We have stayed here before and it was just as nice this time. We enjoy this hotel quite a bit and it's super close and convenient to get to the airport. We also enjoy the surrounding area and restaurants.

The breakfast is not included, but I believe it used to be. They just ask your room number and then charge you for it. It was a surprise upon checkout. Also, they require you wear a swim cap to be in the pool, but you can get a stylish orange and white cap at the front desk for 3 Euro. The rooftop bar is quite nice and they serve up great drinks. Don't be fooled by the complimentary cocktail, it's half a champagne flute of a watery Aperol Spritz..

It’s fine. Nice pool for children if you need to occupy them before the airport but otherwise not much to do in the area. English not widely spoken and they require a bathing call in the pool. Nothing terribly bad but just okay.

The hotel is very nice. Staff weren’t as friendly as I expected. I felt that they nickel and dines for everything. Had to get weed at the vending machine and inadvertently left my credit card in there. Someone charged water on my credit card all night before the front desk contacted me that my credit card was in the machine. Will return again because it is located in a good area.

On an extremely hot Rome day, the AC was barely working. After an hour of being in the room, and the kids sweating trying to fall asleep, we asked the front desk for some help. And we were met with a ‘I’m sorry.’

For an expensive hotel, I’m sorry, but there’s no excuse. We had to wake up super early to get to the airport and got poor sleep as a result of the temperature in the room.

Close to Rome Airport. In spite of the instructions posted on the website, the pick-up point for the Shuttle bus was not obvious at the airport which resulted in us taking a very expensive taxi ride for a relatively short distance with a drive who really didn't want to do it.

The only thing we really loved about this hotel was its location. It's only a 10-minute walk to a gorgeous beach! But the staff were not friendly, the hotel itself is run-down, and the room was also outdated and not very clean. Our room remained warm despite having the AC turned all the way up. I'm not sure if there are other hotels in the area, but I highly recommend the location for the beautiful beach, and the town really comes alive at night. You'll be fully immersed with local Italians, which was a wonderful break from all of the tourist towns. I highly recommend the town but I'd look elsewhere for accommodations.

Although costly to get to Rome from the hotel by taxi, you save by paying less to get to and from the airport. You save in time as well as it’s only 10 minutes from the terminal to the hotel. Really good breakfast, great walkability, great pool, bar, shower, comfortable bed, view, reasonable price, helpful staff. Was a perfect place to stay to end our 3 week European vacation. Would recommend and would stay again.

Our first room had stains on the toilet as well as sheets upon arrival. The staff accommodated us and moved us to another room. However, the second room also had stains on the sheets as well as ants. The communal area is nicely maintained but the actual rooms could use a deep clean and updating. Overall, I’d give this hotel an overall 2 out of 5 stars.

Hotel Tiber Rooftop was very helpful arranging transportation shuttles from the airport and to Rome or the cruise ship (for additional fee). The location has an easy going marina vibe with great pizza near by. Also, there is an easy walk along the canal with plenty to see.

Nice place near the airport a d the beach however there are one too many things advertised that hotels back home offers for free. In this hotel the gym, brrakfast, pool chairs, pool towels, airport shuttle all for a fee. Clean, nice views, near the center, walkable. Ill recommend for an overnight however plenty of bed and breakfast in the area and other local smaller properties with a better value.

The Tiber is a great hotel for the price and location. At times the staff were moody and not very friendly and sometimes they were very nice. The food at the restaurantI was good and drinks are good. I don’t like the fact that they charge for everything such as coffee and water. They charge you for the coffee pods. They provided water the first night of our stay and thereafter you have to buy from the vending machine. Inadvertently I left my credit card inside the vending machine. CC slot and someone purchased $24.00 worth of bottled waters on my credit card. The front desk called me late at night to tell me that my card was still on the machine. I’m baffles as to how they did not see anyone use it throughout the few hours it was in the machine. Luckily I was able to have the bank dismiss it. I will definitely return but will bring my own water.

The ads claim all rooms have a harbor view, however mine was ground floor accessibility room which I did not need) with a patio and m view of the building next door and the trash can alley.
I wa there on a Sunday so maybe that’s why the wellness room was closed.
It was very windy that day so the rooftop pool was less than pleasant, but I imagine on a nicer day it would be awesome.

