If you’re looking to be in the heart of El Tunco, this is the place to be. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great food. I came as a single traveller and never felt alone once. Staff were always there to help. I will definitely be back. Fun nightlife and safe to walk freely among the town in the evening.

The hotel very nice, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, front desk staff not helpful, didn't understand why can't use the towels on the beach I was told would be charged I said you are a hotel on a beach how is it not possible to use the towel in the beach also you only have 4 chairs in the pool for a hotel with about 40 rooms, I asked if they had beach chairs or towels for the beach available or for rent, she suggested to go to one of the stores and buy one, bad customer service. Also asked for u e because your rooms don't have fridges she said they don't give out ice that I could ask in the restaurant and see if they would give me some, when I asked at the rest (which by the way much more courteous and friendly then the front desk) they told.me.with pleasure would give me ice, he said they had these small cooler with that purpose confirming that the person I front was just not wanting to help me

The hotel is located right on the beach in the middle of all the fun of El Tunco. There is a security guard on the premises or extra piece of mind. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting El Tunco.

Check in was as spected and normal. The pool area is small came around checking for speakers on the pool and enforcing guidelines, I felt it was too restrictive at 4pm when i was alone at the pool. Kitchen is slow to serve. Staff is very respectful. Food was good, prices for anything a bit on the high $$. Probably will not come back from the overall experience and pricing

Tunco is a quaint beach town were surfing is the primary attraction. A walk along the streets, shops, and street vendors make for a colorful experience but be prepared to sweat as virtually nothing is air conditioned except our hotel room that was a great refuge from the heat. This hotel was the right place to stay and we will return. Wait staff in restaurant was only average, but rest of staff was great! Breakfast ok with no substitution made choice more complicated...

•The water pressure was extremely low, and at times the water would shut off completely. For 3-4 mins and shampoo in hair.
•There was no hot water throughout our stay.
•On several occasions, the water came out dark and tasted like salty beach water—definitely not filtered.
•Our bathroom had ants everywhere, which made it feel unsanitary.
•Although the staff called maintenance daily, the issues were never resolved.
•The hotel manager never followed up as promised; I had to reach out first.
•For the amount we paid, the experience felt more like a 1-star motel than a beachfront suite.
Pros:

The hotel breakfast is delicious (made to order/select from several options). The beach is alright. The sand is limited depending on the tide. But, with everything else (location, pools) the beach is still good. We are planning to return again!

The grounds are beautiful. Parking was provided. The restaurant food was good. We stayed in a room above the bar so on Friday-Sunday nights it was noisy, but quiet during the week. The view was spectacular. The shower hot water didn't work, but the cold water was manageable. The water pressure for the supplied filtered water was mostly low or didn't work most of the time, so we bought gallons of local filtered water. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and appointed well and the location was great.

I really loved this hotel due to it being convenient to restaurants and shops. walking distance to the beach and if you like the night life there are beach clubs that are walkable as well. its not \"quiet\" on the weekends but that didn't bother me. AC worked well. just one issue... the power shut off here and there however thats expected. other than that, I would visit again!
