Think twice & they do NOT have an indoor pool.
Extremely uncomfortable bedding... the worst I have experienced in my world travels. Staff was fake-friendly. For example, I requested an additional pillow and was asked why I needed it. The indoor POOL is NOT part of their property! Don't be fooled by the images and captions. It is a neighboring property, use for a fee $, and limited hours. Room & hotel were very clean. Food was good. Hotels grounds were nice.

We were impressed by the true 'grandness' of the building and decor - faded grandeur but charming, with a lively,efficient atmosphere and lovely staff. The setting was perfect with woodland walks behind the hotel but the town itself on its front doorstep. It couldn't have been better. This was our first hotel in Italy and we would love to return. Riolo Terme itself is an interesting and beautiful town and everyone we met was lovely. There is the best pizza restaurant in Italy 15 minutes walk from the hotel too. We loved it there.

Tout a été très décevant: nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple, mais avons trouvé une chambre double avec un lit d'appoint et un fauteuil-lit; la chambre et la salle de bain étaient vétustes, les murs abîmés et sales et le mobilier laid et vieillot; la piscine n'est accessible qu'en payant un supplément élevé par demi-journée, le spa aussi et les peignoirs se louent en plus; pour couronner le tout, des consommations que nous n'avons jamais prises avaient été ajoutées à la facture (mais immédiatement retirées lorsque nous l'avons relevé). Bref, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommenes Haus mit einem 20er Jahren Flair. Zimmer sind recht klein und hellhörig aber die Gemeinschaftsräume gemütlich und gutes Restaurant am Abend aber etwas mageren Frühstücksangebot. Liegt mitten in einem schönen Park. Personal ist freundlich und effizient.

Il Grand Hotel Terme è un albergo situato all'interno di un grande parco, dove è costruito anche il complesso dei bagni di Riolo Terme. Costruito negli anni Trenta del secolo scorso, ha avuto sufficiente manutenzione nelle parti comuni, ma non nella stanza che ci è stata assegnata.
In una camera in cui originariamente non era previsto il bagno, è stata creata una parete per ricavarne uno. Probabilmente quarant'anni fa, e da allora non sono stati fatti più cambiamenti.
Stanza e bagno erano abbastanza squallidi, più adatti ad un due stelle che ad un quattro. Lo sciacquone non funzionava, è stato riparato su richiesta. L'arredamento approssimativo, con mobili vecchi e rotti, e il letto sfondato. Mi sono lamentato con la reception e mi è stato cambiato il materasso, ma il problema era la rete. L'acqua calda andava a momenti: tipicamente quando uscivi era bollente, se rientravi per farti una doccia era gelida.

hotel ben rappresentato in Internet ma nella realta' in condizioni generali veramente vetuste , un due stelle se va bene, camera deludente con tendaggi grigi dallo sporco e bagno da Autogrill. La colazione alle h.08,15 vedeva una mancanza totale di tutto ( cucchiai , piatti, bicchieri , tazze ) ed i contenitori delle cibarie semi vuoti, il personale veramente disorganizzato e disorientato , la vera criticita' dell'hotel.