The room walls needs to be painted. And.our sliding door would not close. The hallways were dark and gloomy due to thelight sensors.
Some of the workers were not friendly and helpful at all.A handyman came in our room without knocking.
The place does not look as nice as it's pictures.I will not be staying there again.

Not as expected! The AC didn’t work, only one bath towel for 2 people, the safe didn’t work, it took 35’ to have it fixed, the phone to call reception didn’t work, we found a half empty water bottle in the fridge from the previous guest. It was unfortunate a nice hotel with such a poor management who doesn’t care about the customer experience.

Great modest hotel for the price and convenience! We had an overnight stay prior to flying out of Rome. We spent around three hours just sitting up at the rooftop lounge and enjoying drinks and some surprisingly great food and watching the boats come into the port! So relaxing. Also had a dinner and the next morning breakfast in the hotel. It was great and the staff were very pleasant and helpful! Would definitely stay there again!. We used their airport shuttle which was well priced and on time.

European air conditioning can work very differently in some hotels with a centralized computerized system. Hotel Tiber is one of these hotels. The room we were provided did not function with A/C or fan option. After a couple calls to front desk which were very unproductive, we pressed to move rooms at 4am and received a room moderately better. Thank goodness it was not the heart of summer heat. The lack of follow up in the morning with staff was a bit surprising during check out. It was unfortunate but left us with a very negative impression on our last night in Italy near the airport before our departure.

The staff was very helpful and professional! Housekeeping helped to dry my clothes from laundrymat that didn't dry. Room was spacious, with lots of nice windows and easy to get to the elevator/stairs. Wellness area on the roof was just what I needed at the end of my trip. I'd stay there again!

The hotel was clean and convenient to the airport and staff was very helpful.
I didn’t like however that I needed to insert 1 Euro coin for each time I used the scale to weigh my suitcases. First it felt that the hotel is trying to make money from anything it offers. Second which is even more important, the hotel didn’t have a change from 5 Euro paper to coins so I was unable to use it. Also, I’m used to get the hotel shuttle to the airport complimentary from a 4 star hotel.

I love everything about the hotel from the location to the restaurants within walking distance, and the fact that you're on the ocean on the night before you go to the airport

The only thing I hate is for some reason I got booked into the handicapped rooms on the ground floor, which are horrible and it's almost like I'm living in a hospital

The rooms on the second and third floor have beautiful balconies and are amazing and I would highly recommend those and avoid the handicapped unless you actually need it

A wonderful place to stay. The staff were great. We requested an early shuttle to the airport he picked us up at 5am and was happy to help. There is a roof top bar to sit at and enjoy a drink along with the view of the fishing village and ocean. Many near by restaurants a short walk away. If you want a clean quiet place to stay before going to the airport we highly recommend this place.

We had booked twice within 1 week. The first stay was excellent and staff had been very helpful and courteous. However, the second stay was bad experience. The room was on ground level (which we have no probem) except the room is for handicapped and we just have a very awful night of not been able to facilitate (or use) the toilet due to high toilet seat. Taking showers wetted nearly the complete bathroom floor. The air-conditioning was not working properly - either blowing hot air or no fan at all. It could also be bad luck for us because they (staff) could not change our room due to fully booked. For future guests' interest, please check with reservation no handicap unit.

We stayed for one night at this hotel. The room was very spacious and had a lovely view of the marina outside. There were a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was excellent. Good choices from eggs and bacon to delicious pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals as well as fresh juices. The staff were very nice and the lady at the reception was very kind and helped us book the airport shuttle (there is a fee for this). The airport is only a 10 minute drive away which was great. It is far from the city so you would have to take a taxi to the city or to the nearest train station. The only thing I would say is that the hotel is in need for some upgrades but that should not deter you from staying here. Would definitely stay here again.

We didn't have the opportunity to use any of the spa amenities, but they looked pleasant. The full breakfast was so nice before a long day travelling. It was great sitting on the balcony watching the fishing boats unload and relaxing before our long flight home. The shuttle service to the airport was very efficient as well.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Check-in was easy and their assistance with scheduling our shuttle to the airport was very helpful. Unfortunately the bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep but the room was clean and the bathroom included toiletries and nice size towels.The breakfast was adequate and included yogurt, cereal, pastries, scrambled eggs, bread, etc. Overall it was good for a one night stay but we wouldn’t want to stay any longer due to the inability to sleep on the bed.
