A fab hotel

We had a great stay in the hotel, food was amazing too especially the buffet.

It was a 10 minute drive to the theme park too which was ideal!

An excellent place to stay

Hotel La Toscana was a wonderful place to stay after a long day at Europa Park. The family room, with three sets of bunk beds suited us perfectly.

The breakfast at the attached Italian restaurant was excellent. The staff was friendly and we were very pleased how they accommodated our child with a gluten allergy.

I stayed at the Hotel La Toscana for four nights during a recent visit to Europa-Park.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the main Ringsheim railway station from where you can get the shuttle bus to Europa-Park.

The staff members on reception and in the restaurant were excellent. They were friendly and very helpful.

English is widely spoken and breakfast includes everything that you could need to start your day well, so do not let this be a worry.

I rate this hotel very highly and would certainly recommend and I will defiantly be staying here again on my next visit to Europa-Park

Staff were great and went out of their way for us!

This was the second time I stayed here, and it was even better than the first!

Check in is from 0300 to 2300. We were running late, and our GPS said we were not going to arrive until around midnight. We called the front desk attendant and let them know. They stated that it was no problem, and that they would stay to get us checked in. On the way there, our GPS told us to take an exit off the autobahn that was closed. We had to stay on, and the GPS rerouted us. The new path given took 30 minutes more than the other one. And our phones did not have service for pretty much the entire time, so we were unable to call the hotel to tell them.

We arrived around 12:30am (00:30), and the door was locked. We were worried that we missed them, but the guy was still there. He was a little annoyed (understandably so!) and said he tried calling us multiple times. We explained about the GPS routing us to a closed exit, and the complications of our drive coming in. Immediately, his tone changed, and he was caring and understanding. He got us squared away with the room and all was good. But before we could go, he told us to stay for a minute, and went to the back room. He returned with a Coca-Cola and a beer, and said \"I think you need these after your troubles getting here!\" That man was a savior! I wish I would have gotten his name, because he fully deserves recognition.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Best hotel I stayed at on my trip!

This hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive. We stayed here at the beginning of our vacation, and again toward the end. This review is for our first stay (I will write a second review for the second stay).

The check-in was amazing. The front desk attendant was very friendly, and suggested a lot of things for us to do around town. The shower was awesome. There was a full shower door (apparently not the standard in Germany)! We had a room with a balcony (I think there are only 3 of them). Our friends were in the other balcony room right next to us, so that was really cool as we were able to spend some time hanging out on the balconies together. The air conditioning only allowed us to adjust the room temperature +/- 3 degrees Celsius, though. I like it real cold, so this was a bummer, but they were literally the only hotel that even stated that they had air conditioning in the area, so I was thankful that we at least had that.

The breakfast was pretty good. We arrived toward the end of breakfast, so they were out of a lot of stuff, and they didn't seem to be restocking most of it. But what we did eat was tasty. Check-out was a breeze. Again, the staff was friendly and attentive.

Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und hat eine große Auswahl. Das die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel ist und beim Preis inklusive ist, ist einfach toll.
Das Zimmer ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und beim Frühstück ist grandios! Wir würden das Hotel noch mal buchen :)

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Alles war super! Der Kontakt mit der Rezeption war von Anfang an hervorragend – trotz unserer späten Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen.
Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, ruhig gelegen und die Betten waren ausgesprochen bequem – wir haben wunderbar geschlafen.
Am nächsten Morgen erwartete uns ein sehr leckeres und gesundes Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl – wirklich für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Der Kaffee war hervorragend und als besondere Aufmerksamkeit gab es sogar einen Sekt aufs Haus. Besonders angenehm war auch das nette Gespräch mit dem Hotelbesitzer – man spürt hier die persönliche und familiäre Atmosphäre.
Für Familien ist das Hotel ebenfalls bestens geeignet – es gibt eine Spielecke für die Kleinen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.
Insgesamt ein sehr freundliches, sauberes und kinderfreundliches Hotel mit tollem Service. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

We had a family room. Clean and quite comfortable beds for 2 adults and 3 teenagers of 15yr.
The climate control does not work efficiently. It was on 23.8celcius and can not be lower. So it was very hot. We opened the window but down our room there is a little terrace of the hotel where people can smoke. So the smell of the smoke came to our room as we are just 1 floor up from it. And it was loud of people talking there. So we had to close the window and slept in the heat. Room nr 203.

The breakfast is great ! Nice restaurant!
The staff are friendly !
Close to Europa park.
Accross the street is a supermarket.
Local Restaurants are also nearby.
We had a dinner at Hardys in Rust. Just 10min by car ! Great restaurant and nice food!

Beside the temperature of the room, we had a great stay ! In our home we are use to have 18-19 celcius) and in bedrooms 17 celcius.

Das Zimmer war eins der saubersten, die wir je hatten. Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und amüsant und das Frühstück super. In direkter Nähe zum Europark.
Etwas laut, da wir direkt zum Nachbar Restaurant, wo eine Hochzeit stattfand und direkt über der Küchenlüftung war. Aber abgesehen davon gut. Bequeme Betten und Bettzeug.

Was uns gleich aufgefallen ist, ist der tolle Anstrich des Hotels und die unfassbare Freundlichkeit sowie die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiterinnen.
Das Zimmer ist ebenfalls toll, und die Betten sind bequem.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, und der Speisesaal ist geschmackvoll sowie mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet.

Der wirklich einzige Minuspunkt ist der Aufzug, der komische Geräusche macht. Der Bildschirm im Aufzug funktioniert nicht richtig, die Knöpfe leuchten nicht und sind seltsam angeordnet bzw. nicht richtig beschriftet.
Ehrlicherweise haben wir uns in dem Aufzug nicht wohlgefühlt. Zunächst dachten wir, dass wir vielleicht übertreiben, aber er blieb uns tatsächlich in negativer Erinnerung.

Alles in allem ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit superlieben Mitarbeiterinnen. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen. ❤️

24,5 Grad im Zimmer trotz Klimaanlage, die aber nicht funktionierte! Fenster konnten nachts nicht geöffnet werden, da der vorbeifließende Straßenverkehr sehr laut war. Der Mangel wurde zwei Beschäftigten mitgeteilt, jedoch wurde keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Unser Wunsch bei der Buchung, Lage des Zimmers nicht zur Straßenseite, wurde nicht berücksichtigt!

Wir waren schon öfter in den letzten Jahren hier. Das neue Restaurant ist ein echter Mehrgewinn im Vergleich zum alten Frühstücksraum


Empfang und Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben eine gute Schallisolierung, die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Zwei Punkte habe ich zu \"bemängeln\" (aber auf sehr hohem Niveau) : Die Kissen sind viel zu weich und wir schlafen darauf nicht gut. (Wussten wir aber und hatten unsere eigenen Kissen dabei) und ich persönlich hätte mir beim Frühstück noch richtiges Vollkornbrot gewünscht.

Sonst gibt's nix auszusetzen und in 2 Monaten sind wir schon wieder da...
