The hotel is not located in a beautiful-looking neighborhood and, at first impression, the area did not feel very safe. However, we were told that the area is safe.

Inside, the room had everything we needed and was very clean. It also seemed renovated and well equipped. The only downside inside the room was that the shower was very small and not very well distributed.

The outside of the building and surroundings could definitely use improvement to make the property look more welcoming. The breakfast was okay — nothing amazing, but decent. The staff was kind, polite, and helpful.

The room was big but the shower room is so small and dated. There's only 1 outlet for microwave & small ref that you have to unplug one or the other before using it..
We came 2 hours early for check in so we have to pay when we left our baggage/ pc to eat out ( Have not experienced such thing in my many travels abroad). Staffs are non English speaking and we were stuck in the hotels small elevator for 15 mins. This place doesn't look like hotel but more of ABNB. This place is not accessible for public transport so you have to call a taxi yourself.. More expenses since a taxi costs 60 euro each way.

Dont book there if you are going to rome. Very limited transportation and monopolized basically by the hotel and they charge alot. Don't be fooled by the airport shuttle, yes they have one and it cost ALOT. It is not free 45.00 RT same with the shuttle to Rome.

Staff, terrible assistance, challenging deminer and combative if you raised concerns. No water, no hot water and toilet barely flushed.
Terrible hospitality, minimal if any effort on staff part, they all came across just miserable and \"can't be bothered\" attitude.

We had a fantastic stay here. We arrived early off of a cruise ship and they allowed us to check in early. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The employee arranged an airport shuttle for us for the next morning as well as giving us dinner recommendations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place near the airport without the noise from the airport.

Staff was somewhat helpful. The hotel is run down a lot more than pictures show. Things look dirty and not well maintained. Bed was comfy but furniture is old and worn out. Very few plug ins in the room which is hard when you have 4 people in one room. The bathroom sink and shower did not drain well probably because they haven’t been cleaned out in years. Shower is super small and there are no shelves to put your shampoo and shower items so we had to put them on the shower floor. The lights in the stairway didn’t work so the stairway was dark. The complimentary breakfast was toast and boiled eggs, and there was only 5 boiled eggs. Other than that it was some sweet cake stuff. My sisters families room was even worse. We both booked quadruple rooms with a double bed and 2 twin beds as we wanted comfortable beds and specifically didn’t want sofa beds but they got a double bed and a nasty looking sofa bed. I would not book here again and if I could f gotten another hotel room somewhere else law I would have left there.

Good staff willing to help. Great terrasses on upper floor rooms. A bit basic in the rooms. In a quiet residential area so not a lotto do but decent pizzeria restaurant across the road, and another broader menu place a short walk down. Convenience store nearby make great sandwiches. Getting around if you don’t have a car will require cab or hotel shuttle (on request). Typically €25 euros to the airport. Bus service is available but no direct routes either to the airport or the beach. Breakfast is basic continental.

The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and located in a great neighborhood. We had a double suite with two rooms and a kitchen, which made the stay very comfortable. Unfortunately, the poor sound insulation ruined the experience. We could hear every noise from the neighboring rooms, including people using the bathroom, as if they were inside our room. It was impossible to sleep, and I stayed awake most of the night because of the constant noise. Such a lovely property, but the lack of soundproofing seriously affected our stay. Thankfully, we only stayed one night.”

We had a very disappointing experience at this property. The heating in our room was not working, and despite waiting approximately 1.5 hours while staff attempted to fix it, the issue was not resolved. We requested a room change, but this was not accommodated.

Given the late hour and our early flight the next morning, we had no reasonable option but to leave and book another hotel.

Overall, the hotel was unable to provide a basic and essential service, and the lack of a solution or alternative made the situation very frustrating.

It's very beautiful. The only thing is that the people who work in this hotel do not know how to guide the customer. The rooms don't have a microwave, the balconies are very nice but they don't even have a chair outside to enjoy the rest of the day.

Hotel shuttle from airport essential as private taxi very expensive & difficult to find at airport. Hotel initially tried to push shuttle from central Rome to hotel - far (30km) away & pricey. I was advised late of the airport shuttle to the hotel and it was too late to organize. Uber and private taxi both very expensive and difficult to find at airport.

The room and service were as expected. The American style sushi and poke cafe directly adjacent was convenient. Private taxi is $35 to the airport and the shuttle offered is same but an upgrade in quality I would say. The hotel is NOT near the airport and you will need shuttle or taxi. The bus is a somewhat complex route. In retrospect, I would have just stayed in Rome and taken the Leonardo express in the morning as it drops you right off at the airport but that is not a negative reflection on the hotel. It was clean and the 1 bedroom setup and balcony were nice.

