Great stay for the night before we flew back to NZ. We were able to book a couple of day rooms as well which meant we kept the rooms until 5pm. Breakfast hours were a bit short 7am - 9am, and there are not may tables so it was all a bit rushed to get people off the tables to seat new people. The breakfast itself was yum, good selection for the price. Staff are friendly & helpful. Excellent to have the option of an airport shuttle.

Hotel has parking, It is very clean.
Bathroom a bit tinny but clean, pillows weren’t comfortable but not terrible neither.
It is some block from the sea, with restaurants near by. No shampoo, only soap and body gel.

Great location with just a few minutes walk to the beach. There were lots of restaurants however a lot of them weren’t open or had strange hours of operation. The hotel was lovely and well kept but we found the bed to be uncomfortably firm. The breakfast consisted of cold cuts and cheese, pastries, yogurt and coffee which was ok. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival at the airport the hotel shuttle service was disorganized; this is separate from the hotel itself but we wanted to share this information with travelers. It cost an additional 55 euros each way to use the shuttle service and it is shared with other hotels. The hotel advertises it as no hassle shuttle service.
We had the large room with a private outside deck (room 501). The outside deck space was a nice space. The beds were not comfortable and the hotel room air conditioner was broken (which the hotel knew about) so our room was very uncomfortably warm. Needless to say we were not well rested for our flight home. Unfortunately, we would not recommend to our family and friends.

The front desk staff was very professional and checkin was quick. Due to the time of day, we could not locate a restaurant in the neighborhood that was open, however the front desk staff assisted us to get a delivery app loaded, and we had our supper in room.
Besides the cleanliness of the room, we were happy with the bathroom/amenities and wifi. There was a bit of noise from nearby conversations, but otherwise our room was comfortable.
Breakfast ,and the service staff in the dining room, was wonderful as was our shuttle service to the airport. Very convenient!

Great room spacious clean had a cute little balcony close to the beach only two blocks away. It was wonderful. We only stayed there for one night before heading back to Toronto, but it was the perfect last night. We got to see the sunset over the water great stay all around.

The property was in an excellent location (a block from the board walk) and the staff was very helpful with checking in as well as recommendations for meals. The major downfall with our stay was the bed, we were in room 407 and the bed was beyond uncomfortable, if there would have been enough blankets I would have slept on the floor. We did mention this to the staff the morning after. A fabulous Hotel if they get rid of the worn out beds and upgrade them.

Shuttle was confusing, just an unmarked van. Room was small, which I expected, but the bathroom was really really small. The bathroom also had mold in it. The mattress was extremely broken down and was lumpy and hard because of that and the bedding was old and rough. It was also unbelievably noisy, while trying to sleep I could hear someone snoring from somewhere in the building and could clearly hear the conversation in the room next door.

Rooms are European Smaller And I could see the Mediteranean Sea from my Window. Beach was 2 minute walk and at Beach Many Restaurants! Here is my Recommedation a On The Beach Restsurant named Vittorino's, Classic Italian, I had Mussels and Linguine Seafood and it was Off The Chart Mic Drop ***** Star ! Do Not Let Looks fool you! We stayed here for a night since it was close to the airport. We were really pleased with the location in a nice neighborhood a block from the beach. There’s a nice, small store within walking distance with great mozzarella and produce. The room was clean and had a nice balcony.
I would have given it a 5, but we chose the hotel because it had an airport shuttle. They provided directions and a map but it was very confusing and took us over an hour and a phone call to them to find the pick up spot. Just so you know, follow the signs in arrivals to the Hotel Shuttle. Cross at the crosswalk and STOP on the slender sidewalk in the middle (don’t go all the way across and up the ramp where it’s painted in rainbow colors to the parking structures). Go right on the slender sidewalk and you will either see one of the hotel shuttles waiting or you will see painted on the street parking spots labeled 1,2, 3. 4 Their spot is #3. The shuttle times are listed on their website.

Regarding staff - they were polite enough and professional; but seemed and felt unwelcoming to me as a non white person. I would actively tell anyone who is not white to stay away and to spend their money and enjoy their stay in a place where skin color is not what determines whether you’re welcomed or not.

We had two rooms and spent three nights here. I loved the location, the staff, the cleanliness and especially the secure parking. The breakfast was also great. The room sizes were inconsistent. One of our rooms was spacious with a large walkin shower. The other room was small and had a shower so small that it was difficult to get in. The bathroom door could not fully open unless you moved the nightstand. There were also a lot of stairs to climb unless you had a ground floor room. I would not hesitate to stay here if I was in the area again.

