I went for tourism, and this hotel is way too far. Not recommended for tourism in Roma. I moved to another hotel in Rome.The breakfast was basic.

Walls were paper thin. Rooms were old and worn. Neighborhood was questionable. I am 5’2” and weigh 98lb, the way the shower was setup made me even feel cramped. My son and husband were miserable.

In the middle of nowhere (actually a working class neighborhood), there is nothing near the apartment , no restaurant, no grocery store, no bus stop, no attraction. If you have a car, this maybe be a good place for you,. The room is spacious. Although not far from the airport by distance, it is 1.5 to 2 hrs away by public transportation (if you can figure out where and how to to use it.). By taxi, 35 euro or more. The hotel has shuttle to the airport, at 25 euro pp. This is by far the most expensive 10 min ride I have ever taken. It is much much more convenient and a lot cheaper to stay near Roma Termini where you have more choices of everything and take an easy 30 min train ride to the airport. Also, the place is behind the street address building, when you get there, there is NO sign of it. In the communication from the apartment, this important information is conveniently omitted. Will not recommend or return.

While this hotel says airport it is INCREDIBLY inconvenient to get to. A one hour train or an expensive taxi ride. Airport shuttle was $30 which is very high for a 7 minute drive. Arrived to several people in the lobby argueing with the check in desk. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes we checked in. Staff was very friendly. Mini fridge did not work, shower had ZERO hot water no matter how long we waited or how we adjusted the knob, and even if we had hot water the water pressure was completely unusable.

We were told that they would cook the breakfast. But that was just turned out to be a continental breakfast. Nothing special, mostly sugary foods. Very little protein. Also, it says that the hotel was close to the airport and that was not true. It's quite a bit of waiting since a good 15-minute drive. And the taxis are very expensive

First, floors in hallway and in your room was so slippery, I even had hiking shoes on. You could slide everywhere.
Second, both rooms, we had a very difficult time getting the door unlocked.
3rd, the heating towel rack had grease or something all over it. In both rooms.
Rooms were spacious enough but very sterile looking. T.v did not work. We had to leave at 6:30 am, didn't know what to do with room key. No one there.

Conveniently located in an area not far from the airport and close to many restaurants, Isa Residence was the perfect stay for my family (2 adults + 2 kids) on our trip back from Sardinia to Singapore.
The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Check-in and check-out were easy and staff friendly.
We booked the return shuttle which was on time and well priced, considering the amount of luggage we were carrying! Highly recommended if you're travelling with a family.

It's fine for a night before a flight but it's very basic. There was a kitchenette without any plates, cups, cutlery and there is no fridge. We wouldn't need it but there was a microwave unplugged on the counter, but with no sockets in the kitchenette to plug it into. There were only thin sheets on the bed, which was fine as it was very hot but the kids needed to use their towels as extra covers as the air con had to be on through the night. I had some rough sand-like stuff in my bed that I had to sweep off when I got in. The sofa bed the kids were in had 3 dangerous metal spikes broken away from the frame and we're sticking up. This could cause a bad injury is someone hopped off the end of the bed.

The room was small but clean. There was a soap dispenser in the shower but that was the only amenity. Parking is first-come, first serve so we had to park on the street after we went to dinner. The breakfast offered for 5 euro per person is an italian breakfast. The elevator did not work when we left so we took our suitcases down the stairs...luckily we were on the first floor! We went to a great pizza place 2km away Palato Pizzeria e Bistroit. Highly recommend - mostly locals.

My family and I were very pleased with Isa Fiumicino. The location is conveniently located within 10 minutes of the airport. Our quad room was very spacious and exceptionally clean! Francesca from reception was amazing! She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed when we arrived. She provided restaurant suggestions, an umbrella to borrow during a storm, and everything we needed to enjoy our carry-out dinner in the hotel lobby. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are flying out of Rome-Fiumicino.

It was supposed to be an overnight stay in a hotel that is close to Rome airport. Unfortunately, the facility was very old with noisy environment around our room/suite which disturbed our sleep, the check-in staff could not communicate in English, the transportation to the airport was not easy to confirm, and lastly when we were ready to leave to the airport we had to carry our luggage down the stairs because the only elevator for that building was out of order !

It's a hotel that feels as if it used to be an apartment building. No nearby amenities. Although our room was better than expected, because we had expected 2 beds in one room, we actually go a one-bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room. The pull-out wasn't very comfy however, and my roommate ended up just putting the couch cushions on the floor and sleeping like that. The place had a full kitchen but absolutely no cooking devices like pots, pans, coffee maker. Although there was a wonderfully helpful young man who spoke perfect English who made us coffee, no charge, in the lounge area. So a bit of a mixed bag here.
