This hotel has fantastic location. O was staying in the 4th floor, so I have enjoyed fantastic from the windows.
But the biggest advantage of the staff. All of them were superfrinendly and helpful. It is very nice to spend time in such places

Cheating customers through hotels.com

When I arrived to the hotel, I showed the receptionist my reservation confirmation, but he told me that my booking is cancelled because there was an error on the Internet and the price is wrong.
I had no option but to make a new booking at the hotel and I paid 10 times the rate I found and paid when I booked online, and the room wasn’t worth what I paid by any means. I requested a refund from the receptionist for what I have paid online, but he refused to refund me and told me you should contact hotels.com.
I think it’s a game, they put very low prices on hotels.com to attract customers, then they till them to as wrong price so they don’t have options but to pay what they ask for. Really very very bad.
I believe bottle.com should take an action, refund me and compensate me for the loose I had because of this.

Hotel was good but price I was paid once I booked room from my visa changed after I arrived hotel and receptionist told me our price at hotel.com was wrong and must pay the difference.

I couldn't communicate with hotel.com to know where the problem.

You get what you pay

My review is based on that I'm solo backpacker who wants to sleep on clean bed, have clean bathroom, wifi acsess and have peace at night. I got that for very good price.
+ receptionist speaks some English
+ everything is near
I wouldn't take a girlfriend or hook up there (you can thank me later)

The position of the hotel is very close to sights to see. No sign or address to tell us we had found the right place, had to go in to reception to check. Very noisy at night as this is on a main road. Easy to get to from the main bus terminal. Bus no 38

Hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü konaklama yeri. Otel diyemeyeceğim çünkü otel değil. Pansiyon bile olamaz bu haliyle. Odalarda tuvalet banyo yok. Odalarda sigara içilmiş berbat kokuyor. Hijyen yok. Tek kullanımlık terlik filan da yok, ortak kullanım plastik terlikler var. Ortak alanda 1 tuvalet var aynı zamanda içinde klozetin üstünde bir duş başlığı var sadece. Kağıt havlu,şampuan vs yok. Duş kabini yok. Odalar güvenli değil. Burası olsa olsa kimsenin uğramadığı bir köy çadırı olabilir.

İnternet üzerinden görüp rezervasyon yaptırdım ancak bu kadar kötü bir şey beklemezdim, arkadaşlar temizlik takıntınız varsa size göre hiç değil arabamla gelmiştim, keşke arabada uyusaydım diyecek duruma geldim. Kılıflar çok kötü banyo çok kötü kokuyordu havalandırma sistemi yetersizdi, ayrıca ilgilenen resepsiyonlar aşırı ilgisizdi rezevervasyonum oldugu halde kapının basında 15 dk kapının açıkmasını beklemişimdir. Çok çok zorda kalmadıgınız sürece tavsiye etmem.

Şehir merkezindeki konumu ve fiyatı en büyük artıları. Heykel ve Ulu Cami gibi yerler yürüme mesafesi. Minibarın olmaması ve klimanın çalışmaması ise kötü yanları. Çift kişilik odaların kendi banyosu bulunmakta. Otelde fazla kalmayacak, genelde dışarıda olacaksanız tercih edilebilir.

This is the most TERRIBLE hotel!

Это худший отель во всем Мире.

Номера прокуренные, грязные. Персонал - хамит и грубит. Мало того, что отель просто ужасный, так еще и требовали дополнительно оплатить постельное белье, воду, и дополнительного человека. Я заплатил за размещение в 4-х местном номере, нас было двое, а решепшн просил еще и за второго человека доплатить, причем сумма была совершенно некорректная, просто КОШМАР, а не отель!

Никому не рекомендую!

Çalışanların üslubu, ücreti online ödenmesine rağmen bizde öyle bir şey gözükmüyor diye beni zor duruma düşürmeleri, müşteri olduğumu unutup gayet ters ve kaba konuşmaları, en sonunda bir oda vermeleri odanında vasat bir yer çıkması. Hijyen sıfır tek iyi yani klimanın çalışması oldu sadece uyumak için kullandım başka bir faydası olmadı.

