The problem we had with this Hilton was when we walked into the room the first thing we saw was the toilet seat was hanging half off because the medal part of one of the seat bolts was broken. The problem is that means houskeeping left it that way and did not make sure it was fixed. Unless, ofcourse, there was an earthquack and it made it happen but there was nothing on the news. Also there were smears of excrement on the floor next to the bed. It was a handicap room so it might be why but if mopped and inspected correctly it should have been caught. It could have been on a wheelchair wheel or something. But was nasty to have to clean up.

When we have an early flight home to Australia we always stay at the Rome Airport Hilton. It’s so easy to get to via the interconnecting terminals walkways. The staff are professional and courteous. Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern, with a great bar and restaurant.

The front desk treats you like they are doing you the favor of letting you pay to stay at their property. The TV “casting” tool doesn’t work and I was told it is by design; you can only cast non-subscription channels. The problem is the facility doesnt offer any movie channels. The restaurant has limited hours and you can’t get to anywhere else to eat without taking a cab ride. Lastly, the food was mediocre, at best. Conrad Hilton would be ashamed.

Super convienent (for flying) airport hotel but with a conference center and fitness center attached. The former isn't really useful except as a location (outside) to have a sit and a cigar. The latter is pretty extensive and appears to be a membership gym for locals (free for hotel guests) so we also enjoyed that. We've stayed years past and really liked the restaurant for it's international offerings but alas, they've reverted to typical italian fare.

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we entered. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the jacuzzi. It was 9 PM and we couldn’t find the on switch so I asked a staff member in the fitness room and was told it wouldn’t work because it was too close to the 10PM closing time. This was very disappointing as we were wanting to use it to unwind from the day.

Perfect for our needs. Caters mostly to Americans - was ok for a place to rest your head but I would have been disappointed if I’d stayed here the entire time.
Breakfast had many options but was somewhat of a trough. If you like all you can eat then you’ll be fine.

Great 1 night stay to close out our vacation.

Room was very clean and the food and drinks on site were much better than typical chain hotel food.

We added this 1-night stay night here because our flight left early and this worked out perfectly. Very easy walk to airport. Also, this location offers above average accommodations, and it allowed us to drop rental car a day early. Easy walk from rental garage to hotel.

I would highly recommend this location anytime you are in Rome for business or need to stay over a night or two. Good value, great service for the money.

The air conditioning was not working very well so we were uncomfortable in the rooms. It was especially distressing because we needed a good night of sleep before an early flight. The staff was kind, but were not able to help us with this issue.

Perfect place if you're getting in late one night and departing early the next day. Easy to get to and from the Rome airport.

Room was very well set up for travelers -- plenty of places to drop your bags, pack/unpack/repack, etc. Would have been nice if the water in the room wasn't an additional charge, but so be it.

Restaurant staff was very nice, pricing was reasonable, food was OK. It's the only choice, but it was OK.

Price we were charged was higher than what was quoted, but not by much, so not worth the hassle to worry about it. Would stay here again.

The restaurant is not capable of handling large crowds. They don’t accept reservations we had to wait for almost an hour to be seated. As there are not any options except the bar with very limited menu. Plus I personally feel room was over priced.

Le check-in a été rapide, mais l’accueil manquait de chaleur. Lorsque j’ai remis nos trois passeports, on m’a d’abord indiqué qu’il n’y avait aucune réservation, avant de constater qu’elle était bien à mon nom. Une fois la réservation retrouvée, on nous a simplement remis les cartes de chambre et expliqué comment nous rendre à la chambre.

Aucune information ne nous a été donnée concernant le déjeuner inclus, pourtant déjà payé; j’ai dû poser des questions pour obtenir les détails.

Le personnel au buffet n’était pas particulièrement serviable et semblait assez sérieux. J’ai également remarqué un manque de propreté dans certains espaces communs, notamment les ascenseurs.

En revanche, le déjeuner était excellent : grande variété, beaucoup de choix et nourriture de qualité.

