Great and friendly staff, food was great, especially the breakfast. Hotel itself is designed nice and very comfortable. I just didn't like how i could smell the cigarette smoke from the top floor. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The hotel is nice but the fact that they booked the outdoor pool to a group, and also had a reservation at the restaurant floor at the evening for five hours straight is disrespectful to hotel guests. We could use neither the outdoor pool nor the restaurant because of that. Add this to the indoor pool being closed due to an infant soiling the pool water (which should have been prevented in the first place), we could access less than what we were promised. Reserving an entire floor or pool for weddings and stuff is just plain disrespect to other guests and should have been relayed before making the reservation.

This was our second stay in this hotel and again eveything was good. They let us check in early and helped with everything about our room. Facilities and rooms were really clean and well kept. Our child enjoyed every minute of his stay. Spa and pools were great to relax. Hotel was at the center of Osmangazi next to metro and tramway. İt was easy to go everywhere we would like to. There is a really big park next to it.

Bathroom toiletries were poor, especially difficult to read in shower with no glasses.
No glasses for mouth wash or for drinking water were provided and were difficult to obtain.
No facial tissues provided by bed.
The small touches mean a lot.

This was our forth stay at Almira hotel. The reason why we love it so much because the rooms are a great big size, very comfortable beds, staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is very nice and thr ladies on spa facility is amazing. Its literally a high end spa. The only thing we didnt like about our visit this time was the change in spa rules: they wanted guest to come down in their bath robes and not use any of the lockers. We were in hijab and the reception area is mixed so we wouldn't come down in just our robes, we eventually got a locker but was told they were generally for the paid members and not hotel guest. This wasn't an issue last time and the price for our stay did include free spa access. The treatment prices have also dramatically increased within 6 months from £38 for a massage to around £70. I do recommend the hair dressers but not the hotel restaurant which was overpriced for very basic food.

Genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Sadece odadaki havlular çok temiz değildi. Odada şampuan duş jeli gibi şeyler sayıca çok azdı. Ve bir gece de kalsanız yeterli değil. İki kişi olduğumuz için bile daha fazla olmalıydı. Barda alkol ve içecek servisi çok erken bitiyordu. Bir şeyler içmek için yemekten sonra otelimize gidelim dedik ve bir şey içemedik. Keşke dışarıda kalsaymışız. Ama otelde vakit geçirmek istediğimiz bir dinlenme tatili olduğu için bu olsa konfor ve keyifimiz çok daha artardı. Oteli seçerken bar/ lobi kısmına özellikle dikkat etmiştim, cumartesi gecesi olmasına rağmen otelde kalmayı teşvik etmişti ama olmadı :(. Otel fotoğraflardaki gibi yeni ve eleganttı. Termal ve masaj servisinden çok memnun kaldık. Hamam kısmı biraz pisti. Her çalışan çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Valeden, respsiyona, oda servisinden, termal çalışanlarına kadar çok profesyonel ve bir o kadar da samimi çalışanlarla karşılaştık. Bunun için ekstra teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar kalmayı düşünüyoruz servis ve özellikle temizlik kısmı umarım hallolur.

Termal havuz küçüktü ve havuzu kullanan misafirler bone takmadan havuza giriyorlardı.Bir de havuzu kullanmadan önce bir görevlinin misafirleri duş almaya yönlendirmesi gerektiği düşünüyorum. Çünkü yoldan gelmiş birinin direk havuza inip kullanması mümkün. Bu konuda bir çalışma,bir önlem alınması gerekiyor.

The staff was perfect, they went beyond what is normally expected. Valet service is ultra fast, room service is available 24/7 and is also ultra fast. The roof top restaurant had plenty of choices. Plenty of amenities but we enjoyed the Turkish bath and spa only.

I stayed for 4-nights in the hotel with my family. The hotel was very good and staff were very friendly. I booked a Standard Family Room where I have 3 rooms (1 with kingsize bed and 2 with 2 twin beds) all connected.

This is the best 5 star hotel ive stayed in Turkey. Located 10min to shopping mall. Reception staff are extremely helpful, polite and professional. Rooms are a good big size with small double bed (we booked a twin room) and very nice, clean modern showrr facilities. The best part of the hotel is the ladies on spa (hijab friendly) which is full equipped with a sauna, steam room, thermsl pool and hammam. I like the added touch of the lockers that spa slippers and toiletries. They also have a hair saloon which i got a really lovely haircut by a lasy called Arzu. I would highly recommend a d come back again.

