Quite comfortable but when chwcking out next morning there were no staff around and the office was locked. So I left the room key at the restaurant next door.

We did not stay at this hotel. When we got there, there was no one at reception, we had to go to cafe next door to get key and when they opened the door to one of the rooms, the knob fell out of the door. And where it was located we did not feel safe. We did not feel anyone would be capable of helping us get a ride to the airport, so we stayed at a hotel connected to airport, we had a very early flight and did not want to miss it. This place ahould not be on hotels.com

Mistake booking on price !
I booked for the price .a mistake ! It is not near anything except a gas station ! We did get a sandwich for dinner !There is not a chair in the room ! the shuttle is a joke ! If we could have got out of there we would have ! There was no way to call a cab !

NO SHUTTLE BUS FOUND AT HOTEL
We couldn't find the shuttle bus from the airport. None of the service counters had heard of this hotel and no one knew where the shuttle bus was located. A customer service phoned the hotel 3 times; we phoned 3 times and there was no answer. No taxis would take us there because there was a marathon going on in the town.
We ended up at another hotel with a shuttle bus very visible. Since we had bought it through hotels.com at the no-refundable rate, we lost our money and had to pay for the other hotel.

From the airport I could not get any shuttle service. What’s worse, the manager simply refuse to apologize for that. Besides it was noisy the whole night because of the gas station which is run with the hotel.

The main problem with this hotel (more like a motel, really) is the location — it's not close to anything but a bar, so getting to the sea or to a cafe/restaurant is difficult if you don't have a car. The facility is fairly rudimentary and my room was small, although each room does have a patio. I'm thinking that this place may be meant for truckers, as it's located just behind a truckstop. It's just across the road from the end of the runway, and I saw planes taking off one after the other, but fortunately I wasn't bothered by the noise, even at night. I was delighted to find that the air conditioning worked.

If you're just looking for a bed and shower for the night, then this hotel will satisfy that.

We did not have a car, and could not get to the airport by foot, and there was a bar next door with only stale sandwiches. You misled me by the description of the hotel. It did not in any way have what you claimed it did. There was nowhere to get food. We were out of euros and no one took credit cards. We had to walk 4 blocks in the pouring rain to a supermarket to get some food.

Seems near the airport, but is very difficult to find by GPS, is badly signposted, and is difficult to get back to from the airport if you've dropped off a rental (E30 for a taxi to go 4km!). Ridiculous office hours and check in (after 5pm only). Better to spend the money and stay at Great Western.

- Hotel is a 30 minute drive from the airport (despite being next to it on a map)
- There is no free shuttle - you pay 20-30 euros EACH WAY to the airport. Find a hotel with a free shuttle, it's worth the extra cost.
- There is nothing to walk to in the area, but there is a gas station in the front of the hotel with cars coming all night long.
- There were rowdy teenagers staying up all night next door to us, and we could hear them like they were in the room, laughing and yelling from 11pm to 4am.

When we arrived at the airport, he told us the charge was 22 euros. I only had a 50 on me, and he didn't have enough change, so he started walking up to random people asking if they had change. He was only able to give me 15 back, so I paid 35 euros for a ride to the airport in the morning. Highway robbery.
Also there was a spot of what may have been blood on the wall behind the bed, it was hard to say.

Easy access from the airport to this small and easy to use hotel. Airport transfer times 24 hrs a day was important and useful, as I had a 5:00 am arrival needed for the airport. The hotel is right under the landing zone for many flights, so noisy until late evening, but completely quiet overnight.

We were looking for a cheap hotel near the airport to crash at between our overnight layover. We were told we could get a shuttle organized by the hotel, but when we arrived they were non responsive and the shuttle was not there. Very disappointed as we needed to pay an additional $30+ to get a taxi down the street to the hotel. If I would have known that this hotel was so far from the airport and there wasn't a shuttle available - I would not have booked this hotel.

You can hear the airplanes but luckily they stop at late night. You can walk to the beach but there aren't any places to eat at night in the area. Even though the hotel is across the street from the airport it still takes 20 minutes or so to get to the terminals. The cool feature about the hotel is that each room has a semi-private balcony. The wifi is pretty much non-existent.

Right in the Flight Path of Jumbo Jets
This is a horrible little hotel not far from Fiumicino Airport. It might be cheap, but it is awful. I feel sorry for anyone who stays here or works here. The sheets were clean, but completely uncomfortable. The mattress was squishy. The bathrooms were clean, but tiny. Stay somewhere in Fiumicino proper and it will be worth it.

The staff is very nice. The afternoon staff can speak English while the morning staff struggles, but tries (They were comfortable reading Italian translations from Google translate). Staff was also very helpful, they had my internet box ready (it had been previously mailed to them before my arrival and spoke to the airport for me).

This is a basic room if you need a pit stop. It was difficult to find so it needs more signage. The staff were very friendly and helpful .

