Our stay was for six nights at the end of April-beginning of May. The hotel and restaurant staff were wonderful and saved our stay entirely. I can't stress enough how pleasant and welcoming everyone was. The room was clean but the maintenance lacked a little. The restroom exhaust fan did not work at all. The centralized HVAC was still primarily on HEAT rendering the \"cooler\" control settings ineffective. As such, our room was a sauna. This would have been entirely intolerable for our comfort level, even with our window open. Thankfully, we were provided an oscillating fan. The fan was the difference between otherwise seeking different accommodations after the first night.

I chose this hotel as I was going to be travelling in & out of the nearby Gare de Nord a number of times.
Friendly & fast check-in with staff apologetic about the very short notice of a Bucharest city tax.
Room was spacious, clean, quiet and all boxes where ticked.
Fresh, filling & healthy breakfast in the morning to get you set up for the day.
When I'm back in Bucharest I'll be booking here again.

We stayed here after our AirBnB was cancelled and every other hotel in area was booked. Overall the hotel offers the bare minimum for your stay. BIGGEST issue was the heat. They have central heating and it was HOT in our room (27 degrees). No way to cool off other than crack the window, front desk said their heating and cooling is seasonal, but if it’s 21 degrees outside...it gets very hot in the rooms. We finally got a fan, but holy moly this place is hot for no reason.

Good hotel close to Bucharest's main railway station. Access to subway. Walkable. Many taxis available nearby. Great and friendly staff. Clean. Nice room with safety box. Location offers numerous transportation options to almost every corner of the city, including the airport. Very good price but the staff is the cherry on the cake.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The vintage furniture throughout the property adds a charming, unique touch. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed. The location is ideal, being close to both the train station and bus stops, which made getting around easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing atmosphere. I also enjoyed the tasty food at the hotel. One unique feature was the lift, which can only be called with a key, ensuring extra security for guests. Plus, there’s a lovely coffee shop next door at Hello Hotel, which is part of the same company, perfect for a morning pick-me-up. It was perfect for my needs!

My stay at “My Continental” was very nice. I was planning on being there only one night , however I ended up staying longer. It’s in a central location for the transportation. The food in their restaurant was very appetizing and the service was well. My trip to the beach was cut short and I actually ended up booking more days there returning from the beach.

I recently booked a two-night stay at [Hotel Name] for myself and my elderly mother (92 years old) and, unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory.

Room Condition:
The room we were assigned was noticeably worn out, with the bathroom in particular being subpar in terms of cleanliness. It is evident that the interiors are in urgent need of a refresh, as the overall condition did not reflect the standards one would expect from a hotel of this reputation.

Noise and Disruptions:
To add to our discomfort, the room was located directly next to the lifts, which caused constant noise disturbances. Moreover, ongoing repairs within the hotel, starting early in the morning and continuing late into the evening, made it nearly impossible to rest or relax. Unfortunately, despite bringing this to the attention of staff, no alternative rooms were available.

Customer Service:
Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of our stay was the lack of communication and poor customer service. Staff were unresponsive and did little to accommodate or address our concerns. It was disheartening to feel that our comfort was not a priority during our stay.

Conclusion:
Given the combination of the worn-out room, continuous noise from repairs, and nonexistent customer service, I cannot recommend [Hotel Name]. The overall experience was frustrating and not worth the hassle, particularly for travelers seeking a comfortable and stress-free stay. Avoid this accommodation until improvements are made.

Great hotel near Gara de Nord in Bucharest. Modern, recently renovated, very clean and quiet, provides scrubbed bedding and excellent mattress for a good relaxing sleep. Some extra pair of pillows would be nice to have while laying in bed during the day, to read or just browse the TV in a comfy position. Breakfast is continental buffet with an array of choices. Excellent coffee. The juice station could use some better quality juice though. We asked some ice from the bar (complimentary) to dilute and refresh the juice *orange and grapefruit juices. We paid for the room via expedia and then for breakfast we paid at the hotel directly. it is 50 RON/ pers, about 10 euro The restaurant is open till 10pm, they have excellent dining options and we recommend the \"mici\" (littles) with fries and the Profiterol as a desert. Enjoy!

Excellent location - right next to the metro station and around the corner from the mainline train station (where the airport train goes from). The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was fairly standard. The overall price was good. The only downside was that that aircon unit in the room wasn't very effective and it was 27° on the days we stayed so it meant the room was a bit too warm for us.

The hotel needs refurbishment, we arrived there after midnight, the room was cold, the heater in the room didn't work. The girl at the front desk offered us a heater, which was broke too. She said she doesn't have any spare rooms to change it for us, but only has apartments. As a good customer service, she should have changed it even for an apartment to accomodate us, we only had to sleep for a few hours and check out. I would not return there.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. Everything was very good. I came to hotel after 23:00 and check-in was fast. The room was clean every day and they even changed towels every day even if it's written they will change it every second day.

Breakfast was so good they have so much food you can really choose among a different foods.

We booked into the property because the buses that go to Ukraine from Bucharest are 50 meters away from the hotel. It was a good stay and good price

I enjoyed my stay at MyContinental. The hotel is located within walking distance from the Northern Railway station and subway station. The room was spacious and bright. Breakfast was included in my stay and the hotel offered a wide variety of options. They also had soy milk for lactose intolerant customers. There is one thing I wish the hotel added to the room and that is a tea kettle. However, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Multumesc!

Good location near the metro.
The family suits are big, with 2 rooms. We had another reaervations , total of 4 rooms. We got the kids room far away at 7 th floor, and when we asked at the desk, they couldnt help us.
After 1 day, anothe desk manager help us with changing the room. He was very helpful.

The reason I chose it as I had an early plane to catch and wanted to take the train there. But since I didn't feel safe. I went by Bolt instead. But for the price the hotel it self was good.

The general experience is soso level.
The good point is the hotel location near to where i need to go in last period, and have option room.
some lady in reception is in good communication to do their job, thats good part. not like man with long face
The shortcoming is :
1. Not flexible for document invoice, other hotel can make one invoice during my stay, this hotel cannot. only care payment in advance, payment is not problem totally for me.
2. The breakfast is soso, didnt make my feel good in the morning.
the bacon, sausage after i taste, i never want to have it, even for free, i dont want to take 1 slice.
3. the service attitude of lady there is not good for meal, seemed i owe

During check in, they let someone cut in the queue (likely because they spoke Romanian). Very slow as well. There was no soap or shampoo in my room. Desk did not answer phone. Took multiple calls and waiting till desk picked up. Then they asked if I could pick them up at the desk. Only had shower gel available, no soap or shampoo.

Overall, this hotel is quite good. The room is spacious, and the breakfast is also nice.

We checked in late at night on March 20 due to a flight delay. The gentleman at the front desk that night was very kind and gave us Room 232. However, the room was extremely hot—32°C—and our child cried all night because of the heat.

The next morning, March 21, I adjusted the temperature to 24°C. But when we returned in the evening, the room was still 32°C and very uncomfortable. I called the front desk to ask if someone could check whether there was an issue with the air conditioning. The gentleman working that night was quite rude and said no one could help, and that the entire hotel was at the same temperature. We found this very hard to understand, so we requested a room change. Eventually, we were given Room 513, where the temperature was normal and we were finally able to sleep properly.

We hope the hotel can fix the air conditioning in Room 232.

Additionally, we found a mobile phone in the safe in Room 232, which was likely left behind by a previous guest. I handed it over to the front desk. If you see this message, you may want to contact the hotel.
