Very clean apartment, plenty of space for two small families or one large family. Loved the LED lighting. Staff were very friendly; from the desk worker to the bartender. Parking was also really easy even with a seemingly busy hotel.

Great place to stay. The lady on the desk was really lovely and helpful- I arrived much earlier than planned and was able to check into my room upon arrival even though check in hadn’t started. Room clean and comfortable- I had also been upgraded which was a great bonus.
Only downside is the WiFi is very slow and my phone had no service. Yours may be different but do bare this in mind!

Stay was so so. The hotel was still under construction and the elevator was not finished so the attendants had to help us with the luggage.
Our room had 2 beds but only one had sheets, we asked why at the reception and they first told us reservation was only for 2 persons. Then they told us our toddlers were supposed to sleep in our bed! They finally came and made the second bed after I insisted.
Other than that the hotel is at the back of the park, so unless you have your own car, it’s really far from the entrance, walking distance from the grocery store.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Andante. After an extremely hot day spent at Europapark it was a welcome relief to have an air conditioned room and the pool to cook off in. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in! We enoyed 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts at the hotel. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend it to any one.

Overall, the hotel is nice. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. However, there is a caveat to the clean rooms... they were not ready for our arrival an hour after check-in. It was only an additional 5 minutes, which was not a big deal--but they bleached the floors and did not dry them before we go to the room. Our son took off his shoes and ruined his brand new socks (purchased one day prior).
In addition to this, we were charged an additional 20 Euro per night to have a child with us. This is not completely the fault of the hotel as the Hotels.com app did not make the booking properly. That said, 20 Euro per night is a bit extreme for a 7-year-old (this included breakfast). On top of the 15 Euro per night for the dog, the hotel ended up being a lot more expensive than we had anticipated. There were other options in the area that would have been less expensive, with larger rooms and still included breakfast.
I would recommend this hotel as long as you get a good deal and make sure that you have booked the appropriate number of people prior to arrival. Don't use Hotels.com as they do not stand by their product if it makes an error.

Unser zugeteiltes Zimmer war unangehnehm, wegen Hintergrungeräuschen der beide Zimmer nebenan (Waschküche und Heizung). Der Rezeptionist war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir durften das Zimmer wechseln, obwohl wir es schon benützt hatten! Alles ist sehr sauber!

Wir haben als Familie eine Junior Suite für 2 Nächte gebucht. Nach einer schlaflosen Nacht haben wir ohne Frühstück das Hotel fluchtartig verlassen. Es ist so hellhörig, wir haben den Lichtschalter des Nachbarzimmers hören können und es herrschete im Hotel zuerst bis um 1 Uhr Nachts Festzeltstimmung mit lauter Musik und danach +18 Stimmung. An der Rezeption wurde auf unsere Aussage diesbezüglich absolut verständnisvoll zugestimmt, da ihnen das Problem bekannt ist. Die Türe im Gang knallt im übrigen unglaublich laut, auch da wird nichts gemacht.... in der Dusche lauert absolute Unfallgefahr, da der Boden total rutschig ist. Von Premiumbettwaren keine Spur - nur klumpige Watteknollen im Kissen.
Trotz Versprechen, dass sich der Inhaber noch bei uns melden wird, wegen den Umständen, haben wir keine Rückmeldung mehr erhalten.
Für jede Familie, welche sich auf den Europapark freut, ist es eine ganz gemeine Sachen, so etwas als familienfreundlich zu verkaufen.

Eigenlijk bijna alles was wel goed, het hotel had duidelijk te kampen met personeelsgebrek maar een paar medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk en deden echt hun best. Schoonmaakpersoneel had in mijn persoonlijke spullen gezeten en een paar keer niet schoongemaakt. Maar dat nam niet weg dat het over het algemeen een fijn hotel was.

A bit expensive for an Apartment, but not much choices if you want to sleep 7 people! Nevertheless, next year we would book again the same Apartment.

Gutes angemessenes Hotel, dass seinen Zweck erfüllt. Sucht man ein ordentliches Hotel zum Schlafen und zum angemessenen Preis, macht man nichts verkehrt. Allerdings hat man immer dieses Gefühl, dass z.B. die Sterne nur erreicht wurden, weil man den Kriterienkatalog erfüllt, nicht aber, weil man es wirklich lebt. Und so fühlt es sich bei vielem an. Eher steril statt Gastlichkeit. Lieblos laminierte Schilder überall hingeklebt. Keine Begrüßung/Verabschiedung durch das Personal, nur wenn man selber proaktiv gegrüßt hat, Probleme mit dem Kühlschrank wurden nur zur Kenntnis genommen, etc. Die Rezension klingt evtl. schlimmer als es wirklich war, aber dennoch würden wir wahrscheinlich nicht noch einmal wiederkommen. Die Gastlichkeit hat einfach gefehlt.

Accueil un peu rugueux (on est en Allemagne) , appartement en face de l'hôtel, dernier étage, pas d'ascenseur. Belle surface , bien équipé. Wifi un peu faible, Smart TV (qui n'a rien de smart), pas de ménage ni changement de serviette pour 3 jours ! Petit déjeuner léger. 15 mn à pied du parc (marche rapide), il y a une entrée (Espagne) à coté mais on ne peut pas l'utiliser !

Das Hotel Andante ist eine sehr gute Alternative zu eines der Europapark Hotels. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Bell Rock. Der Europapark ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und der Service ist gut. Die Zimmer sind groß. Nicht besonders geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aber funktional. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht. Leider fehlte die Bettwäsche und Handtücher für die 3. Person, was aber umgehend erledigt wurde. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist groß und vielfältig. Allerdings war die extrem laute Musik zum Frühstück störend. Aber auch das lässt sich ja leicht ändern. Allem in allem würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen.
