Das Hotel an sich hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen - tolles Ambiente, stilvoll eingerichtet, saubere Zimmer, super freundliches Personal und eine tolle Lage!
Auch das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Was uns persönlich gestört hat, war, dass wir an beiden Morgen keinen freien Tisch gefunden haben um zu frühstücken. Wir sind zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten hin, aber es war einfach nur überfüllt und das ist schade wenn man nach langer Zeit einfach mal rauskommt und entspannen will.
Der Schwimmbadbereich ist toll und großzügig- im Familienbereich. Da wir aber unter dem Motto Wellness da waren, hat uns der Erwachsenenbereich enttäuscht. Die Saunen waren top, aber auch hier hatten wir keine Möglichkeit zu liegen. Es gab nicht viele Liegen in diesem Bereich und diese waren alle belegt. Außerdem waren die Liegen überwiegend im „Gang“.
Fazit: für Familien ein mega Hotel - als Erholung für Erwachsene würde ich beim nächsten Mal etwas anderes wählen.

Das Hotel besticht durch die gute Lage in Travemünde. Der Wellnessbereich ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es werden in den Saunen Aufgüsse angeboten, sowie Aquagymnastik und Schwimmkurse in einem der Pools. Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet, allerdings ohne Klimaanlage, was einen guten Schlaf selbst bei 22 Grad Außentemperatur aufgrund der Ausrichtung herausfordern bis unmöglich macht. Es gibt keinen Safe und keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Letzteres wohl aus Brandschutzgründen. Die Rezeption verweist auf das Restaurant, sollte man heißes Wasser benötigen. Möchte man es dort abfüllen, muss man sich leider einer langen Diskussion stellen mit dem Verweis auf Schilder, dass das mitnehmen von Getränken und Essen aus dem Restaurantbereich nicht gestattet ist. In meinen Augen gerade bei Kaffee & Tee etwas kleinlich, im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dieser Liga. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und lecker. Der Frühstücksslot ist besonders lange, was wir sehr genossen haben.
Die Zimmerreinigung findet alle zwei Tage statt, wir wurden leider vergessen, sodass wir aktiv um neue Saunatücher etc. bitten mussten. Die Reinigung wurde dann zwar am
späten Nachmittag noch durchgeführt, aber ein klebriger Fleck, der bereits bei unserer Ankunft auf dem Boden prange, war noch immer da.

Wir waren 6 Tage dort und unser Zimmer wurde nur 1 mal gereinigt und dieses nur provisorisch. Ich stelle mir für den Preis da leider etwas anderes vor.
Buffet hat auch nachgelassen, früher war mehr Auswahl und abends hat man das Buffet von heute auf morgen um 10 Euro erhöht ohne Vorankündigung. Leider sind die Getränke (Wasser und Hauswein) abends auch nicht mehr im Preis inbegriffen und auch sehr überteuert.
Ich denke wir werden in Zukunft in eine Ferienwohnung gehen.

Einchecken und Auschecken war alles in Ordnung. Frühstücksbüfett war gut.Besonders angenehm haben wir es empfunden, daß es ab 14.00 bis 15.OO Uhr Kaffee und Kuchen gab, und zum Frühstück konnte man den Tag mit Sekt begrüßen,alles inklusive. Der Urlaub hat und gut gefallen, im Aja Hotel.

Sehr nah an der Trave gelegenes Hotel, mit umfangreichem Frühstücksbuffet. Den Hotelparkplatz haben wir nicht genutzt, sondern den nahegelegen öffentlichen Parkplatz (sehr viel günstiger). Was unschön war: am Tag 1 hatten wir keine Duschhandtücher auf dem Zimmer und man sagte uns beim Checkin auch nicht, dass die Zimmer nur jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt werden.

Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Zimmer haben keinen Balkon, das ist ein wenig schade. Dusche und Toilette teilen sich eine satinierte Glastür, das ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sieht aber schick aus!

Leider wurden wir nicht über den Umbau des Restaurant informiert. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen wurden in der Bar eingenommen. Die Auswahl an Speisen waren nicht wie im Vorjahr. Wir haben extra dieses Hotel wegen des guten Essen ausgewählt. Auch die Sitzmöbel waren für eine Bar geeignet aber nicht zum gemütlichen Esse.

Angenehme Unterkunft, die direkt am Wasser liegt. Optimum hierbei, wenn man ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Trave bucht und dann die großen Fährschiffe vorbeifahren sieht, einfach Klasse! Das Frühstücksbuffet war Klasse; reichhaltiges Buffet mit großer Auswahl, egal ob was warmes (Rührei, Speck), Brot / Brötchen und vielen Variationen, Käase, Wurst, diverse Joghurts / Quarks und Obst. Gut auch der Indoor-Swimmingpool mit Zugang zum Aussenpool (auch im Winter), ist ein Erlebnis wert!

Dejligt hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed.
Fine værelser men badeværelset er meget pudsigt indrettet med kun en glasdør, der skal skubbes frem og tilbage til henholdsvis wc og bad. Ikke videre smart og hygiejnisk.
Men hotellets veliggenhed og dejlig spa område gør forskellen for os.
Dejlig morgenmad med en kok som laver røræg mm lige efter dit ønske.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage des Hotels ist einfach super. Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Kinder ist der breite Sandstrand zum spielen ein Erlebnis. Ringsum das Hotel...alles sauber. Von den Hinterlassenschaften unserer vierbeinigen Freunde ist selten etwas zu sehen. Gute Voraussetzungen für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Da zu dieser Zeit die Travemünder Woche stattfand war es natürlich teilweise sehr laut auch nach 24:00 Uhr sodass wir die Fenster schließen mussten. Leider haben die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage weshalb es ziemlich warm wurde. Des Weiteren mussten wir das Parkhaus bezahlen, unsere Freundschaft zum selben Zeitraum gebucht brauchten das Parkhaus nicht bezahlen.

Wir haben zwei Nächte im aja Travemünde verbracht. Hierbei hat das sehr freundliche Servicepersonal, von der Rezeption über das Restaurant- und Barpersonal bis hin zu den Saunameister*innen hervorgestochen.
Der Ausblick vom Hotelzimmer, dem Wellnessbereich und der Gastronomie ist jeweils sehr einladend!
