Problem by check in

Problem at check in. They could not find my reservation ,which seems to be a general problem in France at B & B hotels. It tolk 1/2 an Hour and several phonecalls before er could get in ( terrible self check in). Never had the problem in Germany and Poland.

Petit déjeuner le 9 mai jusque 10h30 et le 10 ont arrive à 10hoo et la pas possible ont nous envoie bouler comme des malpropres en nous disant que ce n’est plus possible de se servir car les horaires ont changés comme ce n’est pas un jour fériée et cette personne dé l’hôtel s installe pour déjeuner

Parfait

Hôtel très propre. Literie confortable et spacieuse. Enregistrement possible à toute heure grâce à la borne à l’entrée de l’établissement. Petit déjeuner super bon (buffet à volonté), seul bémol il n’y a pas énormément de choix. Possibilité d’acheter quelques produits/café à toute heure grâce à des distributeurs dans le hall. Chiens acceptés. Personnel très accueillant. Nous y sommes allés en couple lors d’un week-end, l’hôtel est bien situé et permet l’accès rapide à plusieurs lieux (Casino de deauville, honfleur, etc) Nous recommandons cet hôtel !

Air was not working appropriately, all we got out of it was hot air and we were forced to sleep with windows completely open. No one to notify at night, not even a phone in the room. THe drain in the shower was plugged and water flooded the room. I should get a refund for this mess! Expedia needs to live up to its properties represented.

Solid Hotel Near Le Havre

Cool hotel near LeHavre. Room was a little tight but the loft saved us. No elevator. Solid breakfast. We’d definitely stay again.

The room was very small with hardly any place to move. The bed was closed to the window leaving only a tiny space between the wall and the bed to move. There was only one towel and the soap container was almost empty. It was very disappointing.

Honfleur

Stayed one night in a family room. Kids in the mezzanine seemed to have space but downstairs floor space is tight as with other budget hotels. Probably a bit far to walk into Honfleur but there are options nearby on the main road into Honfleur if American diners suit your taste.

Don't expect much

Well, very simple and clean hotel, all according to the standard. With extremely small rooms and no fridge. Breakfast gave very little choice. Vending machines could have offered some wine and beer, taking into considertion that the place is not at a walking distance from any stores and, as mentioned, doesn't have fridges in the rooms. So, if you are just looking for a place to spend a night, it's ok, I guess.

Cheap but useful hotel

Well located approx 30 mins walk from town, no air con but good size room for 3.
Had to have window open as it was hot which sadly let in small flies that were drawn to the inside.
Sadly woken by building work and drilling.

But superb value.

Newly renowated, stay if you like smell of paint

The hotel was in the middle of renowation with all rooms recently repainted. The smell of paint was nauseating and AC did not work. Hotel was full and at 11 pm we had no choice but to stay. The receptionist let us know each night he had complaints about AC but it got never adressed over a week.
The hall looked dumpy with missing carpeting and paint stains on floors and even the key pad and many fixtures sti covered in protective tape. Lobby had some exposed dry wall.
We complained again in the morning but the staff frankly didn't seem to care and couldn't wait for us to leave.
Will be requesting a discount.

Basic Room and Hotel with fine & considerate staff

The hotel was fine as we were looking merely for a night's stay. One had to drive anywhere to/from here because it is on the very outskirts of Honfleur. However, it's just a 3-minute ride down a fine road.

4 days in Honfleur

Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money, considering it was a late booking and the middle of August. Lucky to find a family room with 4 beds. The boys, aged 12 and 14 loved it as they were in their own mezzanine, away from us, so we all got some privacy.

Mauvais expérience !

Arrivés à 22h00 la réception est déjà fermée, nous avons effectué le check-in avec une borne à l’extérieur de l’hôtel; nous avons réservé deux chambres mais seulement une chambre a été trouvée sur la borne, le numéro de la réservation de cette 2ème chambre est non trouvable et nous avons appelé plusieurs fois l'interphone pour trouver quelqu’un pour nous aider mais les personnes qui nous ont répondu n'ont pas trouvé la réservation et ils nous ont raccroché. On a du payer une nouvelle chambre ! Le lendemain matin, la personne à l'accueil nous a dit qu'il y a bien la réservation de la 2ème chambre et si on a réservé avec Hôtels.com il faut arriver avant 20h30... et pour le petit déjeuner nous avons arrivé dans la salle à 9h40 l'accueil nous a refusé car le petit déjeuner se termine à 10h00 !

Très déçue de mon séjour. Le ménage n'a pas été fait ,les serviettes n'ont pas été changé, la chambre était humide , la clim fuit, la poubelle n'a pas été vidé. Quand on se douche comme le rideau est court l'eau coule partout quand on sort de la douche le sol est rempli d'eau. Il y a pas d'air dans la chambre. Il fait tellement humide que les serviettes n'ont meme pas sécher et la salle de bain n'a pas d'aération. Les oreillers sont tout mous la literie est a revoir ! Je ne retournerai plus dans cet hôtel il n'y a rien qui va.

Séjour d'une semaine pour raisons professionnelles Hôtel propre très bien insonorisé, climatisation/chauffage silencieux et efficace Les règles d'hygiène imposées par la Covid sont parfaitement respectées altérant quelque peu le service (petit déjeuner à emporter, changement de linge à la demande à partir de 9 h et pas de ménage durantla totalité de la semaine car le personnel ne pénètre dans la chambre que lors des changements de clients) Mais globalement satisfaisant Parking gratuit

Escapade à Honfleur

Problème d'interphone pour validé notre réservation ( aucun personnel dans cet établissement) tres compliquée pour communiquer et le numéros est incorrecte...
Nous avons pris une formule petit déjeuner qui nous as été facturé mais il n'y avais pas de petit déjeuner ! Et les machines pour se faire un cafés ou prendre un en-cas étaient toutes en pannes... super le sejour sans se nourrir ! À fuir !

galère de réservation et d'obtention de la chambre

Arrivé vers 19h le 15 avril. Personne à l'accueil à cause du confinement.
J'avais une réservation effectuée via votre appli mais pas de numéro me permettant d'avoir accés à ma chambre à l'automate placé dehors. Seulement un mail avec un numéro de confirmation de réservation à 13 chiffres qui ne peut pas servir à récupérer la chambre via l'automate.
J'ai donc appelé la permanence téléphonique de l'Hotel en spécifiant qui j'étais, que j'avais une réservation faite via Hotels.com pour obtenir ce numéro de réservation pour l'automate.
La personne m'a donné un numéro à 6 chiffres qui m'a permis de récupérer mon numéro de chambre et le code d'accés pour entrer dans l'hotel.
Seul soucis: il a fallu que j'engage ma carte bleue et que je paye à nouveau pour obtenir la chambre. Grrr
J'ai, dès le lendemain matin appelé vos services afin qu'il me rembourse ma réservation effectuée via l'appli Hotels.com. Votre conseiller m'a bien précisé que je serai remboursé sur le même compte bancaire de ma carte bleu sous les 30 jours et qu'il faisait le nécessaire auprès de l'hotel B&B.
J'ose espérer que ce sera fait, je pense être un bon client pour vous.

Dernier point. Comment se fait-il que vous ne donniez pas de numéro de réservation (différent du numéro de confirmation de la réservation) qui permette d'avoir accés à la chambre réservée via l'automate de l'hotel ?
Ce n'est pas le première fois que je suis obligé de déranger la permanence de l'hotel pour obtenir le précieux sésame.