We had a very difficult time finding the place. We drove up and down the road for an hour. Finally we stopped at another hotel and asked them to call the place for directions. Once we found out it was next to the WG gas station, we were able to find it. We stayed the night before our flight back to the US. It had everything we needed for a simple stopover. A Hotel almost in the Middle of Nowhere
The location was a disappointment. I had expected it to be near the airport. It was, in a way. But getting to the hotel was not easy. I had to walk on a road without a pavement. Furthermore there are no restaurants or any other facilities near the hotel. It is almost literally in the middle of nowhere. The hotel had no lobby and breakfast was not included. Although I could hear every time an aircraft took off this was not inconvenient as they stop during the night. I did not notice the highway noise either.

The reception does open until 5 PM and closes at midnight. Nothing here except the room. Staff tried to help but didn't have much to work with. Room was spartan. Driver had a hard time finding the hotel. Had to go to a grocery store for a lunch at 4 PM.

Stay here if you want to be close to the airport. It is very close (planes land across the road and take off over your head) and taxi / shuttle cost is €12-€16 each way.

There were ants in the bathroom. Airplanes fly directly over this hotel for takeoff & landing so you will hear this sound way into the night. It's also not very visible & very hard to find. Not many people speak English in the area and we couldn't communicate with our shuttle drive at 5:30 in the morning. It was actually scary when he pulled into this secluded area & picked up 4 other guys. It did work out as they must have been some type of travel guides.

Convenient location for our last night before flying out of Rome. About a 10-15 min walk to a decent little pizzeria. There’s a shuttle to/from the airport for 6 Euros per person that’s available. Nothing fancy, you get what you pay for!

We used this hotel because we had an early morning flight and did not want to drive overnight. It served its purpose. Shuttle is available, affordable and reliable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is cheap and certainly not four star but I would not pay 200 Euros for 12 hour stay (this was the next option available on Expedia).

We stayed overnight to catch our flight in the morning. It was not a pleasant stay.. the walls are thin, the noise from the planes flying overhead was obnoxiously loud. The kettle in the room had a coat of mold in it. The airport shuttle service we (and another customer) asked for at 6am, arrived at 6:30-6:40am instead.
Definitely not a place to stay unless you have an early flight and just need a bed for a few hours overnight.

Scary to arrive here at night
After a late flight, the taxi dropped me off at this scary looking hotel behind a gas station/cafe. The neon sign was half broken and didn't spell out the name of the hotel as written on my CheapTickets receipt. So the taxi driver and I were not sure if it was the correct hotel. The reception was empty but there was a note with my name on it taped to the front door telling me which room to go to. The room seemed OK (bare bones basic), so I spent the night. Had to leave early the next morning and still no one at reception. Confusing instructions on how to get back to the airport. Next time I will choose a hotel with better service.

ALMOST MISSED MY FLIGHT.
Ok hotel for a night to wait for your flight. The area is nice and close to a nice beach with some places to order some food and have a beer or some wine. The taxi we reserved the night before our flight was supposed to pick us up at 4.30 a.m. but did not show up at all. There are no other type of transportation in that area at that time. So I almost miss my flight. Horrible experience. If you hvae a late night or early flight DO NOT STAY HERE.

I booked Airport One because it was close to the airport and we were just there for the evening and were flying out early the next morning. I was disappointed that cab far was what I would consider ridiculous ... a 9 minute ride was 20 euros ... and there was no other cheaper option that I could discover. The hotel is in a very lonely location ... we ended up walking a few blocks an ate in the garage of a house where the grandma of the house was serving food. She was a doll and the food was ok ... but it was a pretty weird experience. We walked to the beach and saw sunset, which was pretty, (the beach ... was, well ... we think people were living on the beach in that area. Anyway, the guys at the front desk were very helpful ... the shuttle back to the airport was 15 euros ... I would try for something more convenient.

No guarantees in shuttles. Prices vary. Not much in food availability once in-premesis gas:restaurant bar closes. This \"bar\" is best bet for good food. Do not tip- little known fact that they do not expect it, and it is not necessary. Inconsistent with paying city tax /pp. seemed like they used travelers that didn't speak Italian. But beware of shuttle. They don't give shuttle runs in the afternoon or evening. Clean but hard bed, no Coffee in room- only tea! Good for one night stay.

Convenient & simple for a short stay
We stayed just one night on a layover. Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the bathroom facilities worked. The room was very tiny, but again it is food for a short stay. The bed was quite firm, but it served it's purpose. I stayed because of an overnight layover on a trip. It is a small hotel (8 rooms). It was clean and the staff was friend!y and helpful. My only complaint is that the office didn't open until 5 PM and I arrived at 3:30 and had to wait at cafe next door unti!l it opened. Also being just outside of the airport flight noise was loud.enjoy

This is a \"airport\" hotel in the middle of nowhere. Luckily they have a shuttle service you can call so they pick you up and can take you to Fiumicino airport otherwise the only option is a taxi for no less than 30/euros.

