The hotel was nice. Right on the promenade. It rained while we were there but there was a sun room for breakfast which was lovely. The breakfast was good. Rooms very clean and spacious. Parking was definitely an issue. I chatted online about driving in when I first booked. Then called to have a conversation about the stay and again mentioned parking and we had a rental. When we came to check in there was no record of parking. We were lucky the hotel next door was able to offer a spot.

Turning the clock back in time.

Traumhafte Lage, super freundlich. Charmantes, historisches Gebäude.
Dass es etwas hellhöriger ist lässt sich in einem solch historischen Gemäuer eben nicht vermeiden.
Es war aber generell sehr früh ruhig und man konnte wunderbar schlafen mit dem Meer als Hintergrundgeräusch.

Insgesamt gefiel uns das Strandschlösschen, das wir anlässlich des Geburtstages meines Ehemannes gebucht hatten, wieder recht gut, insbesondere der Meerblick und der freundliche Empfang. Abstriche: der Geschmack des Kaffees und die Unterbringung trotz unseres Alters in der 3. Etage (ohne Fahrstuhl , Alter 75/ 76 Jahre alt), was nicht nur mit dem Gepäck mühsam war. In früheren Zeiten gab es zum Geburtstag außerdem eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit, was sehr freundlich war. Dafür gibt es aber nun für alle Gäste einen persönlichen Empfangsgruß.

Kleine Minuspunkte: Wir haben keinen Parkplatz direkt am Hotel bekommen (Parkmöglichkeiten für 8 bzw. 12€ je Tag in ca. 600 - 700m Entfernung). Kein Aufzug.

Arrival late needed some call to helpline but beautiful old hotel kept in great shape!
Excellent breakfast despite being bit slim in options.
Beds bit too soft but no probs though.
Unfortunately no aircon, so room was very warm. Bathroom is cramped but everything is renovated in the room. Bad smell in the bathroom on arrival went away with a flush, luckily.
Parking onky at the municipal areas that are some hundres of meters away but very cheap.

Koselig, personlig og intimt hotell. Anbefales. Mulig å betale for parkering ved hotellet, trangt men anbefales. Vi ankom på en solskinnsdag som førte til utfart til stranden og gatene var fulle av biler, var da heldig som fikk kjøpe en ledig plass av hotellet.

Nice hotel, perfect location and the breakfast was really good.
It was not possible to pay the hotel with my Eurocard which works everywhere, luckily I could pay with cash.
They started to clean our room before we had checked out and removed our luggage, which I had not experianced at any other hotel
The cleaners just waited for me to be finished with brushing my teeth so they could finished the cleaning, very strange

Es war ein herzliches Willkommen, an der Zimmertür hing schon mein Name. Die defekte Regendusche wurde sofort repariert nachdem ich es gemeldet hatte. Die Lage direkt an der Promenade und der direkte Zugang zum Strand sind hervorragend. Am Abend konnte ich mir noch zwei frische Bier zapfen und das Frühstück liess für mich keine Wünsche offen.
Eine Unterkunft, die ich sehr gerne weiter empfehlen möchte.

Schönes kleines Hotel am Strand. Liebevoll gestaltete alte Villa mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitendem. Tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wintergarten und auf der Terrasse im Strandkorb mit Meerblick, direkt an der Strandpromenade.
Gute Frühstücksauswahl und toller Self-Service bei den Getränken… auswählen, notieren, mitnehmen und bei der Abreise zahlen. Herrlich unkompliziert!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit überaus freundlichen Mitarbeitern und toller Aussicht. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war liebevoll gestaltet und sauber. Nur das Bad war etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Da das Haus von 1904 ist, war es etwas Hellhörig, hielt sich aber im Rahmen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet für 15€ lohnt sich definitiv, die Auswahl ist groß und alles ist frisch und lecker. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön gestaltet und man kann den Blick auf das Meer genießen. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Trust-Bar an der man sich Getränke und Süßigkeiten holen kann, die Preise dafür waren ebenfalls sehr fair.

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal. Leider war bei uns die Schiebetür der Dusche Defekt, diese wurde auch nicht nach Erwähnung repariert, aber halb so wild.

Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut, könnte aber etwas diversifizierter sein. Wir haben die Zeit in Travemünde sehr genossen.

Mycket trevligt hotell som ligger på strandpromenaden. Huset är fint renoverat, ursprungligen byggt 1904. Bra frukost. Dock ingen hiss, har man svårt att gå i trappor säg till vid bokningen

Tolle Lage, Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Waschbecken im Einzelzimmer so montiert, dass man sich nicht die Zähne putzen kann, ohne das Bad unter Wasser zusetzen.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Service ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns auf anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir werden wieder kommen.

Charmantes, herziges Hotel an toller Lage, direkt an der Meerpromenade. Das Hotel verfügt über keinen Lift, was uns bereits bei der Buchung bewusst war. Für das herzig Zimmer im 3. Stock, mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Ostsee, hat sich das Treppensteigen mit Gepäck durchaus gelohnt. Wir würden genau so wieder buchen.
