I selected the hotel, because of 1. Location, 2. Breakfast with a view, 3. Valet parking (we paid extra) and 4. Spa and pool.

Valet parking we paid extra didn’t happen (it was provided without problem from the other hotel before we stayed in the similar area)
Spa and pool were closed (it was not for the maintenance. It would’ve been closed for a while)
On the top of those, when I was having shower around 10 pm, a strong sewage smell started coming from the drainage. As it was late and we were tired, we didn’t ask to change the room. We kept the fan on and the bathroom door shut to hope at least the odour wouldn’t come to the bed area. Unfortunately, I got a stomach bug and had to go to bathroom, which was filled almost unbearable smell, many times during the night.
We reported that odour when we checked out next morning. The receptionist said sorry and would report to the manager. Then she just said good-bye, not offering anything for our discomfort at the stay.
In general, we were easy-to-please with most of accommodations. However, it was really bad experience and this hotel have wrong information on the listing and the staff behaviour was not as good as other similar hotels.

Located in the middle of the Grand Bazar, we had convenient access to all the sites. Hotel staff were friendly. Tuncer even helped me book ferry tickets since I was having issues. Rooms were clean and breakfast was tasty.

Amazing view. Polite staff. Terrific breakfast. We were in too late to evaluate much else, but the room was way too hot and the AC unit turned itself off and couldn’t be persuaded to even blow the fan. Also, the shower hand-held part was missing, and water gushed to the floor if the nozzle was turned on.

What an absolute gem we found right in the heart of Bursa and also providing free parking for guests. Room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was really good and the view over the rooftops from the restaurant was amazing. As you come out from the hotel you are in the Baazar already and all amenities and restaurants are very close by. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Only comment would be that our non-smoking room still had some smell of smoke coming in from under the door at times - I guess the neighboring rooms were smoking rooms. It would be good if they could have a dedicated non-smoking floor to further separate the smoking rooms from the non-smoking rooms. Would otherwise stay again.

The hotel has excellent location, close to all the old Nazar’s. The room was newly refurbished and with very nice new furniture. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had upgrade to include breakfast which was not part of our booking. One thing they need to improve is the internet service and add more Tv channels. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man konnte uns sogar einen Freund des Hauses vermitteln, der eine unvergessliche Citytour mit uns gemacht hat. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist super bei herrlicher Aussicht im 5. Stock. Sehr nettes Personal auch dort.

Insgesamt gut - sehr zentrale Lage
Das Hotel liegt extrem zentral. Bazar und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten können in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreicht werden. Sehr freundliches Personal, das Frühstück ist klasse. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Leider wurde die laufende Wasserspühlung der Toilette während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert. Deshalb kann man es nicht mit exzellent bewerten. Wer lärmempfindlich ist sollte die vierte Etage meiden. Über dieser befindet sich der Raum für das Frühstücksbuffet und Veranstaltungen. Der Raum ist gefliest, man hört jeden Stuhl der bewegt wird. Ebenso sollte man kein Zimmer in der Nähe des Fahrstuhls wählen, weil das Gebäude insgesamt sehr hellhörig ist.

ファミリースイートに二泊しました。２ベッドルーム(ダブルベッド＋シングルベッド）でとても快適でした。静かで景色もよかったです。有名なイスケンデル・ケバブ屋さんまで徒歩1分、コザ・ハンまで徒歩3～4分、他いろいろなバザールも徒歩圏内ですごく便利です。スタッフの方もとても感じがよかったです。SPAがクローズだったのが残念ですがまたぜひ利用したいホテルです。
