Everything was very good.

The food at the bar was excellent and so was the service Friday and saturday between 7 to 9 pm.

The breakfast was huge; there was a lot of choice.

The room was clean but very far from the elevator and noisy since it was on the 2nd floor directly on the street.

The Hotel looks good, staff are helpful and it's in a very good location. I stayed in an executive room with lounge access for a week. I was disappointed by the hotel not providing a free bottle of water each night, as all other hotels I've stayed at offer this, you'll get one bottle per stay. The only other complaint was that I got eaten by bed bugs. The Spa is run by another company, steam room was warm but no steam. To use the swimming pool you must bring a swimming cap or buy one of their very expensive caps. The most enjoyable part of our stay was the executive lounge, as the staff really try hard to make you feel at home. I would return just to use the lounge!

Amazing hotel. Great location. Staff is FANTASTIC. Stayed at a room with lounge access- what a treat! The lounge is lovely, free food and drinks! The spa- aah. Enjoyed the sauna many times as well as the outdoor jacuzzi. Special thanks to Alexandra who was beyond helpful and very kind! Will visit again very soon!

i didn't choose breakfast. Room was clean but not so modern needs a not of a revamp. staff were nice althoughh i had a bit of an issue with late check out that was approved by Hotels.com. eventually they agreed but couldn't confirm upon check in. mini bar complementary i found that very nice

The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to help us arrange excursions, even advising us on getting a local train up to the mountains. Breakfast was amazing, especially having a chef cooking eggs fresh in front of us — it was great knowing everything was freshly prepared.

There were initially some missing towels and dressing gowns, but once we mentioned it, they were provided straight away without hesitation. The only downside was that the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner seemed watered down or of lower quality.

Overall, everything else was amazing and we had a wonderful stay.

The overall impression of the hotel was great. The lobby in particular was wonderful. The breakfast was not particularly good, especially considering the price.

The only negative thing was: on the day of departure we asked the staff to order a taxi in advance. The answer was that it will be ordered when you check out. The staff did order a taxi but it never showed up. So we took an Uber because the taxi was already over 15 minutes late. This mess resulted in some additional costs.

Disappointing stay overall. For a high-star hotel (and at this price), I expected better service and upkeep. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned, used dishes were left overnight and fresh towels weren’t provided and things felt generally disorganised. Accessing the pool was an ordeal; you can’t enter without a swim cap, which wasn’t clearly communicated. Staff interactions were curt, and we often felt like an inconvenience when asking simple questions. There are plenty of similarly priced properties in the city that offer a smoother experience, based on this visit, I’d look elsewhere. For a Radisson Blu, I expected more.

I stayed in an Executive Room at Radisson Blu Bucharest. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Executive Lounge was perfect — a great place to relax with good service. Breakfast in the lounge is different from the usual buffet served in the restaurant — you have a private chef with a small but very well-chosen menu. The hotel has many dining options and is well located in downtown Bucharest, within walking distance to many places.

The hotel ruined our trip. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

n night 1 of our stay we were received by Ilinca at reception. She was the most unfriendly, unprofessional receptionist I have ever met. She didn't tell us anything about the amenities, the restaurants available, the room... She didn't know the procing structure for the outdoor pool and misquoted us a more expensive price for guests.
In that moment I put a complaint to Alex her supervisor. He explained the hotel beautifully.
I asked him to book us a table for next day at 20:30 at NOUA Bucătărie Românească. I showed him the place on my Google Maps to ensure he knew where I wanted to book. He asked me to look for their number and I did, however he said he had found it himself and didn't need my help anymore. I saw him call and he confirmed a reservation had been made. Reception claims they showed me the address so I could confim this. This is not true and it will be very easy to verify on CCTV.

On night 2 we showed up to NOUA in Str. Popa Nan 7 to find the restaurant closed. We confirmed that we were at the right place. We looked around for an alternative entrance and found nothing. We called the hotel 7 times before we managed to speak to anyone at reception. Reception confirmed that the address they had booked us in was different, and they had not booked NOUA.

The have repeatedly lied and blamed us for going \"to the wrong restaurant\", instead of taking responsibility for booking the wrong restaurant and completely ruining our night.

On night 3 we found a fruit fly infestat

Long time to check in. No help with luggage. We werent send to the right room / suite. We requested (and paid) for a 2 room suite and it was only one big room (not ok with kids that go early to bed). The room had a \"small gift\" ready (quarter bottle of prosseco with one glass) clearly not fir us as we were 3 and that the card was addressed to somebody else.
After complaining and 30 minutes wait we finally were moved to the proper room... but not ready for 3 people so we made due with only 2 towels and this time no \"gift\".
The rest was ok. Good amenities and the lounge is a plus. But the overall experience was far from the standard of a 5 star hotel...

Business lounge wes good when it wasn’t too crowded with families. A few days in a row, when we went up for breakfast to business lounge we were disappointed to see tables dirty, breakfast area being unkept. My view is this isn’t about the staff not doing their job but more about certain families/guests lacking proper etiquette and taking advantage / abusing of service provided.

I booked a room and paid for lounge access, and first day I checked in at midnigt first, so seen in this light I did not use the loungearea for the first day, at least they could allow me to stay in the lounge area just for 3 hours the day I checked out, as I like to work in peace, but I was not allowed, so that was very dissapointing for me.

You have to pay for the outdoor pool and facilities (30€) per day, which was not mentioned in booking. It took me 1 hour to get through to room service at 8pm (14 calls)
One of the days my room wasn’t cleaned even after 3 reminders. Not what you would expect from a 5* hotel at all. Stayed in many raddison all over the world and haven’t experienced a service like this before.

The staff were the main issue - reception was a disaster - it took 30 minutes to check in with 2 people ahead of us and no acknowledgement of people waiting. Upon checkout they initially refused to store my luggage for the day while i carried on working (we were also renting meeting rooms from them for the day). Badly designed hotel with doors facing the courtyard so meaning you could hear everything going on in the hotel (thang god i brought earplugs), Would not stay here again

We couldn’t choose a better stay venue for our 6 days stay. We walked to almost every attraction of the city from our hotel. The breakfast was just amazing and the bed super comfy. There is much to improve

There is a serious communication problem, the guy at the reception didn't understand what I wanted from him
At first they brought me a room on a low floor that was very old and had a musty smell
I could not stay a minute, and asked to change the room
They said there was a possibility but at a financial cost
Sometimes there are towels, sometimes there aren't
The feeling that the house is an industrial hotel

All of the staff are lovely but a special mention to Andrei that looks after the cars. He literally goes out of his way to help me in particular but I see everyone. I was a bit of a pain being forgetful with things buy he really went above and beyond in helping me. In my business if I had 10 Andrei's my life would be so much better.

The receptionist Alex was very welcoming!

Receptionists were very welcoming, smiley and informative. I forgot their names but they were two ladies just want to say thank you as you started the good vibes to our trip. My sister was celebrating her 25th and they gave her champagne, a cake (which was lovely) and a card! Thank you so much it’s really appreciated! The room was spacious, we booked the exec room so could have breakfast on the top floor. The receptionist Alex was also very accommodating during our stay and I just want to thank him and everyone else who made our stay enjoyable! 10/10 service and have recommended them to so many already!
