The room was clea and the location was wonderful for getting up for an early flight however the walls and ceiling was peeling from water damage and the decor was sparse. Honestly I felt I was in a hostel. I did not use the shower as it did not feel inviting. Would not stay here again.

Great place to stay if you have an early flight. My daughter's flight was at 6 am and mine was at 12pm. 5 min walk inside the sky bridge and got her to check in. Went back to bed after. Clean, comfortable beds.

So convenient to find and check in. The layout seemed very weird, as the hotel is actually in a circle. We were on the ground floor which meant we had to take the elevator all the way down. It really felt like we we were in a basement. However, once in the room, it was very clean, and very spacious, the room was fairly expensive, but the convenience outweighed the price.

Such lovely staff — and the convenience can’t be beat. I have stayed here many times. The bathrooms and towels are starting to look tired, but overall, the convenience makes this place a standout. And it is MUCH better than the other hotel at the airport.

Disgusting room. Dirty and tattered. Crazy to be charging over £200 a night even if it's for convenience. Stay in the Hilton Garden airport instead. It's a slightly longer walk and it's not perfect but at least it's clean.

This hotel offers very basic amenities, considering the price. I paid $280 per day.
We booked this hotel by the airport for an early morning flight and very limited and cold breakfast spread for the paid price.
I reserved 1 room including breakfast and had a receipt to prove it.
I received confirmation from the lady at the reception desk when check-in.
Next morning, a man at the reception desk told me to pay for the breakfast again as he could not find the record showing the payment.
After 10 minutes of arguing with him, we were only people at the time. This man told me to eat breakfast for free as GIFT.
This man treated me as a person trying to get a free breakfast! After I proved the receipt, he ignored me and did not apologize for his mistake.
He treated me unprofessionally and rudely as I am an aged Asian woman.
This man should not work at the reception desk.

These rooms are getting really shabby and are not well cleaned. They look really beaten up. I get it it is a very convenient location but for that price you could toss in a breakfast and keep the room cleaner.

I was expecting more. Check in was simple but language barrier was apparent. The room was ok but showing signs of wear. Particularly in bathroom. Grout and mold issues as well as No shower door. When showering in early morning before catching flight realized hey there is no door to close. Flooded whole bathroom even on low water flow just to get a quick rinse. No time to run to another room or shower in separate area. Breakfast not included with such high price for room really not acceptable given meager continental breakfast offered for price. Staff were apologetic but offered no solution or options. Not my choice next time even tho convenience of proximity to terminal.

It was fairly quiet but we were on ground floor. I am not sure how loud it would be for the rooms on the same level as the entrance.

One books this due to anxiety about an early flight. Just don’t buy into this. There are plenty of properties nearby that caters exactly for this with a reliable shuttle or taxi service. And they probably have a bar/ restaurant open, which this one did not at 9:30pm.
We were only at the property for less than 7 hours before heading out on a 28 hour door to door travel. As you could imagine a shower would be nice, or at least expected, given the $300+ price. It completely flooded the whole bathroom in seconds. Staff was somewhat helpful, but admitted that at 10pm they could not do much. They offered a complementary breakfast, but we were heading out at 4:30am. Took a 30sec rinse, soap rinse, near flood type of shower. Not worth it. Don’t worry, just book somewhere way nicer instead. You’ll make your flight just fine, like all the other passengers on your 7am Transatlantic flight.

This hotel is not worth the price at all. Ridiculous charge per night and we didn’t get anything included. The room was spartan, no frills with a moldy bathroom. They have a lounge in the lobby area stocked with food and drinks. We weren’t allowed any of it. For the price we paid, I’d think we could grab a soda for free. Stay at the Hilton. It’s way cheaper and is at the airport too.

If you're flying out of the Rome airport and need a place to sleep, this place can't be beat. It's extremely convenient, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The continental breakfast is fine, and you can walk around the airport shopping at all hours. I would stay here again.

The place in general is very white and stale. We stayed on the first floor (ground level) and it’s a round white floor with nothing on the walls, gives mental hospital vibes. The windows shades in the room have major gaps, and it faced a lighted walkway outside.
If you’re looking for a solid night sleep at the airport prior to a 10 hour flight, it might not be a good option for you.
If you’re looking to rest for a few hours, I would recommend. The lobby had a good assortment of food and drinks at a reasonable price.
We will try the Hilton, also onsite, next time.

