This place is extremely special & it delivers! The hotel has its own Private Beach, access in the back with a dedicated lifeguard! I felt very special!

Amazing Italian Riviera sea views with balcony for the fraction of what it will cost in Cannes & you really can’t get this level of intimacy, quiet serenity & the feeling you got the beach to yourself than here.

For a small Italian town, the hotel is fully staffed from checkin to restaurant/dining. They really care about cleanliness and housekeeping

Complimentary Buffet breakfast is marvelous: I think I ended up staying for 4 nights (was supposed to be 1 night). Much more proper beach experience than San Remo with tons of seaside restaurants footsteps away on the boardwalk!

I stayed there for two nights. I am a regular visitor at Bordighera. There are two nice hotels and Parigi is one of them.
It is a typical Italian 4 star hotel.
You get access to the beach. There are many restaurants around.

I loved sleeping to the sound of the waves just outside the window. This hotel has personality and is well placed in the lovely lively yet civilised resort. It has a spa on the top floor where you can have a treatment looking out to sea through the jasmine and lavender.
The staff members on reception were helpful and kind. The bar area is quirky and lovely and the restaurant looks over the sea. The tables are set with white linen and the food is good. There is just a promenade where people walk and children play but there are no cars in front of the hotel.
The town has a historic area on top of a hill, a lovely bay and an interesting selection of independent shops — al within walking distance of the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

1. reception people are rude and unattentive to the guests. They booked us a \"room\" outside the hotel and we discovered it was in the stuff quarter. the room was very very smelly and dirty. Another room was offered; however, they requested an additional 100 euros per night. it was a small noisy room. Their 'explanation' was \"you have booked only yesterday, so what do you expect?\". shocking. these words were said by the reception man and its manager, more than once. after asking for explanations we were told that Expedia did not manage the rooms and the hotel management assigned the rooms as they wanted. they also said that Expedia is incorrect with the information they provided. I find it untrue and ridiculous
2. even though it's clearly stated there is free parking of the hotel and lots of parking in the street next to the hotel, it was not true. Unfortunately, it took us 40 min to find parking and we needed to change a parking ticket every 6 hours. it is only after one of the hotel staff moved his car - we managed to park next to the hotel.
3. they didn't alert that the location is right next to the railway, and the train comes many times an hour. noisy and really bothering
4. the lift is dangerous and makes loud noises - like drilling, it's not nice in the lift especially if you have a room next to the lift.
We don't recommend this hotel that somehow is unjustifiedly rated as a 4-star hotel and twe were glad to leave the horrible, dirty, unfriendly, musty place.

It is always disappointing when you go to a hotel that promotes itself as a 4-star hotel and, at best, it is only a 3 star hotel. Hotel Parifi & Spa is in a good position but the rooms not facing the beachfront are right on the road and opposite two railway tracks which are extremely noisy. Our room No406 was also right next to the elevator and that further added to the noise. The self serve buffet breakfast is limited and uninspiring - too many bread and pastries, with limited fruits and no variety. No room service menu or hotel directory in the room. No English speaking channels on the TV including news services. The lobby, restaurant area and outside terrace area look tired. There are also major beachfront works being undertaken which potential guests, as we were, were not advised of. Having worked in 5 star hotels and taught hospitality management for many years, this was a really disappointing experience. My advise to the hotel - focus on becoming the best 3 star hotel you can, then you won’t let future guests down. If you are thinking of staying book only beachside and don’t expect four star service or amenities.

The hotel is waterfront and we had a waterfront room which we would recommend. We would also recommend undercover parking which the hotel offers.
The hotel is very comfortable and clean. However it is the staff who made our three night stay so enjoyable. The whole staff are very friendly and helpful.

We were initially disappointed by the standard seafront room we had booked, which was poky, had an unpleasant smell and was cold as we didn’t know you have to ask reception to turn off the air con. We felt there was a lack of clarity on room prices as the « special non-refundable » deal was so much more than people were paying who just pitched up. But when we complained the hotel could not have been be more helpful, they moved us to a lovely superior room and we had a wonderful stay from then on. The private beach is great and

People make the difference - Bfast improve?

Reception excellent at arrival. Somewhat neutral at check out. Simply confirms how people do, and always, make the difference - especially in any (service) sector. People are not numbers, nor are they easily substituted.
Breakfast looks like it is “out sourced” and when compared to any other italian 4* (or 3*) leaves ample room for improvement.
Pay the extra to get sea view - restaurants next to the hotel are absolutely valid.

The hotel it’s ok but we had a couple of problems, not fabulous for sure. You are supposed to have one free hour of Spa during your stay, the problem is that the Spa is only for six people and it’s closed from 7pm, so if you’re planning to enjoy the Spa be sure to book your spot well in advance. When we called there was no availability anymore and the spa was the main reason why we chose the hotel, that was a big disappointment for us. Second thing is that we paid more for a room with sea views and the view was only partial on the side, not exactly what we expected. The room a bit old and decadent.

The Hotel is disappointing.

This Hotel is in an excellent position, however, apart from that it is very disappointing.
Our room was very small with the bed at a strange angle. The bathroom was not very clean. The breakfast was not well organised and we had cold coffee with cold milk. 4* for position, 2* for the rest of the hotel. Our friends from the US had a TV and a jacuzzi that did not work for 3 days, a bathroom that was not cleaned properly. Waited 3 days for extra hangers, not happy with breakfast and 1 dinner. Their comment was they would not stay there again.