Bad Hotel ... avoid this place
This hotel is a joke. it advertises a 5PM check-in ... no problem, but we arrived at 2PM and there is no staff, no office other than a small cubicle. This hotel shouldn't be listed on Expedia. it is located in the middle of nowhere! Nothing is close you are isolated. There are NO FACILITIES at all. It is actually in a seedy commercial location which is quite a frightening place to land. Yes the rooms are there. Yes they are acceptable. The 'included breakfast' was a croissant and coffee standing up at the bar of a gas station quick stop. No restaurant, no seats no nothing. Overpriced for what you get in these old rooms. Scary place to end up. We did find a helpful employee who was very nice and got a rode for us to a restaurant 5 km away.

It was a motel, not a hotel. There were paper thin walls, bare bones accommodations, planes flying overhead and limited to no assistance in securing a shuttlebus from the airport. Really, the marketing on this place is overrated and misleading. Do not book this place!

Although this hotel is right around the corner from the airport, it is not convenient to get to at all! You can take the city bus to get to it, but we didn't know this until afterwards as this information wasn't available. After asking several people at the airport for help to get there, none of them knew how to get to the hotel and finally we just decided to hop in a taxi which has a fixed rate of 25 euros to get anywhere near fiumicino city. To get back to the airport the next day for our 6 am flight we booked the hotels shuttle which happens to be 7 euros per person. After doing the math based on how much we spent just in transport to and from this hotel, we might as well have stayed at the Hilton in the airport or in actual Rome city.

5 miles from terminal, but no taxi would take us. Walked around for an hour trying to find bus or shuttle with no luck. Finally spent 25 euros for gypsy cab. Original price 35. Only reason he would take us was another person needed to be taken in general direction, next time we will stay at the Hilton.

Comfortable hotel, handy to airport.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to restaurant which was excellent at a moderate price. Wifi works well and they let us use the phone in the office for long distance calls at no cost. The breakfast was an apple strudel with a cappuccino. Only 7 euros to the airport, when the taxi was 25 euros to get there. Will stay there next week before we return home as it is close to the airport.

Worst hotel experience of my life
This hotel was absolutely atrocious. I hope that I never experience anything this horrible again in my life. No one spoke any English, the airport shuttle didn't exist, the rooms were filthy and they were crawling with bedbugs. I spent the night sleeping on the bathroom floor as the best options possible because the bed bugs were covering everything except the tile floor.

We flew out early and needed to stay close to the airport. The owner/consierge he was very helpful and hospitable. Plans are landing and takin off every few minutes and it is behind a gas station but it was clean, quaint and met our needs.

I'm an Australian and had a long transit between flights, the staff were cool and it was easy to get a transfer from the airport that the hotel organised for me at a cost of 14 euro return. The staff were cool and both surfed, very nice dudes. The planes were a bit noisy but I had earplugs so I couldn't really hear anything. I would stay there if I happened to be in Rome again.

If I could have cancelled, I would have. This hotel is right next to the runway of FCO, so don't expect any peace and quiet. Also, there is not a real shuttle. Taxis from FCO are a huge rip off. This adds to the cost, and you'd be much better off staying elsewhere. Finally, this is not a hotel. It is a motel at a truck stop. Look elsewhere. The only redeeming quality is the night manager, Marco. He provided good service to try to make the stay as bearable as possible.

We stayed at the hotel for one night prior to catching a plane. It is very conveniently located to the long term economy car parks. The room was small but clean and the staff were extremely helpful and arranged for a meal to be brought to the hotel. The hotel has motel-style rooms and is located at the end of the runway, but the planes stopped flying from 11:00pm to 6:00am so we got a good nights sleep. Breakfast - coffee and a pastry - is served at the adjoining snack bar fro 6:00am. Will stay again on my next trip, but remember this hotel is best for transit passengers only, not for a long-term stay.

When I arrived, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. However, after turning on the air conditioner, the room smelled of mildew. The coffeemaker had no supplies to make coffee. Noises from the other rooms were loud during the night. And the worst problem was that the shuttle showed up 15 minutes late to take me to the airport the next morning. After waiting a few minutes, I called a taxi. My flight was at 6:15 a.m. and I was afraid I was going to miss the flight. I was getting in the taxi when the shuttle pulled up. I stayed in the taxi.

My only complaint was that I couldn't check in until 5. Before 5 they didn't have anyone that spoke English, but it was fine just sitting outside waiting. The room was clean. TV and air conditioning were great. It is close to the airport so you do have the noise of airplanes taking off. I thought it was great.

It was a nightmare. It was at the end of the airport runway where the taking off planes were gunning their engines to gain altitude. It was very loud until 11:00 pm and again at 5:30 am. Were just looking for a cheap clean close to airport hotel for early AM departure. It served out needs, little desolate tho. BUT we happened upon a spectacular restaurant in the marina, that had the best seafood we had in our whole stay(one month) in Italy!! This hotel served our needs, but little scary if you happened to be staying alone. The first room they offered us was definitely used, you can see that the top bedspread was used and so was the bathroom and towels, but he quickly put us in another larger room. This area around the Rome airport seemed a little sketchy.
