First positives: the staff is friendly and ready to help. View from 19th floor Caffè/Restaurant is great. MY room was on 17th floor, with a great view, and it was large. Now not so positives: the room carpet and the bathroom walls and floors had stains. Matress and pillows were very poor quality. The sink did not have hot water, i had to shave with cold water. The swimming pool is great, but other stuff like showers and WC needs maintanence. I can not recommend this hotel.

Wide selection of quality food provided in restaurant at very reasonable prices. Perfectly located to access Sahinbey Sports Hall & 57th European Karate Championships. The hotels is wonderful as a building but the rooms are not very clean and also the staff made us wait for 4 hours coz we arrived early and it's not like the hotel didn't have rooms they did have alot of empty rooms but for some reason we still waited , the laundry service is great and very reasonable prices the cafe has all kinda fresh juices and also fair prices in a nutshell the hotel is 5 stars but rooms are 3 stars , that location is good too you have some restaurants and a super market walking distance from the hotel I would use it again

The hotel is good in overall, wifi is very poor to non. The hotel permit smoking, if you're not a smoker and dont loke the smell of smoke, then this is not the right hotel for you, since somke smell gets to rooms through the heating system. The hotel breakfast is great, room service is excellent. Comcierge are without smile. Front desk personnel are good. One last point, if you have to buy anything and bill it to your romm, make sure to take photo shot of the bill you sign, employee at the swimming pool sold a 5 lira hat to my wife and reported the amount as 10 lira, the employee at the front desk was good, he told us that it shows in his system as 10 lira but he will take from us 5 lira, we paid him 10 lira and tipped him for his good manners.
