The hotel and spa are an amazing property. Just be prepared to spend your day wet, damp, drying off. If you’re not in a bathing suit and robe, you’re a bit out of place. I recommend bringing your own shower sandals. The hotel provides them, but they aren’t very comfortable.
This is the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. I would return, but not as a solo traveler (mostly couples, groups, families).

This was the most amazing hotel to stay in with some wonderful spa facilities
Having wandered around Ostia Antica earlier on our trip it was easy to imagine being back in Roman times !!
The staff especially Barbara were wonderful and explained all about the property.
Rooms were delightful, toiletries were gorgeous.
Dinner was superb with sublime food in wonderful surroundings. This is much more than an airport hotel and it’s an incredible stop if you are coming in/or out of Fiumicino.
We definitely going to put in on our agenda on any future trips to Rome

It was our worst couple massage ever. The whole experience where you wait. Just not like other spas we have been to.
The shower in our room didn't work. Couldn't get the right water temperature and the room was super hot. Could not lower the temperature. The hot pools were amazing and their was a spa happy hour which was super nicely organized but food was really not good. Surprisingly in Italy not to get excellent buffet.
Staff was very understanding but it must improve to bring us back.

All was wonderful and beautiful at this property including a lovely breakfast buffet. The one request we would make for the stay to be perfect would be an option for an off-the-menu breakfast or at least the ability to get cooked-to-order eggs. We would happily welcome the opportunity to stay here again.

The amenities and vibe of QC Terme is all about relaxing. The room was clean and spacious. What makes QC standout is the overall property and the amenities available. The spa features are great and I enjoyed my massage session. There are beautiful springs to relax in and an great restaurant on site.

Staff are great making your stay top notch.

That said, something about room was not great for sleep. Not sure if it was temperature, the bed or something else, but for some reason I had trouble getting to sleep. But maybe that was just me.

Would recommend QC Terme as a great spa/hotel experience.

The hotel is generally good, with comfortable rooms.
However, the booking information is misleading. It states: “1 free SPA service for two per stay”, which gives the impression of free access to the SPA facilities. In reality, it turned out to be one small mud treatment package to be shared between two people.

Actual SPA access costs an additional €58 per person, and breakfast is also not included and costs €28 per person.
I believe the booking description should be clearer and more transparent.

If you’re looking to relax before you fly out after a long stay in Italy, this is the place to stay and recover before a long flight. I would recommend at least 2 nights to take advantage of their thermal pools and beautiful gardens. Enjoy

Amazing resort with beautiful spas. Staff were great. Room was beautiful and totally spotless. There were a couple miscommunications though. We made reservations at the hotel restaurant for 8pm and got a call from the front desk around 745 telling us we had reservations at 730 and that they were fully booked from 8-9 and to come down asap, but there was only a couple other people in the restaurant when we got there, so not sure what that was about. We also booked the airport shuttle via email before arrival (as their directions state to do), but it seems like no one had any record of that. Luckily another couple was going to the airport at the exact same time, otherwise I think we might have been out of luck. I have all the email copies of these reservations, but something got lost in communication. Overall though it's a fantastic resort, beautiful and relaxing. Wonderful spas and great way to spend the night before a flight!

The property is very nice but at this level , they should offer better alternatives for departures early to the airport like a continental breakfast since you paid for a full breakfast anyway , and the right price for transportation .
The only person available at time of check out was not pleasant and helpless . Not a bar or alternative dining for afternoon hours . Everything is after 6pm .Spa facilites beautiful but this os it .

while the setting was lovely, the rooms had steps down to the bed without a railing. Same for in the shower. The goodie bag was clever. Breakfast set out at 5am was definitely lacking even though the room included breakfast.

I feel the hotel is just set up for spa treatments, not short term guests.

This was my second time staying at the QC Grand Hotel Roma and I can't recommend it enough, especially if you have a long layover at FCO, I think it's the best place to stay, as the airport hotels are incredibly overpriced in comparison to what you get by staying here, especially if you pay for spa access. Staff is always very kind and accommodating. Federika, particularly, went above and beyond to help me extend my room when I had a last minute travel delay.

