We had a family trip!! The whole experience was terrible.. we booked 6 rooms.. and definitely we never will make the same mistake.. I rather to pay more and feel better… cockroaches in the rooms, the bathrooms were dirty… poor hygiene… two of the keys were broken and fixed with clear tape.. poor customer service and poor hospitality from the staff.. the only good thing they had it was the parking lot..

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I noticed that the common areas were dusty and poorly maintained. When I entered the room, there was a strong musty smell, mold on the walls, and even cobwebs in the corners. The worst part was the bathroom—it had leaks, and water was dripping from the ceiling, apparently from the bathroom in the room above.
Additionally, the pool was dirty and neglected, making it unusable. The kitchen was also very unhygienic, which made me question the safety of the food. Overall, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness made my stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel.

When I arrived at the front desk there were that gentleman from Venezuela, he said his name was Miguel, but another coworker said his name is bili. He was rude, disrespectful to me and some one who went there with me.

I booked a one-night stay at this hotel, but by midnight, there was a major electrical issue. The elevator filled the hallway with smoke and began operating erratically, opening and closing while the power flickered. I grabbed my belongings and left the fourth floor room I was in as quickly as possible. Eventually, the lights went out completely, and smoke filled all the floors. All of us guests requested a refund, but the manager refused, leading to a situation where some guests were ready to fight. The manager raised his voice and displayed a complete lack of professionalism towards the guests. He even told me at 3 a.m. that I had already enjoyed my stay. I had booked through Expedia, which tried to contact the hotel to approve the refund, but the hotel never responded. Now, Expedia says I won't get a refund. Even the firefighters had to come to assist a handicapped guest trapped in his room on the upper floors. I left the place around 4 a.m., never having slept because the situation was that dangerous.

IF YOU STAY HUNGRY YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A PLATE .

I have stayed in this property a few times since 2021. I stayed here a few days ago and i had a bad experience. I reserved a double room for 2 adults and was given a super tiny room with a tiny bathroom that I could barely fit in. It was literally a box. I had paid in advanced. I requested a room change. They said I had to wait until the next day at 12pm. It was dirty and the shower curtains were filthy. The pool had too much Clorox. Very unsanitary. I ordered same food I ordered the other times I stayed, and was given something else. I was very disappointed . The manager at this hotel has a nasty attitude. I will not come back ever again. There are better options out there!!

People are nice but the water sometimes slow and no hot water. a lot of roaches and mosquitoes in the room we had to spray them. Swimming pools water pump underneath doesnt work in order to make the pool clean. The only good thing is it is close to some places like the cathedral, the nacional palace of the president and some restaurants.

The manager is so nice but the rest on the employees are not, stayed there for 6 days and never change my bed sheet I did requested and they ignored me same with the towels I had to go and ask for them. Employees don’t even say Good Morning only the manager no vendor machine in case of any snack or water bottle emergency in the middle of the night. The bathroom was horrible water coming from the top I did explain that many times no one fix it it was water all over the bathroom I had to used a towel to dry the floor.

This property is DEFINITELY used as a shelter. It is full of Haitian families who LIVE there.
Parking on the weekends was soo full we had nowhere to put our car, you have to wait for them to open the gated parking lot (which can take time since they are ALWAYS socializing. There would be days that We came late and this man who was sleeping on the floor with a blanket and pillow would open for us.
Wifi SUCKS here, absolutely useless.

Parking on the weekends was soo full we had nowhere to put our car, you have to wait for them to open the gated parking lot (which can take time since they are ALWAYS socializing. There would be days that We came late and this man who was sleeping on the floor with a blanket and pillow would open for us.
Wifi SUCKS here, absolutely useless.
Pool area was where u can use the wifi bc it has 5g there, other then that NO.
Elevator is small it fit me and my husband with 2 carry ons and one large luggage only.

Their was a good air conditioner, but there was also sliding doors that were broken, so they don’t completely close therefore the room is cold, while the Heat seeps through the side causing evaporation on the floor & now the floor is completely wet & stays like that!
Shower-a dirty moldy shower curtain which was changed when requested. There was warm water at least.

I will never stay in this hotel again, first of all no hot water, rooms are very outdated first rooom had a ceiling leak in the bathroom, second room had a window view if air conditioner vents. There was a gathering at the pool so that was roudy enough, people speaking loudly outside our room late at might, when i addressed my issues with front reception and said we were leaving, all he had to say was * i can move you to lower floor, but i canned give refunds and as to people being loud i cannot control what they do* needless to say we left, i refused to stay another night. Do Not Recommend This Hotel

I have a Tv that did not work for a week. Everyday I will asked them to please fix the volume of the Tv. It was never done. I only used the hotel to sleep. I will leave around 9am and return at 8pm. There was not hot water to take a shower.
