Terrible hotel if it can be called like that. There is no one from the hotel after 11:00pm, so if something happens you are on your own. For us, in one of the rooms there was a power outbreak so we had no light at all. The driver who picked us up from the termini station and drove us to the airport, was very good and friendly.

This is a great option for a place close to FCO Airport. It’s 10-15 mins drive. Shuttle is 20 Eur for 2 pax. They offer really comfy bed in the room. Free toiletries and beverage which is a plus. There’s a nice pub about 2 minutes walk that serves really good burger! The staff are amazing. I arrived early and they let me in right away, I really appreciate that.

This is a fairly basic inn (no pool, restaurant, or exercise facilities) but it’s an ideal affordable option for an overnight stay if you’re transiting through Fiumicino. The airport is only 10 minutes away and the inn provides a convenient shuttle service. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there are several restaurants nearby.

we were in the centre of old Campobasso, close to everything. The main entrance may be an eyesore but once you get through the 2nd door, you’ll be amazed how beautiful the apartments are. We will rent again, grazie

Pleasant and helpful staff, convenient to Ostia Antica, and a 15 minute ride to the airport. It is recommended to book the shuttle with the hotel. Our room was spacious, but the mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

It was a good apartment, bathroom was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. we were put in the attic loft - window was on the ceiling & blinds wouldn’t close (good thing we had a very early flight so wasn’t an issue), no service OR WIFI in the room , the ceilings are all low so easily could hit your head if weren’t paying attention, the toilet had a flushing problem at one point and when we told the front desk they said they don’t have a plumber and to ‘try filling it with water’. Not a bad or great experience but could be better

We picked the Euro House Inn due to its proximity to the airport, stayed 2 nights. The host/front desk staff member was very accommodating for us, she gave dining options nearby as well as helped us setup our airport shuttle. There was a Irish/English style pub right down the street that she suggested and it was a nice break from the 2 weeks of Italian/Greek food. The area looked a little rough however we didnt venture out too much besides the short walk to the pub so I can't really say much about the safety in the area. Overall happy with our experience.

Ok to stay close to the airport for 1 night. Good Clean beds. Nothing to do in the area, not walkable area, only a few restaurants nearby. Both sinks were clogged. Not the best experience, but ok for an overnight stay to catch a morning flight. Shuttle is available from the hotel for the cost of a taxi.

The check in process was seamless even though we arrived earlier than expected. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and provided clear instructions. They gave recommendations to local restaurants and grocery stores and when it looked like we may be late for our shuttle to the airport, she made her way to our room to ensure we were ready.

Very clean . Staff great except at check in the gentleman tried to offer me an insane winding staircase to my room. I said no . He was extremely rude...finally he gave me a room as I had seen. The place was clean and near the airport. No lift but I got by ..., it was my first encounter with a man from a culture where women are less than..,his attitude destroyed my first impression .

this place was very clean and nice, beds were comfy. host was very nice and polite, she was waiting for our arrival.
suggested the best place to eat and was wonderful.
Bathroom was clean and had nice towels.
it was not in the best part of the city but we just stayed one night and it was fine.

Staff were friendly but we were not offered VIP complimentary beverages and were instead charged 4 euros for the tiny juice box our daughter had from the fridge. My husband also purchased additional drinks from the reception. Shuttle service to and from the airport was not free (30-35 euros each way) but the drivers were friendly, vehicles large and service generally very good. The reception was able to reserve our shuttle so when we arrived at the airport we just had to call the driver and meet him curbside. The shuttles have regular pick up times throughout the morning so we just let the reception know which time we wanted and they let us know the price. If you take a taxi instead of the shuttle you will have to negotiate the price with the driver directly.

This hotel was great! The area around gives you a bad impression, but everyone around is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant that the staff recommended for eating was perfect and entertaining. The hotel offered a shuttle for a good fee, but it was very convenient. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

This propeery is ran by gangs. I made a reservation, i never entered the hotel because they loccked all the doors after 11pm. I arrived at the property at 11:40pm, everything is closed. Basically, i slept in my car. They refused to refund my money.
I was told by the one of the neighborhood guy, that i should not waste my time waiting there after so many messages an calls. He said that it happens everyday. People come and leave withiut entering the hotel.
The same night, 2 families showed up and did the same thing that I did.
I am not sure how this hotel still functioning.
Keep away from them. They are a true scamers.

