Our stay at Casa Cook El Gouna was truly unforgettable. Casa Cook is absolutely stunning — from the beautifully designed rooms to the breathtaking sea view you wake up to every morning, it’s honestly one of the best feelings ever. Waking up to that view alone is worth the trip.

From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality and attention to detail was exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant atmosphere is just incredible — the vibe, the setting, and the overall experience made every meal something to look forward to.

A very special thank you to Chef Omar, Michael, Eid, Fatma and the entire kitchen team — the care, love, and passion you put into everything was felt in every meal. You made dining such a memorable part of our experience.

Huge thanks as well to Zidane, who hosted us so warmly from day one and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Abdou, thank you for your kindness and support, it did not go unnoticed.

And of course, a big appreciation to Haleem, Emam, Mahmoud and Mohamed and the whole pool team for creating such a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere every day.

Casa Cook El Gouna is not just a stunning place it’s the people who truly make it special. Can’t wait to come back!

I loved the quiet and peacefulness of the hotel. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. The room was very far from the pool and the sea and the main building, which was the only issue. We liked the stay.

After a delay at check-in and a long anticipated wait, Moustafa saved the day and ensured the service was impeccable. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring I could check in early after a long night flight. He even upgraded my room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

The entire staff—from breakfast service to the pool team—was warm and welcoming. The hotel's modern, minimalistic design added to its serene ambiance, creating the perfect environment to unwind. Transportation was seamless, and the hotel offered a variety of daily activities to keep guests entertained. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this hotel has it all. Highly recommend!

The only downside is that the beach is still under maintenance, but I can already tell the lagoon will look stunning once it's completed. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Casa Cook is a wonderful relaxing hotel to stay at! Our room was unexpectedly upgraded to one with a pool! There are multiple pools, plenty of sun beds, the breakfast is absolutely fantastic and the staff ever so helpful. Be aware the destination is a good 45 mins drive from Hurghada and you are very limited in transport options when leaving the El Gouna area. The hotel will organise tuk tuks for you to go into the marina and El Gouna downtown where there are some excellent quality reaturants. We loved our stay here and were so sad to leave!

My husband and I stayed Casa Cook El Gouna to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first holiday without our kids and honestly had an incredible experience! The decor at Casa Cook is beautiful. You can tell every aspect’s been well thought about! The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate our anniversary. High quality rooms and high quality service. The staff here were incredibly helpful and honestly one of the best we’ve ever had the privileged to come across. Special mentions to Gamil and Hussen who were incredible. They were so kind, friendly and extremely helpful.

Thank you again for an amazing trip! You made us fall in love with El Gouna ♥️

We had an incredible time during our stay at Casa Cook! We booked a room with a semi-private pool and sea view. It was dreamy waking up to the sea and sunshine every morning and having an espresso by our pool. The design and aesthetics of the property is what attracted me initially. In person, it did not disappoint! The rooms were gorgeous and everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond for us, especially the friendly and kind waiters at the pool, who made our stay so special! The breakfast buffet is very high quality and has so many nutritious and health options. We booked a massage during our stay and it was wonderful. The only things I would change is perhaps more lighting in the room, as it gets quite dark, and perhaps more live DJs by the pool. I have already recommended Casa Cook El Gouna to several of my friends.

Hotel is very nice aesthetically, with very nice facilities. However, staff are not up to standard for a five star hotel. Especially the pool and reception staff. Most seemed untrained with some attitude problems and not very hospitable. Housekeeping staff were friendly and professional.

Location and facilities are nice very nice hotel atmosphere, the suite with swimming pool is lovely !! but very poor management and service ! They really treated you commercial, 4 cafe capsules per stay ! Even if you are staying 1 night or 10 ! And 2 water bottles per day They count the towels !! Empty mine-bar , paper cups only available, receptionist are not well welcomed or hospitality educated ! They charge u for transportation based on their estimation not on standard ! Beach is empty with no life and the service on the beach side are horrible!

If you really want to stay there please do ! Just pass by supermarket and take your stuff.

Casa Cook is definitely not ready for prime time. The breakfast is terrible, and the beach is God awful. The “private pools” are shared with at least 2 other guests (typically 4-6 depending on what room you are assigned). For what you pay, it’s definitely not worth it in my opinion.

Mooi en kleinschalig resort aan kitespot

Prachtig hotel, kamers met eigen zwembad aan de kamer. Mooie ligging aan de zee met kitespot voor de deur. Eten prima maar kan wel beter. Vooral de lunch bij de beachclub moet beter. Verder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

The hotel is pretty, really cool architecture and a quiet area. Also we had a very comfortable bed.
Breakfast buffet was great, also the egyptian buffet. A la carte-manu was okay.

L’hôtel est très beau et épuré. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La salle de bain fonctionnelle même si la pression de l’eau est faible. La nourriture est bonne et les portions généreuses malheureusement le service au petit déjeuner et à la piscine est médiocre. Le personnel ne parle pas correctement anglais et est très lent dans le service.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön. Sehr stylish, neu und geschmackvoll minimalistisch gehalten. Das Personal im Restaurant gibt sich grosse Mühe. Die Rezeption wirkt überfordert. Ein Mitarbeiter in charge ist zu wenig. Beim Check-in fehlte das Zeigen der Anlage, wenn man eine Frage hatte, hatte man das Gefühl man stört.
Das Essen war hervorragend.
Zum Baden eignet sich El Gouna weniger, da das Meer sehr seicht ist und man nicht schwimmen kann.

Le point positif est incontestablement l’architecture choisie, signature de le chaine d’hôtels, apportant, avec l’ambiance (musique, luminaires,...) une atmosphère très zen et branchée.
Points négatifs assez nombreux, en partie liés à la faible expérience de l’établissement (ouverte en novembre dernier).
- peu d’intimités: les plantes sont jeunes.. les terrasses et chambres sont très visibles de l’extérieur, il y a de nombreuses personnes de l’hôtel qui tournent en rond tout au long de la journée avec peu de discrétion et souvent pour pas grand chose. Nous sommes par ailleurs très régulièrement dérangés lorsque nous sommes dans notre chambre: une fois pour faire la chambre, une fois pour transmettre une information écrite, une foi pour donner des fruits, une autre pour remplir le mini bar...pour faire des tests dans la piscine...
Il me semble nécessaire d‘améliorer l’organisation du service!
- la nourriture est plutôt bonne pour ce qui est du snack au bord de la piscine. En revanche, la nourriture au restaurant est clairement insuffisante. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus. Rien d’excitant. Le pain est mauvais.
- le prix.. tous les services sont aussi chers voir plus chers que chez nous. Un plat à base de 4 grosses crevettes au restaurant presque 30 euros, pour une qualité très discutable, un massage d’une heure 80-100 euros, un spritz et un jus de fruits quasi 20 euros... une bière au mini-bar (heineken 33cl) 6 euros.