Breakfast was simple and 5 Euros per person. There is a shuttle that will pick you up and drop off to the airport/train terminal. This part of Fiumicino is a little far from the restaurants that are located north towards the strait. It is peaceful and calm. We booked the large suite that fit all 5 of us in one room, but only one shower/bathroom. Ocean views! There is a lift/elevator. Staff was amazing both front staff, after hours staff, and breakfast staff. Fantastic little pizza place around the corner that is affordable and delicious. Grocery store is about 15 minute walk (so not too close). You definitely need a car for this part of Fiumicino. Vending machine with snacks and drinks available in breakfast area. My family will stay here again as the staff was tremendously friendly, helpful, and kind.

The room was clean and spacious. Silvia,Kirllos, Matteo but most of all Massimo were very helpful, and accommodating. Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay 3 more days in the hotel. Massimo was very kind enough to direct us to a place where we could have a sumptuous dinner and schedule a shuttle for our Ostia Antica sightseeing. Aliona, the breakfast lady was very helpful too. I highly recommend 100% this place.

This property is in a quiet residential area just two short blocks from the seashore, where there is a sandy beach with a shore walk and a variety of restaurants and bars for any kind of refreshment. A food store and a church are nearby as well, making this a pleasant area to spend some time. The hotel itself is clean, efficiently managed and the staff does all it can to care for their visitors. It was a pleasure to spend three days here while touring Rome.

Only thing I didn’t like it’s it said it had a shuttle to airport but it’s was very limited during early hours Also the bathroom had a strange smell coming out like from the pipes. Besides that good location airport is close nice neighborhood and the room seemed clean just the pipes smell.

Excellent and very cute budget hotel for folks who need to be near the airport. We stayed here one night after a cruise before flying home. We had the basic room but it was bigger than expected. Staff is very friendly, attentive, and efficient. The breakfast buffet has a nice variety: croissants, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, pound cake, juice, biscuits, and gluten free options and hot water for tea/coffee are available on request. Beach access is right around the corner with several excellent places to swim and many restaurants. The staff is also prompt in replying to messages on Expedia. NOTE: if you use the shuttle to get from the airport to this hotel, the pick-up point for the shuttle is on level 0 of Fiumicino airport. We were dropped off at level 1 and were confused about where to board the shuttle until I asked airport staff and found out we had to go downstairs.

We stayed 1 night for airport convenience next morning with shuttle. Room was nothing great - felt like a cave with almost no window but had clean beds and bathroom! BEST thing about this place is the Beach down the street! Wow - what a treat to sip my last Italian spritz on the beach watching a stunning sunset! With wonderful dinner across the street after. So worth it!

The first room we were given had small ants all over the floor. We asked for another room, instead of a double bed we were given two twin beds put together. The mattresses were hard as sheets of plywood.
The listing says airport shuttle available, but it has limited hours and is at a cost to the guest.
After taking a taxi from Fiumicino to a hotel that I thought was close I ended up paying a ridiculous taxi fare and a room with ants after a full day of travel, unimpressed does not begin to describe this property.

Especially, the receptionist Mr. Massimo was very courteous, friendly and helpful to our family. when we need to extend our stay (because our children loved the hotel a lot) at the hotel he did immediately. The cleanliness of the hotel it is at highest standards for the 3 start hotel. Breakfast is very satisfactory with abundant of Italian \"dolci.\" and endless choices of drinks (coffees). If anyone visiting Fiumicino, this the place to stay. it only 200 meters from the beach and all the restaurants.

Stayed here at the end of our trip just before catching our plane back to Canada. We had a very large room that could accommodate up to 5 people. It allowed us to open all our suitcases simultaneously so we could adjust all our belongings. We also had a large balcony which unfortunately we could not access because the door was off its hinges and opening it would have caused it to fall back and possibly cause injury. I feel this should have been noticed and addressed prior to us checking in. We mentioned it to the front desk but they were not able to find a repair person prior to our check out to address the issue. On the positive side, location is excellent, 100 metres from the beach and a 15 minute drive to T3 Fiumicino. The hotel offers an excellent shuttle service to the airport which runs every 45 minutes at a cost of 7 euro per person which I feel is very competitive compared to taxi or Uber. Overall, staff was very courteous and attentive and were able to provide my wife and daughter with a phone charger and a luggage scale.

Wanted to stay longer

We only stayed for one night since we were due to leave Rome from FCO so we chose a place nearby for our last night in Italy. We really enjoyed the hotel, the beach, proximity to the beach, restaurants, and amenities nearby, it already was a shame that we didn’t spend another day at least. Very clean, modern, polite, and friendly staff, and what sounded like a great breakfast that we didn’t get to try since we left so early. Hopefully we will be back sooner than later.

Only one block away from a soft sandy beach for a swim or to relax on a nice summers day. Service was outstanding and all hotel concierge spoke very good English.