Convenient for Early Flights, But Customer Service

My recent stay at this hotel was primarily driven by its proximity to the airport, which was essential for our 6 AM flight the next morning. In that regard, the location was perfect and served its purpose well.
However, the booking and check-in process left much to be desired. When booking online for four adults, the system repeatedly tried to assign us four beds, which we didn't need. With no other options available, I ended up booking for only three people. Upon arrival, we tried to explain the situation to the front desk, but the experience was far from pleasant. The staff member was unfriendly and ended up charging us an additional $52 USD, which, while I was willing to pay, felt like a forced transaction given the online booking limitations.
The negative interactions continued when my fiancé requested extra towels. The front desk's response was curt, stating we could only have one. This lack of basic hospitality was disappointing.
Ultimately, while I would consider staying here again purely for the convenience to the airport, the unfriendliness of the front desk staff significantly detracted from our experience. Improvements in customer service would make a world of difference.

Spacious penthouse! The receptionist went out of her way to provide directions. She also made a recommendation for dinner, which was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel whenever you’re in the Fiumicino airport area.

Good hotel - Great shuttle

Location is a 10 - 15 minute cab ride from the airport. Room was comfortable and we slept well. The Wi-Fi internet in our room was spotty - fine for checking email, but not ideal for business/work. There was a mini bar for snacks and water for purchase. No on-site dining options, but there are a few restaurants within a 10-minute walk. No breakfast was available, but the staff made some great coffee for a reasonable fee. Staff was attentive and helpful with touristic information and dining recommendations. We used the hotel shuttle service to take us to Rome & back, and also back to the hotel. The driver Luigi was very helpful and friendly.

We arrived from the train station but we must have missed a sign for “local taxis”. Ended up taking an airport taxi was annoyed that we weren’t going to Rome. I’m still unsure if the best way to get to the hotel from the train station.

Thia is the second time my family has saryed here. It is a simple airport hotel that is simply used to sleep when having to catch a flight the next day. It's not fancy but it's clean. There are decent beaches within 10 minutes to 1 hour and you need to drive to restaurants which are not far and there are good options. Service was friendly. Would recommend foe short stays.

The hotel doesn't have elevator so it is not easy to go up and down the stairs with the luggages. The reception will be close diring the night, so make sure your plane doesn't arrived at those hours, or you will have to sleep.out side !

The property description described a breakfast as being part of the stay, which was a selling feature for us as this was a quick overnight before flying out of Rome. We were faced with no breakfast and had to find this on our own, so was disappointing.

The place was cleaned. THERE IS NO TRANSPORTATION AT ALL ONLY TAXI. They said that they wrote that that they offer a shuttle which it means taxi for them, but they don’t clarify that. And I spent 66 dollars from Fontana de Trevi. Be aware that check out is at 10:30 however they ask you to leave the room by 10. Not fair. Overall is a good place if you don’t have anything available and you are traveling as group.

Hotel was nice but the stairs to up to the rooms under the roof were hard to climb with luggage. Also, watch the headroom due to the fact that the ceilings are low in some areas. But overall, it was a good stay.

What a little gym this hotel was. The beds slept so great with exquisite bedding. Great comforters, and big thick down pillows. It was so nice. The bathroom was fantastic. The shower. It has a great equipped little kitchen and refrigerator. It’s just really nice. It has everything you could want. Three of us stayed there. Both rooms had televisions. Great AC a nice balcony patio. It was just a great hotel. The staff is very accommodating. They arrange your ride to and from the airport. And the best restaurant to eat at was within walking distance. It was fantastic we love staying here.

I think I'd stay again

I arrived grumpy after a dodgy cab driver took me to the wrong place! Had to call for staff to arrive to check me in. They did so quickly and were so lovely and accomodating. Note: there is NO restaurant or bar at the Hotel (in case you arrive tired and \"thirsty\" as I did) but (as advised by the friendly staff) there is great food not far away. Most places open at 7pm. The room was clean and comfortable, mini bar is alcohol free FYI, and small sweet treats are left as complimentary breakfast nibbles if you need them. I couldn't work out where to plug the kettle in though - didn't seem to be a powerpoint handy! Overall I'd stay here again and try to see more of Fiumicino. I ate at La Locanda on a Monday and was treated to a local boot scooting class over dinner!

Early flight next day we decide to stay near airport. We were not expecting anything. As soon as we arrived very early then usual checkin we were greated by an amazing lady full of energy and information She offered an alternative room as we were very early which turn out super cool ( stairs required ). Sure clean bed was so comfortable great water pressure for shower. She recommended a very good restaurant 250 metres away so we were able to walk and drink. Strongly recommend this place

The hotel is not in the best part of town, but close to FCO. Room clean, and after we were moved to a larger room( not the attic room ), it was nicer. The air conditioner never blew cold air. It is more like a fan. You really need cool air, to help with the humidity.
To the nice owner; please do not put those scent diffuser bottles in the rooms. They are too strong, and sweet smelling. I noticed several out in the hall. I suppose that other guest removed them from their rooms also.
