I love location of this hotel -on the beach.Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfeat meniu could have more variaty,it was so borring to eat pancakes and donuts with watermelion and pineapple for 2 weeks.
The first room ,which we stayed was in the terrible condition -couldnt flush toilet,no hot water and later even cold.Then we moved to the room -closer to the beach ,which was much better.

Upon arrival, our room was sold a second time, I heard that there is no room where we paid for a delux room. Not nice service, no contact with the management or the owner, I did not even hear sorry. I had to look for another hotel ...!

The facilities were absolutely horrible. The rooms were dark and dingy. My took my family and looked for a new hotel immediately. The staff, however, was very friendly, and the food service was OK. I would definitely never go back or recommend it to someone else.

Amazing place.... Peter the owner is welcoming and friendly. You are treated like family. Rachel the waitress was very good and always was attentive to your needs ... always showed a smile.

Best thing though was the view.... wow...

Try the pizza .... best I have ever had!

Basic - reflects price, but great location.

Double booked on the first day, but they sorted out alternatives nearby and threw in extras to compensate. We were happy with that. Very basic place but reflects the price. Great location - room on the beach. Loved it.

It is amazing what you get for such a small fee. Right on the beach with a big breakfast. All day coffee and tea. Towel and soap. The staff are so kind and helpful and attentive. Even though we thought our room was going to be on the beach it didn’t matter because it was just such a great down to earth stay. With such affordable drinks and food. I would definitely stay again.

Igazi afrikai hangulat

Igazi afrikai szálláshely. A szobák és főleg a fürdőszobák alacsony igényszintűek. Légkondi nincs. Viszont a személyzet nagyon kedves. A hangulat nagyszerű. A partmenti elhelyezkedés és a nagyon kedvező árak mindenképpen mellette szólnak. Hippiknek és lélekben hippiknek nagyon ajánlott. Mi imádtuk.

Siamo arrivate in 3 domenica 16 febraio, abbiamo trovato una camera da 2 persone senza finestre e molto sporca. Dopo lunga discussione lunedì pomeriggio siamo riuscite ad avere una camera x 3 comunque piccola e comunque sporca. In tutta la settimana non è mai stato fatto il check in. Il proprietario e responsabile quasi sempre assente

Déçue pour le prix!
Nous avions une chambre face à la mer, mais extrêmement bruyante, impossible de dormir avant 2/3h du matin, réveil à 6h maximum..
Eau de récupérateur d’eau de pluie, donc pas de douche quand nous avons envie.
Wifi qui marche 1h/jour à peine.
Personnel peu souriant, et ménage fait 3 fois sur 9 jours..
Excursion avec le guide de « l’hôtel » hors de prix..
Je dirais plutôt que c’est une guest house et non un hôtel 3 étoiles!
Par contre petit déjeuner top, varié et très bon. Et repas très bon!!
Et transat + hamac vue mer très jolie!

Der Chef Peter ist sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hingehen.

Sono arrivata alle 1:30 e nn ho trovato le camere prenotate ho trascorso la notte in spiaggia cn marito e 2 ragazze il proprietario Peter nn era reperibile fortunatamente ho incontrato 2 italiane che cn contributo mi hanno dato una camera... È da eliminare da Expedia... Il Sipano vende ciò che nn esiste...

Rummet var trasigt i både väggar och tak. Det fanns inget rinnande vatten trots flera påtalningar om detta till personalen så gjordes inget åt problemet. Maten var hemsk och dyr. Personalen lämnade oss aldrig ifred när vi ville vara på stranden och sola och bada. Vi stod ut i ca 24h sen bokade vi ett nytt hotell i nungwi istället. Rekommenderar ingen att bo på Sipano faktiskt.

Good service and warm welcome. No working A/C but fans. Beautifully positioned right on the beach. Breakfast was nice with fruits, eggs, pancakes and unlimited nutella. The staff was very nice. Restaurant was OK and not too expensive.

정말 아프리카 해변을 즐길 수 있는 비치 호텔, 마사이의 경호를 믿게 됨

가성비에 비해 정말 좋은 곳이다. 여자 혼자 여행이었지만 마사이3명이 24시간을 철저히 지키고 있으니 문을 열어놓고 있어도 된다 하고 해변을 혼자 걷기 무서워하니 경호와 설명을 잘 해주어 좋은 여행을 하였다. 그냥 해변에 있어 어느때고 바다에 들어갈수 있다. 다른곳의 10/1 안되는 가격에 트리플룸을 사용했다.