In the middle of nowhere (actually a working class neighborhood), there is nothing near the apartment , no restaurant, no grocery store, no bus stop, no attraction. If you have a car, this maybe be a good place for you,. The room is spacious. Although not far from the airport by distance, it is 1.5 to 2 hrs away by public transportation (if you can figure out where and how to to use it.). By taxi, 35 euro or more. The hotel has shuttle to the airport, at 25 euro pp. This is by far the most expensive 10 min ride I have ever taken. It is much much more convenient and a lot cheaper to stay near Roma Termini where you have more choices of everything and take an easy 30 min train ride to the airport. Also, the place is behind the street address building, when you get there, there is NO sign of it. In the communication from the apartment, this important information is conveniently omitted. Will not recommend or return.

While this hotel says airport it is INCREDIBLY inconvenient to get to. A one hour train or an expensive taxi ride. Airport shuttle was $30 which is very high for a 7 minute drive. Arrived to several people in the lobby argueing with the check in desk. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes we checked in. Staff was very friendly. Mini fridge did not work, shower had ZERO hot water no matter how long we waited or how we adjusted the knob, and even if we had hot water the water pressure was completely unusable.

The staff, the one gentleman was very nice, and helpful.
First, floors in hallway and in your room was so slippery, I even had hiking shoes on. You could slide everywhere.
Second, both rooms, we had a very difficult time getting the door unlocked.
3rd, the heating towel rack had grease or something all over it. In both rooms.
Rooms were spacious enough but very sterile looking. T.v did not work. We had to leave at 6:30 am, didn't know what to do with room key. No one there.
Just not impressed.

Read this before buying!!! This is a tourist trap!
While the hotel itself is absolutely adequate and the staff were good and the breakfast not terrible, we absolutely do not recommend staying here.
So bad we checked out after one of two nights booked.
1.looked like a good location online, only a ten minute drive from the airport so I thought it would be fine. It is a 35$ flat fee for taxis from the airport and the shuttle option from the hotel isn’t great either 25$ but they ask for like 2 days notice. Leaving you no option but to pay for the taxi their and back- if you want to bus it is still 7/person on the bus and it takes about 50minutes to one hour to bus- as you have to transfer.

2. Hotel was clean but the shower had flashes of very cold water not pleasing

3. Area was sketchy to enter when we check in at dark. Very loud area at night time

4. We decided to bite the bullet and just pay for another hotel in Rome as the location was so inconvenient and pricey. Would have cost the same as staying there for two nights anyways.

As a tourist or even in need of just a one night stay from the airport do not do it. So inconvenient.

Nice and convenient one-night stay in Fiumicino

Conveniently located in an area not far from the airport and close to many restaurants, Isa Residence was the perfect stay for my family (2 adults + 2 kids) on our trip back from Sardinia to Singapore.
The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Check-in and check-out were easy and staff friendly.
We booked the return shuttle which was on time and well priced, considering the amount of luggage we were carrying! Highly recommended if you're travelling with a family.
Will definitely go back on our next trip.

Receptionist was nice we arrived late night around 10:30 pm went to the room find the line of ants and a bug on the wall room was pretty big but no comfortor on the bed found one in the closet very dirty and without cover worst part was the washroom toilet seat was not the right size at all it was pretty hard to sit,and the shower (cubical)was so small that me and my husband couldn't go inside the shower area we have traveled around the world but never seen that small shower even the door to enter that framed area was so small no idea how ppl can take shower in that little thing front desk close at 11 pm so no help after that

Very comfortable, private, large clean rooms with plenty of storage. Only a 30 minute walk from the beach with a huge deck area. A bit far from the airport though.

The elevator was a bit small and scary, but stairs were fine. We dont recommend the breakfast, but coffee was good.

A little too basic

It's fine for a night before a flight but it's very basic. There was a kitchenette without any plates, cups, cutlery and there is no fridge. We wouldn't need it but there was a microwave unplugged on the counter, but with no sockets in the kitchenette to plug it into. There were only thin sheets on the bed, which was fine as it was very hot but the kids needed to use their towels as extra covers as the air con had to be on through the night. I had some rough sand-like stuff in my bed that I had to sweep off when I got in. The sofa bed the kids were in had 3 dangerous metal spikes broken away from the frame and we're sticking up. This could cause a bad injury is someone hopped off the end of the bed.
