This hotel was a great pick for one last night in Italy instead of staying at a big chain hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable with a cute outdoor seating area. There really isn’t anything negative to say- it was very clean even for our high standards, the bed was comfortable, and it’s really pretty overall too :)

This hotel was amazing for our last night before flying home. They arranged a car service to pick us up and take us back to the Rome airport, it was super clean and had a very California cool vibe. I only give it four because the area around is a little rundown, but definitely safe and quiet and the hotel itself is great. They recommended a restaurant, not too many in the area. It was fantastic! In fact, it was one of our favourite dinners on our three week trip.

Mixed feelings. The management was very responsive and nice. However I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, had a shuttle (which I assumed was free) and provided breakfast. However we were told the shuttle wasn’t free (10 euros per person each way) and wasn’t even running. We had to wait about a hour for a different shuttle to take us to the hotel at a cost of 20 euros. The following morning, we waited 15 minutes outside the hotel for another shuttle to take us back to the airport (also 20 euros). Breakfast was just bad. Room was very small. We should have paid a little more and stayed at a nicer more convenient place.

We missed our flight so needed a last minute hotel room for the night near the airport. The owner/manager spoke very good English and provided very detailed communication via WhatsApp to enable us to arrive whilst he was out. It’s in a residential area 2 blocks from the beach, which offered the most incredible sunset, which is what we needed after a rather stressful day. The room was very basic with concrete walls and floors but clean with good aircon and everything we needed. The only issue was really the noise as there isn’t really any insulation, so we could hear other guests chatting in the courtyard and the planes flying overhead but I guess this is to be expected when choosing a room so close to the airport.

I am so happy we found this gem! Very convenient to the airport A few steps to the beach, incredible rooftop lounging areas, charming & comfy rooms and courtyard, and very attentive and kind hosts. This hotel, has a nice location near the airport by the beach with lots of restaurant choices. The only problem was there was ants in the bathroom and all over the room.! The double doors were a very smart idea so the plane engine sound didn’t wreck our sleep and the service lady was excellent!

I used the hotel as a one night layover in between flight, arriving late and leaving super early. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating making sure I have a friction free check in after hours, and seamless checkout (I just left the key in the room) early in the morning, plus they called a taxi for easy transfer. All of this was communicated and arranged in 3 WhatsApp messages. The place was perfectly charming, just as pictured. There is a beautiful fig tree in the middle of the courtyard with delicious fruit. The place is steps away from the beach.

My stay at Hotel Interbo al Fico was an unexpected delight and exactly what I needed in my travel back to Cansda for a family emergency. I had not realized that Fumicino airport was so close to the beach and the photon of the hotel caught my eye with a welcoming, casual ,beach feel and a breakfast included. And I booked the hotel for the lovley big dig tree in the courtyard. I needed a little peace.
Unexpected delays at the airport (lost bag) on my arrival left me late for the 8pm close of reception and just as I got into the shuttle (hotel staff had helped me arrange with a wonderful email replay) my phone buzzed with a message from reception and step by step details for self check in.
In truth I wasn’t sure what to expect, but on arrival, the first thing I saw was the courtyard and the fig tree and I opened the gate and climbed the stairs and found my room. I was reminded of staying in Greece. Blues and whites…simple but clean and fresh. Outside from the terrace garden I cousin see the sea. And I went immediately to the beach, a very short walk, and watched the sun set. And planes flew out and in, yet once I was snugly tucked uk in bed I didn’t hear a thing and I slept like a baby. The next morning, after another walk in the beach, I had the buffet breakfast which had many choices and a great espresso.
And I stopped at reception to chat and say thank you. What a welcoming, safe, peaceful stay! I’ll be back

Great spot if you are catching a flight the next morning. Would not stay for long as the dining options are limited and area around is pretty rundown. The room was quiet, blocking out noise from airplanes overhead and staff was extremely helpful on transport to and from airport. Again, fantastic spot for a one night stay to catch a flight but not somewhere I’d spend a lot of time.

We arrived on a very busy Sunday. The weather was beautiful, so there was a lot of people at the beach, but we found our hotel quickly. We were checked in quickly and provided a very convenient place to park. The young lady who checked us and showed us our room, gave us options for dining in the area. The room was comfortable great night sleep. I would definitely stay here again if I was in that area in a very quick drive to the airport.

Excellent location for an overnight stay for an early flight. Airport less than 15 minutes away. A short walk to the beach where we enjoyed the sunset on our last night in Italy. Wonderful experience.
