It was very close to the mall and resturaunt and public transportation. Very walkable distance for most necessary things. Easy for us to get vale parking which was convenient for us. Free room service as well. Only complaint is a lack of a microwave in the room. Overall, very good service and experience, thank you

When we arrived they someone had messed up and dropped our reservation from the system, they put us in another hotel for the same group 3 km away! in two separate rooms me and kids!! Breakfast is the most basic i have ever seen, almost nothing to eat..Overall poor experience.

The location of hotel is, won't afraid of saying this, ideal - it is close to several bus stops allowing smooth arrival from the intercity bus stations, reaching the city center, sightseeing places, and Uludag's (mountain resort) Teleferik. The room was nice and clean, although lightening was not bright. The service and breakfasts were all ok as well.

We stayed in Burcman hotel for three days. We booked a family room, it was very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

It was my worst stay during my whole travel history.
I booked for a non smoking family room that has 2 single beds and 1 queen bed and the size of the room was 45m2. when i got there, I found out my room was given to somebody else (not sure how) with the price for the small one (25m2) and I was charged the higher money for the small size. plus the room was smelly of smoke. after 1:30 hrs of discussion and calling everybody in the hotel they said they cancel my booking and return the money.when i accepted the cancellation they changed their mind and said you can cancel but with no refund. then they felt sorry to some extent and offered me a room with extra bed free of charge but the room was smoking one, I rejected. called their boss and said this is only one room, use spry to cover the smoke from it and do not give bed for free. I must be charged for that. so all this happened after 2 hrs of discussion and my kids were sleeping in the car after a long day out. So, I accepted the room in order to talk to the manger the following morning. The next morning, i met the manager and honestly he was negative and helpless and speak poor English. what he said \"you slept here yesterday in a room, today check out, take your family and luggage out and talk to your travel agent with your problem\" i was shocked and decided not to burn my day and get stressed talking to such mentality. i left talked to hotel.com, talked to them, they admitted but did not compensate the different at all.

* The bad thing was at the end of my visit when the reception want me to pay for chocolates and drinks I did not use them during my stay although the cleaning maid admit that my kids took it out of fridge but they backed it again in less than 1 min. in front of her , but they backed off when I insist to pay for only what my kids taking

Not a bad stay overall. The location was close to the city center. The hotel condition was good. The WiFi worked well. The breakfast was not so great though as the selection and quality are not as good as most other places we have stayed at.

Nice hotel in a small town.
We stayed there for one night, nice and clean hotel. ok sized room. Staff were well behaved, and nice breakfast. The only problem being that the parking is not right by the hotel so you have to wait a five minute for your car to be brought to you. Overall happy stay.

Das Hotel an sich ist eigentlich seh gut, Zimmer sind sauber und groß genug, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel vor der Tür vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr schlecht, die Mitarbeiter sind nicht nur schlecht qualifiziert sondern auch einfach unhöflich. Wer auf ein freundliches Gesicht und nette Worte erwartet sollte sich ein anderes Hotel aussuchen.

Otel hizmet, temizlik ve personel bakımından iyi bir deneyim sundu ancak bizim kaldığımız oda yola bakıyordu ve yol ana cadde olduğu için sabah araç seslerinden rahatsız olduk, ayrıca oda da hafif bir sigra kokusu vardı, biz sigara kullanmadığımız için belki se kokuyu daha net hissettik... Yine de tercih edilebilir..

Gitmeden önce Google yorumlarını okumuştum 3 kişilik odada 3. kişiye yorgan vermediler sigarasız oda sigara kokuyordu yazıyordu. Gerçekten doğru o zamandan bu zamana bir şey değişmemiş.Sigarasız odalar leş sigara kokusu içmeyene buyuk zulum.Bir de enteresan klimaların dereceleri resepsiyondan ayarlanıyor.Oda soğuktu klima ile ısıtıldı o yüzden havası boğucuydu. Kaloriferin yerini tutmaz.Oğluma yorgan vermediler karlı kış günü pike verdiler üzerine , o zamandan beri kuru temizlemeden gelememiş anlaşılan çünki aynı lafı söyledi resepsiyonist.Bir otelin kendi çamaşırhanesi olmaz mı acaba? Lokasyon merkezi ama iş için konaklamalara müsait ne diyeyim Sirkeci gibi bir bölge.Ama kahvaltısı beklediğimden iyiydi.İlgilenenlere duyurulur.Daha iyi bir işletme ile daha iyi olabilir.

Отель расположен в хорошем месте. Но Отель старый! Прокуренный очень! Завтраки каждый день одно и тоже и не очень качественные. В номере обнаружили тараканов сообщили и сразу пришли сделали дизенфекцию. Номер просторный. Ну ща 35$ с завтраком в принципе Отель не плохой но мог бы быть по лучше я думаю!! Ванные принадлежности не свежие и потрепанные немного.

الفندق حلو ونظيف والغرفة واسعة جداً جداً ( الغرفة العائلية ) وبها مطبخ صغير وثلاجتين ويومياً يتم تنظيف الغرفة. الفندق قريب من كل الخدمات. يبعد الفندق عن مجمع كينت ميداني حوالي ٨ دقائق مشياً على الاقدام.
