Deberían de tener la llave de la habitación ya en la manija y no en una tarjeta.
Deberían priorizar más el aire acondicionado en los lugares donde están instalados, había calor en ellos .

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The rooms and balcony are huge and we received such a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival that we immediately felt at home. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access from Punta Cana Airport, making our trip stress-free from the moment we landed.

The amenities exceeded our expectations, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The pools, common areas, and overall atmosphere were exceptional. The food was truly spectacular, with a great variety of delicious options and outstanding service from the restaurant staff.

What made our experience even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the entire team. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. We felt valued as guests and appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property.

The staff at check-in and checkout were friendly. Some of the food service staff were friendly too, but most seemed to more annoyed by our presence. We opted to keep our do not disturb sign on our room door to avoid daily access to our belongings, but came home to find a credit card charge we did not make ourselves, to a credit card we left in the safe.

The hotel was pretty clean, few things that needed repairs typical the public bathrooms rarely had a stall that closed or locked properly. The rooms were cleaned daily so no complaints there. THE HOSPITALITY WAS NONE EXISTENT! Overall staff was rude from check in to check out. No one seemed to have manners or common courtesy. God forbid you had a question. Hotel is very small and doesn’t offer much activities. At all inclusive resorts I expect for the food to be hit or miss but this has been the WORST for me. The best food and only good food I had on the resort was the hibachi styled food.

I returned to this property because I had a great 1st time experience with my family and loved the pool access room, unfortuntely that wasn’t the case this time around.

We arrived before the 3:00 PM check-in time and were told the room was still being cleaned, which I completely understood. However, when we finally received the room, it was missing amenities such as robes, slippers, and extra bedding and the crib I had requested at the time of booking, I had also reminded the receptionist at the time of check in. I later found a slipper under the bed, which made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned and inspected and why we had to wait so long.

The room was also directly in front of a construction site, resulting in constant dust and noise throughout the day. We paid extra for a room with a private pool, but the construction made it difficult to enjoy. To make matters worse, guests in the neighboring room frequently held late-night gatherings in the private pool, creating excessive noise. Multiple complaints were made to security and the front desk by myself and other guests, but nothing was done.

That said, the food was great, the amenities were enjoyable, and most of the staff were friendly. Had it not been for the room assignment and lack of response to the noise complaints, our stay would have been much more enjoyable.

The rooms were 10 of 10. The beach was ok, no rocks, no shells, white sand, friendly fish but the water wasn't clear. The specialty restaurants all of them were without AC horrible the uncomfortable heat make your dinner a disaster. The services was 3 of 10. Only 1 guy a server from a beach bar was 100 of 10. This guy was amazing Juan Guerrero. The best.

My family enjoyed the water slides, the night shows, the coffee bar each morning as well as the entertainment staff. The servers at the bar and specialty restaurants were attentive most of the time. We did experience some issues with items not being given to us but gave them grace since we were 11 travelers together. I wasn’t a fan of not having the privacy while showering. My children would sneak a peak and would’ve liked for the window to be fully painted from the bedroom to the shower. There is plenty of closet space and the beds, pillows and towels are comfy. The beach was full of seaweed and was really dirty so we spent the entire time at the pool. Shows typically start at 9-930 so if you are booking a special restaurant make dinner reservations early. Give yourself more than 1 hour just in case kitchen is backed up. The breakfast buffet could have been a bit better in my opinion. The omelette line was very popular. I had issues with finding cups several times I wanted milk or juice. Food is cold or not cooked very well at buffet.

Overall a great vacation at the Serande Resort and Spa. Grounds were very well maintained, rooms were nice and spacious. We had the pool view which was nice sitting out in the morning to enjoy the start of the day. Food was good, definitely did not feel hungry after eating at the buffet. A la Cartes were nice. Only thing, wish there was more pop up food huts. Waited about 45mins for a burger at the food stand at the beach.

Very unhappy with the service received at this hotel. I booked a suite with Jacuzzi. We arrived there on a Sunday, found out the jacuzzi was defective and notified the front desk at around 6pm, told them we needed rest and that they could fix it in the morning. They forgot to send someone to take care of the matter, Tuesday morning i reminded them that this had not been taken care of, that if it was no possible to give me a new room. To which they said they were going to take care of on WEDNESDAY morning (already my third day at the place) we left the hotel for a tour and came back at around 7pm. I asked the front desk rep if the matter had been taken care of, to which she replied. “I wouldn’t know, go to your room and check if it has been repaired” what?

Overall great experience; lots of choice for food and bars, property is clean overall, good family ambiance.

Some pros:
- Kids place was enjoyable for my young kids
- pools are clean and large, never felt overly crowded
- bars and restaurants where plentiful and food tastes good overall with some dishes being lacking
- during our stay we did not notice a lot of bugs and no vermin (few lizards at night, if that counts)
-pool side events throughout the day and in the theater and lobby at night
- Staff is great and polite but not all are proficient in english so polish on your basic spanish

Some cons:
- beach has a food atmosphere but is ridden with sargossum (we went in May). They do have a nice area with raised sand where you can walk pretty far into the ocean but the shores are bad. No bad smell though they clean it throughout the day.
- the app used for reservations and events is pretty buggy. Some events were not on it and we had trouble with booking reservations
- Arcade is nice but way too expensive
- Spa is also pretty expensive, didnt use the service

Desde que llegas solo quieren venderte una miembresía a Xpand, que si no los detienes a tiempo no te dejan vacacionar en paz.
Muy pocos empleados amables, hasta los ví discutiendo entre ellos.
Todo lo de metal en los baños de la habitación estaba oxidado. Nunca vaciaron los zafacones de la habitación.
Lo promocionan como un hotel familiar, pero todos los baños tienen cristal en el area de la ducha que se ve quien esté bañandose desde las camas.
No vuelvo y en general no lo recomiendo.

