We arrived at Fium airport in Rome. The Expedia ad says it was a 4 min drive, but it’s actually like 15 or 20 drive. I called to be picked up but got no answer. I texted but I got no answer. So we had to take a taxi which I had to pay $35 out of my pocket. Once we got to the property I asked the receptionist why I never got an answer to my call or text. She said she had too many called that day. I asked about the info on Expedia which indicates that it was just a 4 min drive from the airport but it’s actually like 15 min drive or more. She said she doesn’t deal with the info on Expedia. So Expedia is wrong. It was a very frustrating situation. I should get a full refund for this lousy customer service. Will not stay here again.

Amazing location attached to a shopping mall and right opposite to a train station. You can get a shuttle from here to the airport that takes 10 minutes for very decent price. That is almost the same price of a train or even cheaper

Staffs are very friendly and considerate, I arrived from a 16 hours flight at 11:00am and they checked me in a room at twelve. I had a four hour nap. Around 4pm I walked a few steps and there is a big shopping mall with plenty of cloths stores, fast food and supermarket. Location is excellent.

I love this hotel. It is SO convenient if you are taking the train to the Fiumicino airport because it is steps off the last stop on the train before the Fiumicino station. Hint: If you buy the train ticket from Roma Tiburtina to Parco Leonardo, you don't pay the airport surcharge, so the fare is 4 euros less! Unfortunately, if you take the train again the next morning to go one stop, you have to pay the fare WITH the airport surcharge! But you can take the shuttle bus instead for 6 euros. The hotel is in a large shopping mall with plenty of eating options. so that is also very convenient for spending the night before a morning flight. The rooms are very clean and minimal - everything you need for an overnight stay before your flight. However, I have severe misgivings about staying here again, because the bathrooms have been getting worse and worse over the last few years. This time, I hit rock bottom. The entire shower stall was covered with mold - all along the lines of the frame and all along the grout lines. It was so bad the entire hotel room reeked of mold. I asked to change my room, and they were very obliging. The bathroom was much better, but no one can say it was nice. Still lines of mold along some grout lines. They really really need to get their bathrooms remodeled! But this is my only complaint about the hotel. Unfortunately, it's a biggie, so I'm probably only going to give this place one more chance, and if it is not better, I'll have to find another hotel.

This hotel was just okay. I do not agree with the high rating many others gave it. We were in the second building and that may have needed more work. The walls needed plaster work and painting. There was a little mold in the shower. The room was fairly clean but very sparsely furnished. There was a small refrigerator which was appreciated. The storage area for clothing and suitcases was quite inadequate. The room did not have a table surface to work on or use for eating a meal. Dinner was eaten in bed. The bed was not comfortable at all. It was hard and felt like laying on a board with a bit of foam over the top. The AC did not work in the room and it got very warm, requiring us to open the window and sliding door throughout the night. The shower worked well and had plenty of hot water.
We did not eat the breakfast at the hotel. We walked to the nearby mall and purchased coffee and pastries. The huge mall turned out to be a blessing for us. Since we didn't have transportation, we ate several meals at the mall and enjoyed exploring it. It was the best thing about this hotel!

This property is convenient for access to the airport. It's one train stop from the airport.(Parco Leonardo). They also offer car service if you need to get to the airport early in the morning. I did not have the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that, however the hotel is attached to a mall that has a few restaurants available. Be careful when checking in as there are 2 of the same hotels in the area. This one is on the opposite side of where you would get off the train. Take the stairs or the elevator and go on the other side. Then exit. This is just a place to rest before catching the next flight. Safe travels to all.

Basic hotel right near the Roma Fiumicino airport. Small rooms but they are okay for a 1 night stay prior to an early morning flight. It is right in front of a shopping center and there are several restaurants very close by. So, for our purposes, it worked out just fine. They also were helpful in holding our luggage so we could tour Rome for 1 day. Plus, there is a train station directly in front of the hotel, to the Roma Trestevere station.

The air conditioning is controlled by the lobby which the front desk promised to turn on and didn’t, so instead we were told to open the window. Then we find out there is no lights or electricity in the bathroom, no electricity to charge the phone. At 1 am we had enough and we were moved to another room. The shower is so tiny you can’t even make a 360 turn.

Great Little Hotel

As previously stated, it is directly on the regionale train route. And so much cheaper than the Leonardo Express. The hotel is clean and compact. We were a mother son duo and the split bed worked perfectly for us. The breakfast was just what was needed to start our trip back to the states. I highly recommend B&B for your first or last night stay.

I LOVED that check out was at 12 noon! We were tired after many travels and my teen daughter was so glad she could sleep longer. Breakfast was great with a large variety of items, including nuts and grain breads. Close to the airport and comfortable beds! Will definitely book again!

The bathroom in my room had a faucet literally covered in feces, hair and dried soap. Absolutely disgusting. I requested a new room and that room's sink didn't drain and the shower was extremely dirty. In the bedroom , there was a dead bug with a blood stain on the wall. I wanted to request a third room, but then heard someone trying to open every single door in my hallway, jiggling each door handle and slamming into the door with their body room by room. I tried calling the front desk to report it, but the phone didn't work. Worst hotel experience in my life. I barely slept and then only used a wet towel to wash off since the bathroom was so disgusting.

Overall the stay was great! If you need a stay near the FCO airport, then this hotel is one of your best choices! It's only a few minutes away by train, and the trains run every 15 minutes to the airport. Even better, the train station is right outside the hotel! Amazingly convenient. The shopping mall is also right outside the hotel, which gives you something to do while you're there.

The hotel itself is great. The price was reasonable for my stay and the hotel itself is modern and purpose built. It was clean as well. The only criticism is that there were quite a lot of scuff marks on the wall that could use some fixing. That being said, it's not a big deal. It was comfortable, the air conditioning was great, and it had enough space for two people.

We stayed here to be close to the airport, let’s just say it was not as the pictures portray. It was extremely dirty and looked to be mold. We both are usually comfortable roughing it but this was so bad we barely used the bathroom. It was also very loud so hard to sleep. Wouldn’t recommend - stay at one of the others for the extra $100

The place was nice, I did have WiFi issue at this place and reported it. After that it was ok. The little fridge is hard to get to since it’s under the dresser and the door of it opens the wrong direction. There was no facial soap or shampoo in the place. Glad there was a store nearby to get some.

The hotel room was very poorly maintained. Holes and scufffa all over the walls. The shower faucets were very dirty and stained. Seemed like they didn’t even clean it after the last use. Also pretty sure there was mold in the cracks and corners of the washroom.

When checking in, the staff person on duty was very involved with her phone. She gave us no information about breakfast, wifi, how to use the keypad on the doors, lobby hours, or anything else. We were on our own to figure it out. Also, knowing something about the mall hours would have been helpful as it seemed to be the only food option. Maybe they serve something other than breakfast at the hotel? I have no idea. How much does breakfast at the hotel cost? No idea.

Great, but bathrooms need renovation!

I’ve posted this before. We have stayed here many times over the years. Hotel is excellent for quick night’s stay before a morning flight. And the mall it is attached to is a great convenience for getting a bite to eat. But it is really time to renovate the bathrooms. There is mold and it is getting to the disgusting point. Our towels had holes in them. Also, would be nice to have some decent pillows!
