Location, just on the side of main walking street with no public traffic just a tram running. All local breakfast outlets and shops outside, many small local shops behind including 2 min access to Koza Han and grand bazaar. All local crowd. It a small hotel clean hotel mainly one person on reception but it makes up for being in great location and some rooms with balcony access. Although we faced broken lift on the first night abd the family rooms were not next to each other as requested.

Our stay was okay, but it could have been better.
The hotel is small but has the essentials. We were given a room with two single beds pushed together, even though we were a couple, which was a bit disappointing.
The location is convenient — close to the main mosques and surrounded by restaurants and shops. However, the constant pressure from vendors to buy things made the area a bit overwhelming and less enjoyable.

The hotel advertises rooms with a view of the Bosphorus, but from our room, the view was very limited — barely visible, to be honest, and not what we expected.

They also sold us a tour that honestly wasn’t worth the price. We weren’t informed about the dress code for the sites we were visiting until the tour had already started, which forced us to buy scarves to cover our knees and heads. A simple heads-up would have made a big difference.

Overall, the experience was just okay — not terrible, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Property is barebone. Staff is not very helpful or friendly. No 'hello' or 'hi' at the reception and mostly people at reception are either smoking outside or using their phone behind counter. It may be a suitable hotel if your main goal is shopping. It is noisy throughout the day time due to tram track and general foot traffic. Walls are not noise reducing either. Breakfast is okay. For the price you pay there are better options available.

I had a hotel staff member try getting in the room unannounced, while my wife and I were resting so we did not like that situation at all, we felt that getting access to our room was very easy as we didn’t have any means to lock it from the inside, and they didn’t offer a “don’t disturb “ sign.

Fabulous, large room with balcony. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were able to experience a Hamman arranged by reception staff andcthey also assisted by speaking with taxi drivers. Location is excelkent, right in the beart of town and close to everything. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in excellent location . It is within 5 minutes of the markets and the hustle and bustle of the city. It has main Metro and tram lines within 5 minutes of walk, linking to the main city bus station (Terminal).
The hotel rooms are air conditioned and well presented. The staff were okay but not very engaging / welcoming. The breakfast was good but could be better organised with the timings.
The bed is not made every day … I think you had to request this. Very Basic cleaning was done and the bath towels are well old!

B Loft Hotel is convenient for markets and some sites and 2 min away from public transport. The staff is amazingly helpful and will go out of their way to assist - one even lent me his Bursa Card for my bus ride. The bed linen is nice and crisp.
The bathroom has sufficient space to leave vanity bags and the shower is spacious. It does need some maintenance on the taps in basin and shower as they are loose. Towels are also old and need replacement.
Although the breakfast are great and have a spread …..it does get a bit boring after 3 days; same food every day.
I recommend this hotel; will stay there again if I ever go to Bursa again.

The hotel itself was great. Location was perfect, everything was walking distance with multiple shops and restaurants nearby, also the old bazaar. Taxi station and tram line was also nearby. We checked in early and thankfully they found us a room immediately. Everything was smooth. Their breakfast was traditional turkish breakfast with eggs, sucuk, different types of cheese and jams. All staff were very helpful and understanding, especially Salim. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay was great. The B Loft Hotel is newly renovated and has great modern decor. We got an economy ground floor room, but because of my Hotels.com Gold VIP status, we were upgraded to a twin room on the 4th floor. The decor is nice, the room spacious, and even has balcony. The bathroom was also well decored with basic amenities. Glass shower, basic toiletries, etc. There was a minibar and we enjoyed use of it with our 10 Euro included VIP member perk.

The only issue was that breakfast started at 8am. But we came on this trip for my daughter to take a college entrance exam which started at 8am. So she would not be able to get a decent breakfast before her test which she needed. However, the receptionist was very kind and he arranged a small pack breakfast for her so she can eat early before the breakfast buffet was open. So we thank him for that kindness. The actual breakfast buffet was great - hot foods, breads, james, butters, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, tea/coffee/water. Would definitely think about staying here again.

The location is great also, very close to main sites and eateries.

Our Family visited bursa for a 2 day stay but we ended up staying for 4 days.
The hotel is new, modern, clean and the location is great.
The best part is the excellent front desk staff. Salem is magnificent and supper polite and helpful. Always ready to give advise and directions.
Kadir quietly helps and does just about everything at the hotel. he even helped me find our daughters phone which was lost in the snow.
We will definitely stay at B Loft again in future.

Great location with reasonable price.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. It was very pleasant stay at that hotel.
The room was huge, modern furniture with TV, fridge, iron, hairdryer and a daily housekeeping.
Receptionist speak English fluently and they offer help with all aspects.

The breakfast was adequate and freshly made, but there was no cereal.

Additionally, the location of the hotel is great. It locates at the city centre with walking distance to many authentic restaurants, shopping centres, markets, Bursa museum and Osmangazi tomb.

Bursa cable car on Uludag mountain can be reached by taxi 20TL fee from the hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel.