À la Carte restaurants were amazing and staff were fantastic- as goes for the bars. Pools had very little seating- most of which is claimed by 10am. The buffet is hit or miss. The rooms were fair- worn down in some respects with not all amenities working however quickly resolved when staff made aware. Beach was well maintained despite sargassum being in peak season- still lots in water and on beach however staff did their best on cleanup. Be aware of Exapndo in the community areas- they are very sneaky at attempting to sell timeshares- avoid them and do not allow them to upsell.

First time here at this resort. I traveled alone just because I wanted to get time for some serene, peace and quiet. This trip did just that. My room was ok. There was no hand soap and only had one towel, no wash cloth. I didn’t mind though just asked for some more towels. Food was ok, nothing to do back flips over and just like any other all inclusive resort. Made reservations to the Cut steakhouse, food and experience was trash so I ended up leaving and going to the buffet. The hibachi restaurant was excellent. Dined there twice. I had a deep tissue massage and that, along with the whole spa experience was 10/10. The property is beautiful and well maintained, staff was for the most part a pleasure. All the other little things didn't warrant attention. Oh.. and it’s super close to the airport. I will be returning before the end of the summer for certain.

Check in 1:30pm, received room 4:30pm. Not acceptable. We have double room. After 3 nights in bedroom AC wasn't been working. One day they're fixing it, next day the same. Wi-Fi horrible. At the beach no wifi at all, in resort every 15-30min it disconnect. Have to reboot everything multiple times to make it work. At the pool not enough beach chairs. After 10am no chairs available. If you want to stay at the pool have to awake early around 7am to secure chairs with towels. Food in buffet and staff good.

At check in I was not given the room I reserved. When provided the room I reserved the system was down so they could not assign the electronic key. There was no sense of urgency trying to get me to the room so I could set up for my infant. It took me getting upset, so they could send someone with the master key to get us into the new room.
With that being said, I do appreciate the staff accommodating us into another room due to pool noise, which we usually do not mind (ear plugs di the job) but this time we were traveling with an infant.
The buffet food was nice, the staff was mostly friendly. The pools clean. Bring mosquito repellent. I like this is a smaller hotel, where you do not have to walk a mile to get from one point to another.
Please buy the buffet another blender, blending the soup to make it a puree for my infant was a challenge at times.
The seaweed continues to be a problem. The beach has a seaweed barrier, however, this one does not work well, which makes the beach not accessible, which we already knew from previous visits.
The burgers by the beach were fire !! Same with the sancocho, drinks were good, overall a good experience.

The room was very spacious, though there were signs of age. The shower faucet broke off. They replaced it within 30 minutes. We were locked out of our room three times. It took several tries with different key cards and two maintenance visits to remove the lock so we could get in our room.

The coffee shop was great! The drink service everywhere was good, though not much alcohol in drinks.

The Asian restaurant was the best by far. All others had very little flavor. Two members of our party ended up having bowel issues.

The grounds were beautiful and the pools were nice. Entertaining games at the pools.

The beach area was small. We did not get in the water dye to lots of seaweed debris. It was not very pretty color and we were told it was extremely shallow (knee deep) for 100 yards at least, so we didn't try the kayaks or paddle boards. No one else was either. If you just want to lay out on beach chairs, then it is nice for that purpose.

Big push for signing up for a vacation club package. Your personal butler will begin process upon arrival asking you to meet them for a meal and \"tour\" of property. You go upstairs for their presentation. We refused presentation. They still gave us free gift bag, cups, hat, keychain. We liked our butler.

There is only one on-property store with very high prices. Sunblock was $16 to $38 for average spray can.

Screen in theater needed much repair. Entertainment shows were average.

Vacation ok. Will not return to this property.

Awful drinks and food. Overall a nice place to relax. Several restaurants, bars and even a night club onsite open from 10.30pm till 2am.

I don’t like the SPA because the personal do not try to help you, I was on my excursion yesterday and when I came back went straight to the spa, I explain I leaving next day, want wash my hair,and she never try to help me,I went back and the morning and she got the same attitude!!

Pros
- Facility, very good design and color theme. They maintain and clean nicely. Especially, the lobby is beautiful.
- Food, the buffet was very good. (We even preferred over the a la carte restaurants..) The dinner at the buffet has some different menu such as spanish, asian, mexican etc which was great. (We stopped by the buffet after restaurant dinner to have dessert.)
- Staffs are nice and friendly. I forgot the code od our safe, but maintenance man came immediately to fix it. (Thank you very much!)

Cons..
- USD is useful but don't rely on breakdown your cash here. We needed to bring them.
- For me, the worst thing is that this is a smoker-friendly facility.. I'm not comlng back as long as smokers are everywhere.
- We were accommodated a room nearby a pool bar where so many DJ/Disco/Karaoke nights were ongoing until 9pm. It was very bad for us with toddlers. We should've asked for a bit further location, but who knew..
- The floor of the pools were very dirty like dark spots were everywhere.

Overall, I appreciate the people welcomed us. I'll be coming back if it'll become a smoke-free hotel!

The property exhibited an impressive aesthetic; however, several aspects raised concerns.

1. The room door required forceful closure to engage the lock.
2. The Wi-Fi connectivity was consistently poor and intermittent across the entire premises.
3. During a late-night meal in the buffet, a significant presence of cockroaches was observed in the pizza area.

El staff no era amable, solo cuando te querían vender algo, fuimos a una cena que reservamos y duraron 1 hora 15 minutos en tomarnos la orden y dijeron que era por que “estaban llenos” siendo que no habíamos más de 4 mesas.