My stay at Almira Hotel was a nightmare. I arrived at 11:30pm for the check-in and the lady working in the front-desk checked me in a smoking floor without asking me if I smoke or not and knowing for a fact that I have an infant with me. Then they changed our room to a one that has no AC working and they couldn’t fix it so we had to move in to the 3rd room.

Very nice hotel. We were 4 and stayed in the Grand Superior Family suite. The room was nice and the separate roo. For my daughter's was perfect. Super clean and friendly. We only stayed one night. It was a short walk to a nice shopping mall with lots of food options and cafes. The breakfast buffet was one if the better ones i have seen in a long while. Honestly it was what we needed for our one night stop. Highly recommend

El aire acondicionado se descompuso a media noche... el trabajador del mostrador salió corriendo cuando me montaba en el carro para cobrarme un jugo que tomó mi hija (yo no lo sabía en el momento) y que vale 5 liras. Para un hotel de 250 dólares la noche muy mal... la verdad el hotel se viene a menos, eso está claro...

Excellent property, staff, service, location. Our room was beautiful, cleaned daily with complimentary bottles of water left in room. Breakfast buffet was spectacular. Near city center, restaurants, Mosques, Kent Medani Mall. Special thanks to Ms. Ackem (not sure of first name spelling) in Reception. She helped us get our COVID tests results before our flight. Only regret is we did not visit Spa facilities as some were closed due to COVID. I highly recommend. We were there 11 nights, loved it!

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. We enjoyed the spa and Hamam greatly. It was a great addition to our stay and after many hours of sight seeing. We ordered the Turkish breakfast to the room which was brought to us very quickly and had a variety of delicious dishes. I will definitely book at this hotel next time I am visiting beautiful Bursa.

Açıkçası otopark ve resepsiyondaki bayanın ilgili ve ücretsiz upgrade etmeleri Suit oda verilmesi, SPA daki alaka mükemmel ötesi idi. Yalnız 4-5 sorun yaşadım, bunları da resepsiyondaki Müdüre aktardığımda çok ilgili gösterdiği için memnunum, fakat üzücü oldu. Bir kere odada Suit oda olmasına rağmen hiçbir ikram yoktu, kahve makinası vardı ama yanı BOMBOŞTU, suları dolabın içine koymuşlar ertesi güne kadar fark edemedim. tuvalet yanındaki musluk dokunur dokunmaz yere düştü, odada jakuzi vardı ama boşaltma yeri çalışmıyordu su doldu ve taştığında gider yeri sıkıntılı olunca banyo su altında kaldı. misafirim geldiğinde 8. kattaki kafesinde toplantı yaaprken bir misafir kapalı alan üstelik pandemi olmasına rağmen sigara yaktı ve personel buna seyirci kalırken ben uyardığımda, nerdeyse müşteri hem suçlu olmasına rağmen üzerime saldırıyordu, personel araya bile girmedi sessiz kaldı. resepsiyondaki müdür beye durumu aktardığımda çok üzüldü ve onun duruma el atması biraz olsun içimi rahatlattı. üzünü olan bir konu daha, odayı girince anneme tüm fotoları attığımda ne kadar güzel diye söylediğimde, bomboş ikramlar ile çıkış yaptığımda (müdür bey 8. kattaki çay ve kahveyi ikramdan saydı yaşadığım talihsiz olaydan ötürü) tekrar arandım, çünkü kat görevlisinin yalan beyanı ile sorgulandım. Üstelik 100% doğruyu iletmeme ve bunu resmetmeme kat görevlilerinin suçu ve hatası olmasına rapmen tekrar sorgulandım. Bu da beni cidden rahatsız etti. keşke böyle olmasaydı. yine müdür beye teşekkür.

The spa was closed, there was sounds of construction for 1 hour and at 16:00 I left the room and asked them to clean it and by 21:00 when I was back it wasn’t cleaned. I went to the 8th floor to eat and drink they replied that there is a wedding and we’re closed (reserved for a wedding).