Beautiful property great for a spa day but very limited options if you’re staying on property all day in terms of breakfast or dinner. Also great for couples not good for families with kids. You have to wear a robe to happy hour, which makes no sense or they don’t let you in the area.

The hotel was just fine. Not great at all. There was garbage inside the door as soon as we walked in and we found hair on the sink …I think that was a one off incident. There wasn’t really an option for a quick snack. We stayed on a Friday night and it seemed like date night as the spa. Lots of people. The fridge in the room needed to be unplugged due to noise…again it was probably just our room. The 2 free spas services were eye patches left on the bed. There are no spa services given for free. The spa is 58 Euros per person. A taxi to from the airport is 35 Euros (5 mins) and the shuttle in the am is 8 Euros per person. We also found the staff a bit dismissive when we brought up the few issues. I would VRBO or try another hotel next time we need an overnight stay near the airport in Rome.

Absolutely amazing experience. The QC Terme Roma feels like stepping into a world of old-style luxury, set within a beautifully restored antique farmhouse that exudes timeless charm. My room was elegant, warm, and full of character — a perfect blend of history and comfort.

The spa pools were a dream, especially at 10 PM after a wonderful dinner — there’s something magical about soaking under the night sky in total serenity. Speaking of dinner, the restaurant alone is worth the drive from central Rome. Exceptional food, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that defines quiet luxury.

QC Terme never disappoints, and this property truly captures the essence of the brand: refined relaxation done right. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

The grounds of this property are extensive and beautifully maintained. Our room was ample, comfortable, and immaculate.

Dinner at the hotel was arguably the best meal we had in our two weeks in Italy. The breakfast was amazing and the service quiet and efficient.

My only regret is that we were only able to make minimal use of the hotel’s many amenities. We stayed there to catch a flight the next day at FCO and arrived late one day and left by midday the following day. But we will be back!

Special touches like apple in the room, aperitivo at spa, and breakfast included. Close to the airport but not at all an \"airport hotel.\" Front desk arranged taxis to Ostia Antica and airport for us - very helpful!

I really wanted to love this stay…. But in the end I just have mixed feelings. The grounds are gorgeous and every staff member we interacted with was very friendly.

However, turns out we booked a room only rate and to use any of the amenities it’s an additional fee per person. This is entirely my fault and decision to not add on, but something to be aware of. The cost was fairly expensive given we wouldn’t even be able to use it for more than 4 hrs.

My two primary issues are the fact there were ants in the room and bed :( It was not exactly a relaxing way to sleep. Finally, reception set up an early morning “taxi” but turns out he charges double (50 euro for a 5 min ride!) what we paid when we arranged our own transportation and didn’t accept card. Again not entirely the hotels fault- but I would’ve expected more from such a nice hotel.

I’m sure this place is a great experience but for our short layover purpose I wish I would’ve be chosen the airport Hilton for convenience and price.

it’s a beautiful property, but all the hot saunas are lukewarm the hot tubs lukewarm hard to even break a sweat to be honest very disappointing in that manner. The food is excellent staff. Excellent the rooms are cold and they are not allowed to turn the heat on supposedly because of law don’t know if that’s true or not, but we had to get extra blankets big disappointment was it’s supposed to be a spa but the sun couldn’t have been over 99° and they had several of them they could’ve kicked a few of them up

What an incredible place to stay. It was like walking into oasis after two weeks of traveling through Italy. It was just what I needed before heading home. There were some poor communication when I asked for two beds and got a room with one bed and I wasn’t told ahead of time that I had to order my taxi 24 hours ahead of time. Two little inconveniences, but it was fine.