There was a sutuation with the Air Conditioning be out when we checked in.The young lady checking us in explained that it was not the hotels fault and that the problems were being worked on. A/C was restored that morning. While checking in at 10:00 pm, waiting in a very warm lobby because of the A/C situation mentionef above, was next in line .A front desk agent appeared to be available when another person staying at the hotel walked to the front desk agent (a young lady there) and pulled out his cell phone and started a conversation about what and where he and the family had gone for dinner. When he turned around and realized that there was a line of people waiting to check in, I think he sincerely felt that he was holding up the check in process and made note of his approach to the desk agent. The front desk agent raised her hand as if to dismiss the line of people and continued with the conversation. She did not check me and the wife in, the agent to the left of her did and she did a great job. I felt a little slighted by what she did. I did take note that the agent did do her job and started to check in other people in line. I'm from the U.S. and African American. Don't know if that had anything to do with anything.

Place without character. Cold, neutral st best. Hospital-like rooms devoid of any memorable decor. First floor rooms to be avoided, no or no views from meagre windows. Overpriced for value and not as close to or easy to reach from Terminals as advertised.
IN summary, a disappointment this being ROMA!

Beautiful room, very comfortable, very clean, lots of amenities provided in room. Restaurant onsite had an hour wait, so we called for room service instead. Air conditioning was set to a low temperature, but the room never got that low, not terribly hot though. Staff was helpful in quick check in and getting us a taxi to visit the city center (which is almost an hour drive).

I was put in a room with what they called a shower. Glass doors that folded and went to the floor. Problem was ... the shower door glass did not seal very good. Water was all over the bathroom floor. Took 2 towels just to soak up the water after my shower. So I had to think about that when I got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also, I had a \"connecting room\" which had a door between me and the other room. Someone in the adjoining room tried to open the door around midnight and woke me up before my early morning flight. Not an ideal sleep at $350/night. The convenience is really not worth the cost. I probably will not stay there again. Room was clean, sheets were clean, HVAC worked great, but the two annoyances mentioned above over power what could have been a great stay. I think I'm being generous with a 3 star rating.

I was informed only when I go there about a \"rule\" that a room could only have 3 occupants. I was traveling with my wife and 2 daughters. We just spent 7 days together on a cruise in a shoebox of a room yet were not allowed to share a room here. They forced me to get another room at $300 Euros! They wouldnt even work on the price with me. TOtally unacceptable and I felt robbed!

For a one night stay, it was excellent. It is right at the airport. Check-in was easy, the room is very nice as well as the amenities. The front desk called me after we got into the room to make sure everything was good. We went to the restaurant and we had a great dinner with a good bottle of wine. When we checked out the next day, we had a shuttle take us directly to American Airlines.

The hotel is so different from when we first stayed back in 2005 and subsequent years. We have not been back for maybe 15 years. There has been a major upgrade somewhere along the years because we were very impressed! Room was just what we needed and very spacious in the 5th floor. The breakfast was excellent.
Check out was a breeze and then getting to the car rental from there was an easy walk.
We would come back if we were looking for a quick layover.

The hotel was very conveniently located so we could easily fly out the next morning. Accessible by a walkway to the airport. The room was a bit on the pricey side. Our two teenage kids were with us and the hotel had two extra twin beds set up which was great. We ate at the restaurant at the hotel for dinner because it was late when we got to the hotel and most things were closed. I was glad the restaurant was open late, but the meal prices were really, really high. I would love to see more reasonable prices for the restaurant. The free breakfast in the morning was nice though and there was a great selection. Overall it was a good experience at this hotel. Staff were very nice.

The restaurant is a joke! I waited 20 minutes in the bar area with no waiter showing up, went to the bar and the Bartender took my order. Waited another 30 minutes and never got my drink or food. He never apologized. Food came out cold and terrible.