Çok kötü bir deneyimdi. Benden daha önce kalan müşterinin sigara izmaritinden ve yerde bulunan halılarından yatakta ve yastıkta başkalarına ait saç kıllarından rahatsız olduğumu hotels ekibine yazılı olarak ilettim. Sonrasında otel sahibi bana mail yolu ile ulaşıp paranı isteyip kalmasaydın şeklinde mesajlar attı bize dönüş yapın dedi, fakat gecenin bir vakti giriş yaptığım otelden ayrılalı üç saat olmuştu. Kendilerini aradığımda durumu ve kötü koşullarını iletmeye çalışsamda iletişime kapalı olan ve kendisini Karslı olarak nitelendiren zat ağza alınmayacak küfürler ederek telefonu kapattı. Sonrasında yapılacak çok şey vardı tarafımdan zîrâ Orada çalışan ekmek parası kazanan insanların zarar görmesini istemediğimden oteli tekrar aradım ve benimle konuşan patronlarının özür dilemesi gerektiğini ve eleştiriyi mantık çerçevesinde kabul edip turizm merkezi olan ve Bursa’nın merkezinde bulunan bu otelin daha düzgün koşullarda olması gerektiği ve merdiven altı otel İşletme mantığından uzak düşünce ve yönetici kafası ile düşünerek bana düzgün dönüş yapmasını bekledim. Sonrasına otel bana mail attı ve beni patronlarının arayacağını söyledi. Şu ana kadar arayıp özür dileyen olmadı. Uzun uzaya anlatmamın nedeni bu türde işletmeleri olduğu şekli ile bizlere sunmayan ve komisyon alma pahasına bizlere bu sorunları yaşatan hotels.com ekibine üzüntülerimi iletmek isterim.

Yetersiz ve kötü

Şikayetimiz üzerine, 1 gecelik konaklama için sıcak suyun bile olmadığı başka bir otelden hızlıca toplanarak bu otele yönlendirildik, haliyle gitmeden pek bir araştırma fırsatımız olmadı. Genel değerlendirme olarak, otelin birçok odası pansiyon tipinde olduğu için hem küçük ve yetersiz hem de lavabo/banyo her katta ortak kullanım alanında bulunuyordu. 4 kişi olduğumuz için üç kişilik (banyo oda içerisindeydi) ve tek kişilik iki oda verildi fakat iki odada da temizlikten eser yoktu. Hepimiz için kötü bir tecrübeydi, tek gecelik de olsa biraz daha para vererek çok daha iyisi bulunabilir. Gerçekten zorda kalmadıkça kimsenin tercih etmesini tavsiye etmiyorum.

Otelin konumu çok merkezi. Her yere ulaşım kolay. Ayrıca taksi dolmuşların sıklığı ve hareket noktasına yakınlığı taksiye binmenizi bile gerektirmiyor. Çalışanlar ilgili. Otelin konforsuzluğundan şikayet edenler ise Roma'daki aynı koşullardaki otellere hemde bu kadar merkezi olmadığı halde kaç katı ücret ödendiğini bilmiyorlar.

Konumu iyi

Bileti hotels.com üzerinden almamıza rağmen başta fiyat ile ilgili ufak bir sorun yaşadık. Siteden aldığımız 4 kişilik otel odası fiyatının 2 kişilik fiyat olduğu söylendi. Ancak sonrasında ekstra ücret ödemeden odamıza yerleştik. Otelin konumu metro ve meydana çok yakında. Fiyatlarda uygun görünüyor. Kaldığımız oda da temizdi. Bursa’ya gelip bir iki gün kalacağım derseniz uygun görünüyor.

交通方便，就在公交车站的对面。旁边就是布尔萨的大把扎和食街，出行、饮食和购物都很方便。老板和员工很热情，有免费的红茶供应。WIFI不给力，只能大堂用。

Ayrica belirtmek isterim ki odaya girdikten sonra sirt cantaniz var ise, sirt cantanizi yatagin uzerine birakmadan kapiyi kapatamiyorsunuz, o kadar bir alan mevcut degil.
Fiyat 62 TL ama zorda kalmadikca kalinmamasini tavsiye ederiz.

Super slechte hotel! Niet aan te raden!

De foto's die op expedia te zien waren van het hotel kloppen niet. De kamers zien er anders uit. Dat is niet eens het ergste! Er was lekage in de badkamer en er was geen eens warm water!!! Persoon van hotel heeft ons verteld dat er pas in de avond warme water komt. Onder de bedden waren er bier flessen. Verwarming lukt niet. TOTAAL NIET AAN TE RADEN SUPER SLECHT!

Tavsiye Etmiyorum.

Öncelikle odaların fotoğraflarla alakası bile yok. Odalar ve koridorlar sigara kokuyor. Banyoda duş kabini bile yok. Havlular ve çarşaflar yıkanmış ancak kullanılmaktan sararmış. Odada saç kurutma makinesi, su, temiz terlik, duş malzemeleri vs çoğu şey yok. Geç saatte ve yorgun geldiğimiz için kalmaktan başka şansımız yoktu. Tavsiye etmiyorum.