We loved that the property was so close to the airport, making our early morning departure super convenient. Incredibly easy to organize the trip, it was very nice and relaxing. Spa was amazing, everything you’d want from a Roman Bathhouse type of experience. The room was great, climate functions easy to operate, the room was clean and everything laid out with what you need for the resort. The staff was very friendly and eager to assist, bags brought to the room for us, the hotel staff would also hold our room card at the front desk so we didn’t have to carry them to the spa which was helpful. That being said however, it was a bit inconvenient at first (after being told that the spa lockers were only for spa visitors and not hotel members, that hotel members could use their room as a locker for their items) which we didn’t mind leaving our stuff and walking too and back from the room, the only downside our only possession was a room key. Thankfully the front desk offered to hold it there for us until we finished, to which they did lose at one point but they gave us another card right away no questions. With that I can say the all around organization of the spa or staff per say seem a little uncoordinated. (When we returned for the room card we were greeted by another staff who seemed to have no idea about any room card being left and gave us a weird kind of facial expression) The times for certain reservations also don’t particularly make sense.

If I had known what I know now, I would never have stayed here. The staff was very friendly, the room was dated but clean. However, this hotel has no free amenities to it's hotel guests. I understand to use the spa, there is an additional cost. However, unless you pay for the spa, you have no access to ANY of the pools. The lounge with snacks and refreshments is inside the spa, therefore, you have no access to food or drinks until the restaurant opens at 6pm. This is simply absurd in my opinion. I would have chosen a cheaper hotel had I known this in advance. I booked two rooms, that were supposed to give two spa services per room with my VIP status. I received one and it was an eye and face mask.

Our stay at QC Grand Hotel Roma was an indulgent retreat. The spa and gym facilities were world-class, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and wellness. Every detail of the property reflects elegance and care.

The only note is in regard to dinner — while each dish was beautifully presented and exquisitely flavored, the portion sizes felt rather modest given the premium price point. A slightly more generous balance would have elevated the dining experience to match the excellence of the rest of the stay.

Overall, a refined and restorative experience, and we look forward to returning.

Expedia informed me that I will receive one free spa service VIP access for two per stay, but the receptionist said my wife and I have to pay the full price, no free service. The keys to the room did not work. The room was full of mosquitoes because the door to the garden was left open when we finally got in. There were no food services before 7 pm. The hotel staff recommended we take a taxi to go to a restaurant that was supposedly open for business. Turned out it was also closed until 7 pm. So inconvenient

We stayed at QC Grand Hotel Roma for just one night before our flight back to the US from FCO, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is absolutely stunning—modern, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. Even though our stay was short, we were able to enjoy the beautiful spa and wellness facilities, which made our last night in Italy feel like a mini-vacation.
The room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, with all the little details that make traveling so much easier. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated our needs with professionalism and warmth.
The location is ideal for travelers—convenient to the airport yet close enough to enjoy a bit of Rome before departure. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and very well taken care of.

I love this place. It's like an oasis, a garden of paradise. I love walking around in white robes, and everything we go, there are exquisite scented aromas. This place is huge! It took us half a day to explore their underground spas, and another half a day to explore their garden a d outdoor spas. The time went by so quicly and pleasantly. We enjoyed our one night at the hotel close to the airport. We had no idea it was know for uts spa facilities so that was a lovely surprise! Beautiful gardens. We had a little problem with parking the car and getting help with our luggage other than that it was great for the night.

This shouldn't be a 5 stars hotel, it just doesnt have the infrastructure to be one it needs to be updated and refreshed
AC didnt work to well, the bathroom door couldnt be opened all the way becausse it will hit the toilet, when you arrive you get to a big parking lot and nothing says how to get to the front desk to check in, then it was not parking available close to the hotel and then you had to roll your luggage over dirt to get to the frontdesk. The kind of elite quiet relaxation that you expect when traveling. Well managed, everyone is helpful, every event feels like they are overly pampering and it leaves a great impression. Will stay there again the next time im in Europe.

I've been here 4 times now. 1st time was pre-Covid and it was exceptional and all my friends recommended it to me. Then I brought my mother here and came back 2 more times with my husband. The spa facilities are still great but I don't care for the staff and service any longer. The website mentions that wine is available at Apertitivo. This year and last year it was just prosecco, beer & campari. That's ok but a bit odd not to offer wine---in Italy.

It has a connected spa. We had a fantastic meal at the restaurant which included white tablecloths and outstanding wine list. Service was outstanding. The grounds and the hotel felt historic and were. This place is a jewel!
My wife likes a daily bath and tubs were hard to find in Italy, so the marble bathtub was a plus.