Struttura tipica Zanzibarina ,la posizione fronte spiaggia e' molto bella ma in generale la struttura e' piuttosto trascurata e le stanze interne vecchie ed in pessimo stato d' uso,le 4 stanze che si affacciano sulla spiaggia risultano un po migliori ma la privacy e' quasi nulla.
Durante il mio soggiorno la pulizia delle camere e' stata fatta tutti i giorni ma con standard moooolto africani!!!!
Le ragazze che gestiscono,quasi totalmente la struttura,sono eccezzionali!!!!!
Maria,Rachel e le altre sempre pronte ad esaudire qualsiasi richiesta e devo dire che sono andata via con grande dispiacere.
Dal punto di vista del rapporto umano ci ritornerei ancora ,per il resto..assolutamente deludente rispetto alle foto ed alla pubblicita che fanno.
Vero e' che il costo delle camere e' sulla fascia bassa,ma ,a mio parere, per migliorarne l' accoglienza basterebbe un po piu accortezza nella gestione.
Il ristorante serve i tipici piatti locali,con prezzi nella media del posto e, fanno una buona pizza.

E' stata una vacanza indimenticabile. La cortesia dei titolari. La gentilezza dell personale. Ambiente spartano. Niente regole. Si mangia pesce di grande prelibatezza. Lo consiglio vivamente. Accoglienza splendida. L'AFRICA POSITIVA. Inoltre si sta ampliando con numerose stanze. Il prezzo è davvero conveniente e sei direttamente su mare. Basta un pareo e pupi assaporare le bellezze naturali di Zanzibar. Ci ritornerei subito!!!!!

Camere/bungalow stile africano. Direttamente sulla spiaggia. Semplici ed essenziali per chi vuole viversi l'Africa e non per chi cerca il solito villaggio turistico. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Posizione eccellente in una delle spiagge a mio parere più belle e comodo come punto di partenza per molte escursioni. Personalmente mi sono trovata come in una grande famiglia, accolta e ospitata al meglio.. mi sono sentita a casa pur essendo in Africa. Ci tornerò senz'altro.

Graziosa stanza di fronte al mare. durante la notte e a volte anche durante il giorno nn c’era l’acqua, prontamente, una volta evidenziato il problema, veniva risolto, però resta il fatto che durante la notte l’acqua nn c’era. Egyszerű, családias szállás, közvetlenül az óceán partján.Az óceán látványára és zúgására elaludni és felébredni - felejthetetlen élmény. A személyzet mindent megtett, hogy jól érezzük magunkat.A szakács szívesen készített nekünk helyi ételeket. Peter, a tulajdonos esténként személyesen érdeklődött arról, hogy minden rendben van-e. A csúcsszezon előtt voltunk Zanzibáron, a hotel nem volt tele, de - bár különböző országokból érkeztünk - valóban olyanok voltunk, mint egy nagy család. Azoknak ajánlom a szállást, akik nem a luxust keresik, hanem otthonosan szeretnék érezni magukat. Helyi szervező gondoskodik arról, hogy kedvező áron bármilyen kirándulást tehessünk a szigeten. Sofőrjeik biztonságosan vezetnek, barátságosak, szívesen beszélgetnek. Igen, a vízzel valóban spórolni kell, a wifi néha akadozik, de a személyzet kedvessége kárpótolt ezekért.

Le personnel et la nourriture est très bien. En revanche dans les chambres il fait beaucoup plus chaud que dehors, un vrai four.. de plus ma moustiquaire était déchirée donc lézards et moustiques à l’intérieur... de plus je n’avais jamais d’eau ds la salle de bain, je ne suis même pas rester 24h et j’ai du demander l’eau au moins 5 fois.
Bref le cadre et la plage est magnifique mais une nuit m’a suffit

Mükemmel konum, basit tesis

8 gün kaldığımız tesisin konumu mükemmel ve denize sıfır. Denizden karaya doğru (GD'dan) sürekli bir esinti / rüzgar var, belki de o yüzden çok az sinek ve sivrisinek var. Ancak tesiste resepsiyon veya idari bir ofis bulunmuyor. İletişim için sadece temizlik yapan veya restoranda servis yapan personel var. Neyse ki hepsi güler yüzlü ve sıcak. 8-10 kilometrelik kumsalda çok az denizi görerek yemek yenecek ve bir şeyler içilebilecek yer var, Sipano'da bunun olması avantaj.
Kaldığımız süre içinde havlular ve çarşaflar hiç değişmedi. Temizlik için isteyip istemediğiniz her gün soruluyor, isterseniz anahtarı temizlikçiye vermeniz gerekiyor. Biz hiç yaptırmadık, zira odayı girdiğimiz andan daha temiz tuttuk hep. Her odanın önündeki terasta bulunan masaların üstü, yerlerin süpürüldüğü süpürge ile süpürülüyordu.
Çevrede yemek yenebilecek yerler kısıtlı sayıda. Sipano'daki yemekler ve servis çevredekiler kadar iyi değil ama, daha ucuz. Hemen yakında bakkallar, manav ve yerel halkın gittiği yalnız öğlenleri açık olan basit bir yerel lokanta var.
Mutlaka sahildeki basit yerel teknelerle biraz açıktaki resiflere gidip sığ sularda tropik balıkları, deniz yıldızlarını ve mercanları görün.