Hotel Parigi a little bit of paradise

When I booked Hotel Parigi, I was looking for a nice, well-located hotel on the Italian Riviera to go and relax for a few days. After I made the booking, I started looking at the reviews and became a little dismayed, as they were mixed - especially in regards to the staff. That said, I can't say enough about the staff and the treatment I received during my four day stay.

The first night I became incredibly ill, due to exhaustion prior to my trip. The staff was so accommodating in regards to helping me be comfortable and keeping my room cool. I found all the staff to be pleasant and courteous. The facilities are wonderful, with use of the spa being a bonus. The beach is a clean mix of sand and stones, perfectly situated across from the hotel. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and varied. While I did not eat dinner at the Hotel, the bar and surrounding rooms were lovely.

Upon return to NY, I was hospitalized- yes, I was THAT sick. I promise to return to Hotel Parigi to \"complete\" my vacation sometime in the future.

A very good experience at Hotel Parigi

This hotel is perfectly located right in front of the beach not separated by a road. The beach is a cobblestone beach and was very clean and not busy when we got there for easter holidays.There are some excellent restaurants in the immediate beach front area and the hotel is close the old city center. There is a large parking in the back that is free with immediate access to the hotel. Internet was fast and breakfast buffet was good and plenty with a mixture of bread, pastry, cakes, cheese, pastrami, eggs, bacon...etc. We had a family suite with lateral sea view who had a large 2 person bed and a large 2 person pullout bed located in a separate room. The rooms are clean and there is a mini bar fridge with alcoholic drinks. The bedding was very confortable and very suitable for tall people. There is a train track in the back but the noise didn't bother us much at night. Hotel staff was very friendly and spoke a very good level of English. I will definitely go back to this hotel in the future.

I booked this room on behalf of a couple for a romantic weekend in Italy. They were quite pleased. The hotel is right on the lungomare with stunning views. He is tall and commented that this was the only bed so far in Europe that was long enough for him! Bordighera is a lovely seaside town.

Great little hotel in Bordighera.

Lovely traditional hotel situated at the end of the promenade in Bordighera. Large room with little balcony, huge bathroom and great sea view. Friendly staff, one of whom helped me carry my luggage from the garage where I parked my motorbike - the parking was a bit pricey at €13 - maybe they could offer a cheaper rate for motorbikes! Loads of places to eat out, which I did, but the hotel menu looked good. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. All in all a very nice place with nice staff. Oh, it does have what must be the slowest lift in the world - but if you're not in a hurry, it shouldn't matter....

The hotel made an excellent first impression. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, especially with arranging parking for our car. Everyone at the front desk was smiling and genuinely pleasant to deal with. The room was clean, and the sea view was beautiful and completely unobstructed.

Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated significantly afterwards. The room temperature was around 30°C, essentially the same as outside. When we raised the issue, a receptionist informed us that Italian law prohibited the use of air conditioning, which was simply not true. As the room was too hot to stay in comfortably, we decided to move to another hotel and willingly paid for our reservation despite leaving early.

What was most disappointing was that the same friendly and welcoming attitude we experienced upon arrival suddenly changed. The interaction became defensive and even somewhat aggressive once we informed the hotel of our decision. This was unnecessary and left a very negative final impression.

A real shame, because with honest communication and a professional response, this could have been a much more positive review.

Zeer dicht aan het strand waarbij gebruik kan worden gemaakt van de bedjes en parasols. En ook van diverse sups,kano's etc. Een uur gratis gebruik van de spa, heel relaxed. Kamer en badkamer voldoende ruim en schoon. De fietsen die geleend kunnen worden zijn niet van Nederlandse kwaliteit 😉

Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Direkt neben dem Strand inkl. reservierte Liegen inkl. Schirm. Frühstück ist akzeptabel. Von 3 Übernachtungen gingen an 2 Übernachtungen die Klimaanlage und das Internet nicht. Vom Personal weder eine Bemühung dies zu beheben, noch eine Entschädigung. Jeder an der Rezeption verwies an die Schicht zuvor, dass das Problem ja schon besteht und der Vorgänger auch nichts gemacht hat.

Ottima la scelta di includere il servizio spiaggia, ma mi aspettavo che non fosse alla “ligure”, ombrelloni appiccicati uno all’altro.
La ferrovia nelle vicinanze non da fastidio, l’ insonorizzazione sembra sufficiente.
La camera è confortevole, mentre il bagno è un po’ piccolo. La struttura è nella media ligure.

Ein Hotel in sensationeller Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und den hatten wir auch, sogar vom Bett aus! Der Balkon (4.Etage) ist groß und möbliert… leider aus schwächlichen Plastikmöbeln.
Das Frühstück war ok, leider auf der Rückseite und ohne den schönen Blick.
Öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es einige. Man kann sich aber für 20€ pro Tag einen Platz in einer Garage mieten. Das man den Autoschlüssel dafür abgeben muss, behagte uns allerdings nicht!
Positiv ist, dass das Hotel tatsächlich Rollstuhl geeignet ist!

J'ai passé un séjour incroyable.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, les pieds dans l'eau.
Le personnel est aux petits soins.
La vue mer est époustouflante, j'ai pu profiter du SPA dont l'accès est offert avec le séjour!