The breakfast is amazing and nothing compares to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Thru will do anything for you. So happy they have a shuttle to the terminal now. We paid over$450 Canadian for a one night stay. The room we were given was close to a hotel construction area and woke us up several times during the night. Constant drilling and hammering. When we mentioned it to the reception they apologized as they were aware the construction started earlier than planned. They were unable to compensate us in anyway due to having booked through Expedia. Not a good advertisement for this company.

The rooms are updated and nicely appointed. We were surprised how quiet it was. Location is excellent and easily walkable to all the different terminals. We had dinner at the restaurant and to be honest this is the weak spot of the Hotel. The food is VERY BLAND and after eating for two weeks in Italy was a letdown. Prices were high for an \"Americanized\" version of an Italian dish. For example...Prosciutto and Melon for $20 euros was diced Cantaloupe with a sliced Ham. Amatriciana Pasta was Pasta with a piece of Bacon. This is easily fixable if there is a focus on quality.

I'm happy to take the time to write this review, they deserve it.
The location makes getting to the airport terminal quick and easy. 20 yards outside the hotel lobby is an elevator leading to the enclosed walkway to the the main entrance of the airport. It's an easy walk of only 10 minutes, and smooth surfaces for rolling your luggage.
Shuttles and taxis are also easily accessible, if you want to leave the airport grounds.
The staff is first class, and willing to assist in whatever you need. I especially like that they have a secure room for luggage storage while waiting for your room availability. And there is no extra charge for this service.
We stayed on the Executive floor. It was quiet and the room was large and comfortable. They gave us room 5050 which was handicap friendly. My wife broke her leg on the last day of our trip, and needed the special accommodations. The hotel staff was quick to offer us the use of a wheelchair, and made sure we were comfortable.
The lobby is huge and offers several seating options. Weather you're alone, or in a large group, there are several areas in the lobby to escape to. They also offer a very well stocked bar, and the restaurant offers a wide selection of Italian and American food options.
Another very refreshing perk was that the entire staff spoke English. That makes the stay even better.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone using the Rome airport, for the night before your flight.

I have stayed at the Hilton Rome Airport at least six times over the years, and unfortunately this was by far my worst experience.
Check-in was unusually slow, although I do appreciate that my request for a lower-floor room was accommodated. Unfortunately, the stay itself was very disappointing. I was kept awake until well past 11:30 PM by what sounded like furniture being moved repeatedly in the room above me. I contacted the front desk to complain, but nothing was done to resolve the issue.
The soundproofing also seemed very poor during this stay. I could clearly hear conversations from the room next door, as well as their alarm going off at 4:30 AM. After a long travel day, getting almost no sleep was extremely frustrating.
Dinner in the restaurant was acceptable, but unlike previous visits where the food was very good, this time it arrived cold.
The one consistent positive was the staff, who as always were professional, informative, and courteous throughout my stay. That level of service is the reason I continue to return, but this particular visit fell far below the standard I’ve come to expect from the hotel.

We never got to stay. The hotel didn’t honour our reservation and we were driven half an hour to another property. We specifically selected the hotel because we had an early flight. The disruption caused by the hotel meant we barely got any sleep before we had to get back to the airport.

Long walk from the airport to the Hotel, close enough but you are better off with HelloSky. I could hear the pool house on the second floor. Customer service was terrible. The hotel cares more about the bottom line than the customer. I made a mistake on my booking, and paid for the room twice, the hotel would not do anything to help.

I found mold in my bathroom. The hotel restaurant was both the most expensive and worst tasting meal we had on our 9 days trip. Every single item on the menu listed allergens outside of the ingredients and the waiter brushed it off as “contamination”. Wasn’t clear what we could eat as a group with 2 different significant food allergies. It’s only plus was the short walk to the terminal.

The BEST amenity was being able to walk to this hotel directly from airport. Price was hefty and I think specifically for travelers staying just one night to be close to airport for early next morning flight it is HIGH considering I was there less than 24 hours (I paid it reluctantly for the ease of travel). Enjoyed a break from hanging in my room by having cocktails at the dining room bar.