Very convenient to the terminals, two walkways and you are there. In the morning we were at the terminal in like 2 minutes, I loved that. The room has everything you need for an overnight stay, clean, comfortable. My only thing is there was this huge bright light right outside of our window so our room was not as dark as I hoped it would be. It is probably for safety but it is a bit inconvenient and the window coverings do not block that very effectively.

The hotel was very hard to find. The taxi driver had a hard time finding the hotel and when he did he told us to get out and walk behind his car. It would have been helpful to have more/better signage that indicated how to get to the hotel. Once we were inside the airport, we asked security how to get to the hotel and they didn't know. It was very frustrating especially since we were tired from flying all day. The hotel staff could have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful/useful. We were charged 1 euro per page to get our airline boarding documents printed, which we didn't mind paying but the person made us feel that we were a bother to them. Given the price for 1 night's stay, we do not plan on staying at this property again.

We booked a night because we had an early flight the next morning. The reception area was clean and wide. Our room was in the basement - it was cold and damp. The washroom had black mold on it - so much so, I didn't shower. While the bed was comfortable, the humidity in the room made it feel wet. Would not return.

The shower did not appear to be clean so we did not use it. There was also a hair in the bed - which my wife found quite troubling. Also, the front desk person told us there was an Eataly in FCO we could go to for dinner. However, it’s after security and we obviously were spending the night and flying out in the morning at which time we would go through security. So not exactly an optimal dinner recommendation.

We booked this hotel through Expedia pretty last minute, so we didn’t have much time to read reviews—but the price was great and it had something I’ve always wanted: a swim-up pool! The all-inclusive experience was exactly what we were looking for. Our room was huge, complete with a living room and a private pool area featuring an outdoor bed and jacuzzi.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious (the steakhouse was our favorite. We went there multiple times). I especially loved the beach beds and bar—such a relaxing vibe. Our butler, Junior, went above and beyond. He was so attentive to every detail, even putting a “Happy Birthday” sign on my door and surprising me on my birthday with room decorations, champagne, and balloons.

I would highly recommend this hotel to any couple looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway.

Our stay at Air Rooms in HotelSky was just average. The biggest plus was its location inside the airport, which made it extremely convenient for our early morning flight. However, the room itself left a lot to be desired—the shower door was broken, and despite mentioning it, the staff did not offer any compensation. The mattress was average and not very comfortable. While it served its purpose for a short overnight stay before a flight, it’s not a place I would choose for comfort or amenities.

Location was perfect for an early morning flight. Check in/out was easy.

The room was so hot so everyone had trouble sleeping. The hallway was cooler. You couldn’t really control the air conditioning. It was locked that you couldn’t put it below 25 C and it kept randomly turning off in the middle of the night. We physically had to get up to turn it back on. I don’t mind them locking temp but maybe at 21/22?

The only thing that was good was the location in the airport making it easy the next morning to walk to chek in and gate. The room was terrible shower floor was disgusting. Sink faucet was all pitted. The foot runer on bed was dirty. The desk could not find our reservation we had to bring it up in an email. Once you in the place you in the airport and stuck with limited food options. Can't get to it by car or taxi, you will need to cary your bags and walk through the airport. Mutch better off near by in a real hotel and shuttle service.

Incredibly convenient location in the airport and well set up. Unfortunately our room was for handicap accessible, and the shower doors do not close properly and the water poured all over the bathroom floor. The window covering did not cover entirely and as a result, the lights from outside in the airport shone through the window the entire evening. Other than that, it was well organized a quick check-in and people were approachable and helpful.

Although it was a little more expensive than nearby hotels, nothing can replace the wonderful convenience of sleeping IN the airport for an early morning flight. As a woman traveling alone, I didn't want to be hefting around all my luggage in dark neighborhoods that I was unfamiliar with. This hotel is basically a three minute walk across the sky bridge to the airport security check in. The room was very adequate but not luxurious. Bed was comfortable and clean. I had trouble adjusting the thermostat and went to the front desk, where the clerk informed me that he had the temperature control system at the front desk and kindly made it a few degrees warmer for me. Breakfast buffet was abundant and quite good. Well worth the price.

We booked this room because we needed to be at the airport so early in the morning- but the bathroom was for handicap (kind of uncomfortable for us) since we’re not handicapped and the shower was moldy and not cleaned well.
The bed seemed clean and everything else- but I recommend cleaning the shower better.
