to book 2 separate rooms.

Check-in was easy. Room was a decent size. Beautiful property in the pool area! We had dinner in the on-site restaurant. Food was good but service was not great. We had to get the waitress attention to order drinks and food and again to actually get the drinks. Others around us had no problem getting service. After dinner, we waited quite a bit to get a dessert menu but never ordered any because the waitress did not come back.

Property is great ; clean, modern and beautiful.

HOWEVER;
- Shuttle from the airport is impossible to find and no help from the hotel (also, not free!).
- Check in was SUPER slow.
- Pool was closed, even if it had been 30 degres for at least a week (and clean).
- Impossible to have a table at the restaurant, ever with a room at the hotel.
- AC was not working well in the room.
- Staff did NOT care about helping...we seemed to be annoying to them asking basic things like to eat at the restaurant or find our room....

Very unfortunate since the hotel itself is great.

This hotel was beautiful. We only booked one night during a layover and loved the property. The pool area was nice and the bar and restaurant were good. Our room was very clean and well maintained. Our only wish for the room was a coffee maker. The only concern we had about the hotel property was the surrounding area. We didn’t feel comfortable walking anywhere to have dinner or to explore.

Staying here was a great way to end our trip by being close to the airport, but in a beautiful and relaxing environment.

As a family of 3, we stayed in one of the rooms with 2 beds and found it perfectly comfortable with great attention to detail in how it is decorated and set up. I loved the lighting, wallpaper, and nice windows that opened to look over the courtyard.

The breakfast is perfect, and the restaurant, and hotel lobby lounge area are all very nice and comfortable. As the lovely pool doesn’t open until June 1, we couldn’t use it, but we still enjoyed the outdoor environment and I got some sun tanning in on the lounge beds the day before our international flight home.

We would definitely stay at Hotel Isola Sacra again if it suits our itinerary and I would recommend it to anyone for a relaxing and pleasant experience in this area of Rome.

The room showed quite a bit of wear and tear, with very dark smudges throughout the walls. When getting off the elevator, several floor tiles were chipped, and the carpet on the 5th floor was torn in places. Overall, the property appears to be in need of some updating and refreshing.

Dinner at the restaurant was somewhat expensive. The seafood was delicious; however, the pizza was not very good.

The pool area was beautiful and very well maintained. Although swimming was not allowed during our stay, it was still a pleasant area to relax and enjoy.

The evening staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience with the morning staff member was quite different. The younger woman with shoulder-length hair working the morning of May 20th was rude, seemed irritated by our questions, and was not helpful during checkout.

Breakfast was enjoyable overall, although the eggs and breakfast meats were cold initially. Thankfully, the staff member working in the breakfast area kindly warmed them up for us.

The grounds of this smaller hotel were beautiful - the pool area was surrounded by palms and pergolas with seating areas, lots of greenery and colourful flowers everywhere. The restaurant had indoor and outdoor dining and the food was excellent. The service in the restaurant could have been better however. The room itself was small and facing the street, but the soundproof windows kept all noise out. Facing east, I appreciated the blackout drapes. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room, but the bottle of water in the room was appreciated. The room and hotel in general were spotlessly clean and the buffet breakfast (included in the room rate) was varied and very good. Although I didn't need it, there appeared to be ample parking - for a fee. The shuttle was efficient and on time - cost of 7 euros each way, and must be reserved from hotel to airport leg. Both checking in and out were extremely easy and quick.

Breakfast mediocre. Arrived after 8 pm. Wanted food in the bar but was given only pizza as an option. Maintenance left an electric cord laying around in the hallway near the elevator, my husband tripped on it and it wrapped around his ankle . When brought to the attention of the person he blamed my husband for not seeing the cord and took no responsibility

The property itself is lovely. The staff were OK. They were too attentive to two other parties that were going on then to tend to the actual guest that were staying at the hotel so we waited for a while outside to get a drink and then I eventually went in to get one. The pool wasn’t open yet which was quite disappointing as it was a beautiful day and we’d like to have gone swimming. There was mold in the shower, which I wasn’t impressed with and the restaurant unfortunately that has gone downhill since the last time we stayed there two years ago disappointing menu. The last menu they had was so much better and maybe they’ve changed chefs. I don’t know, but it was not as good and we asked if we could order a seafood platter one seafood platter and they told us we had to order for all four of us we weren’t allowed to share it. That’s just not right, it says on there you can order one. Why can’t we just order one? It’s none of their business who eats it. It’s not like we weren’t ordering another dish each. The shuttle service was very good. Back-and-forth to the airport.

Stayed here on a stopover on way to Turkey. Frequent shuttle service to and from airport for €7 per person each way. Nice rooms, I'd recommend getting one with a balcony if available and in your budget. Nice full morning sun on them.Lovely relaxing grounds. Ate all 3 meals at hotel. Very good. The included breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I emailed the hotel from the airport to inquire about shuttle times and they replied within minutes. Plan to stay here again if opportunity arises in future travels.

This hotel provides a relaxing, small resort style atmosphere near to the Rome airport. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Food was excellent, with the hot included breakfast a welcome surprise!
Not the fault of the hotel, but we paid an arm and a leg to get to this hotel from the airport in a taxi. The hotel offers an affordable shuttle which is worth arranging in advance!

Wonderful dinner and breakfast at the hotel, lovely grounds and pool as well. The restaurant is so good that it was full of locals there celebrating a birthday. If you need to stay overnight near the airport this place can’t be beat. Very friendly staff as well. It was so nice we will stay there again on our way out of Rome.

Le buffet déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le restaurant offre aussi un menu varié et pour y avoir mangé, la nourriture est excellente. Son amenagement extérieur, nous fait vivre un bien être. Je recommande grandement et j'y retournerais.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was only overnight after a cruise out of Civitavecchia, but we would have liked to stay longer. The hotel had a resort feel. The grounds were beautiful. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and had many choices. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and we had a flight out the next day. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. We would recommend this hotel to others.
